- He wasn’t too sure if the girl in the green hair was going to speak. Either way he was happy where he was at the moment. It wasn’t too crowded or away from all those gossiping girls who couldn’t tell a lie from the truth. That itself what annoyed him, if it was the truth he could deal with it being gossiped around, but if it was a lie someone just trying to hurt another it really irritated him. To him he hardly believed the rumors unless he saw it himself, or if he heard the main source telling someone else. A few times that happened with him. People didn’t see him as there was days he blended in and people never noticed him until their secret was spilled to their friends. Then she spoke he grinned a little nodding his head in a friendly manner, no he had no reasons to be against these two girls in front of him.
“Do I hear a challenge then? I will have to take you up on it one day soon.”
He grinned as the girl started to introduce the quiet purplish blue hair girl besides her. The colors clearly looked the same, maybe it was because of the lighting in this room, or maybe it was both colors? Either way it looked odd, but interesting on her. After all, weren’t they all freaks? Truthfully, he had no idea why they was labeled that, okay some of them was a little crazy in what they did or believed in, but did that mater? In the real world not really, in high school world of course, it was just the natural order.
“Cause you guys don’t look as scary as the gossiping girls I passed by getting my soda bottle.”
A grin slipped against his lips as he opened his soda bottle taking a drink out of it as his hand moved to his DS lite, but stopped himself grabbing his drink and took another drink of it, almost finishing half the bottle so far. From all the soda’s there was out lately, normal Dr. Pepper was his favorite then it came to Coke only two sodas he drunk.
“It is nice to meet you, Cotton Candy.”
Her hair reminded him of some he had at a carnival before; yes it was an interesting color like that too. After all, flavors of cotton candy could be different than just the normal pink and blue. That flavor he really didn’t like, he preferred the watermelon flavor cotton candy. Thinking of all that made his stomach want some. Maybe he’ll go to the store later and grab some; he needed some fresh vegetables if he wanted anything to eat for dinner or lunch tomorrow. Grabbing his DS from the spot besides his soda bottle he opened it up again and turned it on, just when the green girl returned, downing the drink even quicker then he could. A smile tugged against his lips as he looked to his screen and paused the game just too he looked up just to see her call out ten points for hitting it in the trash.
“Do you have a name Green hair girl?”
He raised his eyebrow slightly as he looked up towards the girl that was the site of the other ones. She kept watching her, watching her in a way he only saw some guys watch their girlfriends. Were these two together? Not that he cared if they were or not, he personally was bisexual himself even had a few crushes on a few guys here. Not that he was going to openly tell them. High School was dangerous as it was, it rather safe to keep that under wraps unless you was with another at the school.

- Friedrich was never used to this bell that signalized it was time to go to lunch. It always made him jump two feet above his seating. Back in Germany, the teacher was the one to tell you what to do, not some electronic (it wasn't even an actual bell, why do they call it that?) noise. Everyone else would turn around to stare at him, as though it was abnormal to be taken aback by a large, prominent sound. His English teacher would always just smile at him, either in pity or reassurance (the german boy never could tell), and would dismiss everyone from the classroom.
His English class, well wasn't your typical class. He was in...well, he hated to use the word "special" because he certainly wasn't mentally ill-sufficient, but it was definitely different. It was the class for people whose first language wasn't English. Yup, Friedrich was the "exchange student" of the school. He had only arrived to the school that September, shipped straight from Western Germany. And boy, it had surprised him just how much Americans chatter their language. He had learned common phrases in his school back in his homeland, like "Hello, how are you?" But nothing like, "Yo dude, what's up in the house?" What's up in my house? Well, I suppose the ceiling, it's a nice tan color... There'd be snickers followed by his other classmates leaving him alone in his seat. Every period before lunch was his English class, where him and the other foreign exchange students would fix up on their English He was getting the hand of it. But not so much that he could pick up one Shakespearean writings and read it out loud to the class. Simple, simple English.
There were only two others; a Chinese sophmore and a Russian senior. The Chinese one was Chiang. He was nice, but his English was terrible and always had a Chinese speaking interpreter to follow him around school. Friedrich tried to speak with him, but with Chiang's broken speech, and the German boy's use of placing German words into his English sentence, even the interpreter couldn't do much. The Russian, well, Friedrich never actually learned his name. He was a hot headed, temperamental kid, who got furious with Friedrich's German. "Speak English, ya' c**t!" Even though the German teen had no idea what a 'c**t' was, their teacher sure did and sent him to the office. Well, he guessed from his previous history lessons, he should have known Russians never gotten along well with Germans...
So he never really had many friends, even thought it was winter time in the school season. He was an "outcast" of some sort. But even outcast received some fellowship from other outcasts. In Germany, there never really was 'labels'. He guessed when you lived in a country where more than half of the people were of German descent, there really wasn't much to be discriminated from. America was different. First the language gave him a problem, and now the people gave him problems! Languages...impeccable force, incredible barrier. He never realized how much people depended on talking.
At first, he seemed to strike an interest in the ladies. American girls had this weird fetish for accents apparently. But one way or another, they lost interest in poor old Friedrich. No one could usually understand what he was saying. And when he got someone to talk to, boy, he talked a lot. Guess American girls also didn't like nice chats about the weather...
"Ah, das tut mir Leid Natasha," he made sure to apologize to the girl leaning against the wall as he walked into the lunchroom. Hope she hadn't waited by herself for long. Natasha, she was one of the few 'outcasts' of the school. He got to meet them fairly well. Once you're labeled, it seemed hard to be put somewhere else 'on the food chain'. They happily made due of his presence , whether or not they felt an invisible culture barrier there. "Mein classroom ist all the vay on the other zide of zhe building." He plopped down on a seat, placing his brown lunch bag on his knees.
"Vhere ist everyone else? But more importantly, how are you today?" Friedrich was a polite soul (another thing he learned that separated from him and Americans) and always had to check up on his fellow outcast-ers.

xo|Mad Madeline|

Madeline eventually went inside the cafeteria, she had forgot her lunch this morning, but she could hold off her hunger till the end of the day. She walked into the cafetera, and a large portion of the students looked, and glared, she was just that shy girl, that everyone despised for no good reason.
She saw Lee, he was her friend, and she waved him over to her table. "Lee..." She said, as if her quiet voice made any dent in the loud cafeteria noise. Hopefully he would come over to the geek table soon. Nobody was here yet, but they'd come. She opened her book, and started reading, again, about how a young couple witnessed the end of the world, and the rain was of semen. That part was rather odd, and she didn't find out why yet, but it was interesting.
Maddy looked up from her book for a second, and saw the exchange student, he was handome... And she heard his voice ring out.. With that german accent. But even he, was below her in the social food chain, and her rep' would be ruined if she talked to him. But she didn't care. Hopefully he'd come and introduce himself.

Dominque__ Sharie __Elizer
Volleyball Team Leader
If you can't beat my heat, stay off the court!!
If you can't beat my heat, stay off the court!!
- Shari had to keep chewing her gum in business and government class just to stay awake. This class had to be the most boring and dullest class she had ever taken in high school...! The teacher had a monotone voice too, so it wasn't that hard to get distracted in class. When Shari glanced around the classroom it seemed that almost everyone in the room was either sleeping behind their text book or steadily taking as many notes as they could. Shari considered herself to be type that would rather be sleeping, but of course because she had done that pretty much all first semester, Shari was in a pickle. Her business and government class grade was steadily slipping the first couple months of the semester. Now she only had three weeks to get it back up to at least a passing grade or she would get the boot! Not out of class silly! Out of volleyball team! The thought made Shari want to throw up. It was a scary thought really, what else could she do other than volleyball? Nothing! Well except for piano of course, but that was another story for another day.
Just as Shari was sure she was going to fall into a deep sleep, the bell rang, signaling thirty minutes of freedom called lunch. As soon as the bell rang, it became a living hurricane inside the classroom. Everyone was pushing and shoving to get out and into the cafeteria. The teacher of course was telling everyone to settle down and remember to read chapters sixty through sixty two. Shari made a mental note of the chapters and calmly packed up her belongings. The blockade at the door had grew and while the grumbles that were coming from her tummy were quite loud, she could wait for the blockage to clear up. That is until Shari remembered that there was pizza being served for lunch that day.
"Please get out of my way...." Everyone at the door didn't hear or want to hear Shari asking politely. So once again she asked, only this time a little less nicely. "Get out of my way or so help me I will spike the volleyball into your faces and deform all your pretty little noses..!!!" You could say that pizza was Shari's favorite food...or you could say she was hopelessly, madly in love with the fatty substance. At her outburst, all the students somehow magically got outside the door in record time. Seeing her chance to get out of the classroom, she ran out as fast as she could down to her locker. Which was thankfully right next door to the cafeteria. Students gave Shari a look that said, 'Crazy Jock...'!! while others simply smiled and cheered her on. Reaching her locker Shari cursed her bad memory. "What was my lock combination again...? Oh shoot, shoot shoot..." As fast as she could Shari quickly opened her locker and stuffed her books into the crammed little space. In the old dusty locker a volleyball outfit could be seen, with text books and a small white board that had, Christmas Gifts for Family written on the top of it. The place was blank, which was pretty depressing, considering Christmas was only about three weeks away. Though Shari wasn't going to let that get her spirits down! They had PIZZA for lunch!
Slamming the locker Shari ran into the cafeteria and right to the line to get her many slices of pizza. The lunch lady brought out a new steaming hot twelve inch supreme pizza, just as Shari got in line. "I'm in heaven..." Taking a two slices, she went down the line and grabbed a pineapple slice and a sausage slice. Shari wasn't one to watch what she eats, mainly because she works out just about every day. So to her, it's okay to pig out and enjoy life. Hey, you only live once right? Enjoy it while it lasts was what her grandfather had always said. Then again he is the one that had type two diabetes...
Shari took a bite of the pineapple pizza and looked for a place to sit down and enjoy her feast. There wasn't that many spots left to choose from and no one from her group of friends was in the cafeteria either. So she had two choices really...Number one was to eat by herself and not pig out with anyone else. Two, sit with a group of kids that weren't in her...'clique' and hope for the best. Two seemed to be the choice that everyone else would make, but Shari was always the one that thought food tasted much better when you shared it with someone. So slowly making her way to a table, Shari quietly put her tray of food down and looked at the girl that was at the table as well. She was reading a book, and seemed quite interested in it at that. A bookworm. Shari never really socialized herself with people outside of her clique from fear of what would happen to her reputation, but what could one meal with a stranger do? Honestly? Now all Shari had to do was remember the girls name...Mad something...Madeline? "Um...Hi there. Your Madeline right? Do you mind if I sit here? There's not really any other open spaces..."

xo|Mad Madeline|

Madeline was enjoying her book when she heard the shuffling of feet, walking to her empty table. "Um...Hi there. Your Madeline right? Do you mind if I sit here? There's not really any other open spaces..." Maddy heard. "No, not at all, its just fine, the chair is open, my friends probably won't be here for a while anyways..." She said in a monotone voice, she was sort of lost in her book at the moment. She didn't even bother to look up to see who it was, she had gone to some of the volleyball games, and Dominque was the one always cheering her team on, as well as her self.
"How are you today Dominque?" She asked, this time bookmarking her page; she had finished the chapter, and looked up at her. Madeline was actually surprised that this was the area she decided to sit, there were some other areas... Oh how Maddy longed to go home... to go see her cat and watch television, or finish her book without interuption. Maybe even play guitar? She sighed and thought of her guitar, who she had named Mary Ann, mary, because she liked the name, and Ann, because it was her middle name, of which she liked very much.

- The bright morning sunlight shined brightly in a tiny little room, revealing a lump tightly rolled up, hiding under the covers of a regular sized bed--nothing fancy here folks'. While most people woke up to the sound of an alarm clock, this unfortunate lump in the sheets got a pretty rude awakening from a vivacious little dog by the name of "Yoko". The small animal's barks echoed loudly throughout the room, causing the small curled up lump to move around. A groan escape from under the covers, and a small, fragile little girl clumsily rolled off the bed crashing to the ground. Tangled in white satin sheets, the small girl rolled around on the ground, wriggling like a catapillar, trying to free herself from its "evil clutches". Yoko surrounded the girl, licking her face as she struggled to get up, making it extremely hard to even concentrate. Finally freeing herself, The pale porcelain skinned girl came up to a stand. She was rather short, coming in at only four foot nine. She was that kind of so small you can "put-in-your-pocket" short. She looked as if one touch could break her, that a person would have to be absolutely, completely, incredibly gentle to even so much as breathe on her without breaking her. She had soft, bright chocolate brown eyes and a long silky raven hair to match. Honestly, this girl resembled a pale porcelain doll. With the flawless, smooth creamy pale skin, the bright soft eyes, the silky hair, the dark eyelashes that just went on for days, the fragile little hourglass figure, and let’s not forget the cutesy face of innocence. What's the little dolly’s name you ask? Well this little girl's name is Hyun Ae, Hyun Ae Park~ "You little devil!" She murmered to the puppy, her own personal alarm clock, and began to chase the dog.
Once she finally caught the dog, she looked up to see her Father standing before her with a "Jesus, not this again" expression. "ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL, SUNSHINY DAY IN THE PARK HOME" Hyun Ae shouted, feeling the desperate need to narrorate almost everything that was going on--it wasn't like they couldn't see for themselves. "Hyun! Shh! People are trying to sleep!" Her Father snapped, giving Hyun Ae an annoyed glare. Obviously Tae Jun was still sleeping. "Well! It's already eight thirty! Whatever happened to rise and shine!?" Hyun Ae completely ignored her Father's wishes to leave Tae Jun alone, and began to "nonchalantly" walk over to his room. It wasn't that nonchalant.. at all. She was holding up a damn finger gun like she was playing James Bond or something. Slowly and suspiciously walking around the house. When he step-mother saw her she just bursted out laughing-- it was obviously something she'd expect from Hyun Ae. After all, you could never expect what the idiot would do next. Next Hyun Ae did a quick summersault through the hallway. Keeping her "guns" up as she crouched through the hallway, looking left and right every second. "Now, here comes the challenge. Get into Tae Jun's room undetected" She murmered to herself, acting like it was some sort of super secret mission. And even when she got into the room, she quickly opened it then dropped down on her knees "guns" out in front of her as a protective stance. A mischevious smirk made it's way to her face as she looked at the sleeping Tae Jun. "Rabbit is.. ah.. in the hole..? And..er.. sleeping!" She was never good with that code word stuff. She still didn't understand any of it. Boy she'd never be good as a police officer-- or anything to do with the military. She was pretty sure they use code words like that all the time. But than again... what did this idiot know?
With the footsteps of a ghost and a mischevious smirk of a devil, Hyun Ae tiptoed into Tae Jun's room. She crawled up on the boy's bed, one leg on each side of the boy. Leaning forward, her face was not even inches away from his.. it was much much closer. Her forehead was pressed up against his, as while as her nose. What a scary thing to wake up to! She put a very wide and creepy smile and let out a "Good morning sunshine!" Tae Jun lazily open his eyes, but once he got a good sight of what was right smack dab in front of his eyes he let out a gasp-- haha! He almost let out a scream too! Hyun Ae rolled off to the side, letting out a huge laugh. "Ahaha! That's was priceless~! Tae Jun you're amazing!" She could hardly get the words out, she was laughing so hard. Even her face became red, and she felt her eyes began to water. Then, Tae Jun took hold of her wrist, turning her to look at him. Once again, his face was a couple of inches away from hers. A rather pissed off look on his face. "Just because you have to get up early in the morning doesn't mean I have to!" He snapped, that angry look still on his face. Really, you couldn't blame him. Hyun Ae was terribly annoying. Hyun Ae waggled her free index finger at him in a scolding matter. "Ah ah ah! If I'm going down your coming with me." She placed her hand on Tae Jun's prying his hand off her arm. She then looked back up at the angered brother of hers. Out of nowhere, Hyun Ae made a ridiculous face at the boy, she really did look hilarious. Then, Tae Jun let out a laugh. Finally! "Ha! I got a smile out of you! I win!" Tae Jun then got serious again, purposely making his smile fade. "That wasn't funny at all." he said with a matter of factly nod. "LIAR! That was a real laugh! Haha! Oppa I like it when you smile! So... ah.. SMILE MORE!" Hyun Ae let out a warm laugh, standing up to her feet as she pointed her index finger at him in an accusing matter. "Alright, watch me smile as I kick you out of my room!" He replied back, wrapping his hands around Hyun Ae's waist as he flung her over his shoulders with ease. She really wasn't that heavy. At all. He placed the girl outside him room, ready to shut the door on her until Hyun Ae stuck her heel in the door making it pretty much impossible to close unless you used enough force. She doubted Tae Jun wanted to hurt her anyway. "Ah~! Don't go back to bed so quick! You're taking me to school today, remember?" She teased, childishly sticking out her tongue at her older brother. "Says who?" Well s**t. She didn't have an answer that would actually make him drive her.. "Ah... Me..!! Besides, you don't want your younger sister taking the public bus. You know for a fact she has the face of a ten year old.. that's just perfect bait for all the ***** out there." Her reason was stupid, being made up right on the spot. She really did look like a ten year old though.. "Well, maybe if you grew a chest it'd keep people out of confusion" Hyun Ae let out a gasp only to be pushed out of the doorway and get the door slammed in her face. It wasn't her fault she was pretty much flat chested! There certainly was something there.. just not enough "Noh chugohleh?! Babo!" She shouted. Damn! He even dared to lock the door. Hyun Ae let out a sigh, and stomped away.
Oh and the bus ride you ask? Well it was slightly hellish. For starters she was squeezed next to a baby who would stop grabbing poor Hyun Ae's hair, pretty much ripping it out. And then, the whole time some middle aged guy kept staring at her. Hyun Ae was kind of stupid though-- She wouldn't really know the signs of a "creeper" since the girl had almost no common sense. She dared to wave at the guy with a friendly smile on her face. God why not just walk right over to him and hold his damn hand! Maybe if send a ******** fruitbasket to him the next day! Could she be any more inviting? She finally got the point though when the man continued to stare at her, not returning the smile. Wasn't that creepy? When you looked up and saw a person staring at you, you look back down and a couple of seconds later, they're still staring. She found it extremely off.. most people quickly looked away when they got caught staring.. right? She did at least-- By the time she got to her stop, she pretty much RAN off the bus, taking all different directions just in case she was followed. She had eventually ended up at school right before the bell rang.
___ ✿ _____ ✿_____ ✿ _____
Hyun Ae had just gotten out of a long boring Chemistry class. Most of it was just reading over the chapter and taking notes. The whole time Hyun Ae was pretty spaced out. Her mind mostly someplace else. And being someone like Hyun Ae, she easily lost focus. She always needed to be entertained, and if you weren't fun enough for her she'd drop you like a hot potato. Hyun Ae noisly skipped along the hallways Please Don't Go by 2NE1 she noisly singed along-- thank God she didn't have an ear bleed worthy voice. Or else everyone would be on the floor right about now. After a stop at her locker to get her money, Hyun Ae was in the cafeteria. First looking around for a spot to sit. At first she couldn't exactly see anyone from her "Clique" but that didn't exactly matter. Hyun Ae had always been opened to all parts of the food chain. In Hyun Ae's eyes she didn't have a clique. She had always been open to talk to anyone or.. even anything. She was pretty nice to everyone--only mean if you were asking for it. She never really knew if people actually liked her or not here. Because most people would just act nice and then start talking about her once she left. Whatever. Hyun Ae would rather be hated for who she was than liked for something she's not.
For the time being, Hyun Ae shook off having to pick a seat. She got a huge platefull of pizza. No, Hyun Ae didn't look sickly or anorexic skinny, she just looked small and fragile. The girl could eat whatever she wanted and not gain a pound. Even a whole cake! Ahh, having a fast metabolism really did pay off. Just imagine though, when she got older and that metabolism slowed down. Eech. She'd probably end up morbidly obese. She turned around, looking around for a place to sit, until she found someone familiar: Dominque. She waved over at her, skipping along in that direction, a happy-go-lucky grin on her face. Was there ever a time the girl left her house without her smile? Not really. If you saw the world like Hyun Ae did and you were as simple-minded and naive as her you'd be smilin' all the time too. She sat right next to Shari, setting her food down before she gave the girl a hug. "Hiya~!" She sung. If you were Hyun Ae's friend, expect a lot of affection and hugs from the girl. Hell, even if you weren't her friend she'd still hug you. She looked around at her "table". She hadn't really talked much to any of the "nerds", only once or twice. But, she'd still introduce herself, even if they already knew who she was. Ah Korean mannerisms. Her parents were so strict about that. She always had to introduce herself. Even if she's already talked to you before! "Hi~ I'm Hyun Ae Park~! Aiiyo...I hope you don't mind if I sit here.." She sung, crinkling her nose a bit. Really, if they minded she would've listened and leaved. She knew when she wasn't wanted. She delt with it all the time when she was younger. When she was in Junior high, she had always been a bit of an outcast. Stupid kids would always come up to her, going along with the stereotype that "Koreans always get plastic surgery" constantly coming up to her and asking if she got any work done. She still got that joke.

- Student Council President ! Reporting for Duty!
- Cαmeron Nαsh
- Cameron mumbled a hello to the first sound of her name coming from Lee. She then looked up at the second and was going to yell before she jumped seeing it was Mateo. She bit her lip and glanced back down at her papers. Her little salad was left to the side she was so busy planning things out that she hardly ate it seemed. "Hmm...I have english of course but ... I finished the essay already." Alice was ahead in most classes. Some people wondered if she slept considering she sure didn't ever look it. She smiled though. "The one on Hamlet from Shakespere right? Well, just read the play. If you need help I'll help you."
Cameron always helped people and well, it was hard not to...she mumbled something about the price of balloons and looked down again before shaking her head. [b ] "Frick...what do I tell council if we can't afford the two colored balloons?" she sighed and looked up again, watching the table filling. People were starting to talk to her too and she blushed a bit, trying to add in on the conversation. If you asked anyone they knew Cameron but she was geeky in all the right ways and was not too up on fashion like athletes and populars... She didn't judge people on what they had or did. She judge them on personality and even then something must be wrong in her head. She was asked questions from all geeks and well, she liked what she did.
As President of Student council she had to be able to cope with everyone no matter what and she was great at that. If you asked anyone if they had a problem they could ask her and she would help. Maybe her loyalty and trustworthiness was too far off. She smiled and looked to Mateo and Lee and the others. She sighed and looked down again, shaking her head.

Anna tapped her fingers on her desk annoyed with being in class. She figured if she was annoyed here she might as well make her teacher too. Finally her teacher stood up and said, “Class dismissed.”, before siting back down finishing whatever she had to do. Annabelle stood up and grabbed her things before leaving. This class was always boring. What was it? Oh yes it was History. Anna never liked it because there was more talking then she ever needed and it only came from her teachers mouth. What a waste of time that it is. If Anna ever grew up to be a teacher she would not do History. Although Anna didn't want to be a teacher she wanted to be in one of the magazine companies. That way she would be able to use her talent. Although she couldn't say complete lies about everyone. Just extending the truth worked. It was okay either way though.
Being close to her locker Anna ran. She never liked to walk slowly. It took up to much of her valuable time. While Anna was putting up her books she looked around to find anything to use yet. Nope nothing yet. Man Anna was having a bad day today. Well by the end of the day she would get something. She always did and that chain wasn't going to be broken yet. She slammed her locker and walked to the lunch room. Actually fast walked because she heard there was pizza and she knew how much the students loved pizza. Luckily there wasn't much of a crowd so she got through the halls easily. Also it was because of how thin she was. She finally got to the doors of the lunch room and opened them before sliding inside so she could go get her tray
Cautiously she looked around the floor to make sure she wouldn't fall while she walked to get her tray. She luckily made it without falling and grabbed her tray. Even though Anna didn't entirely like to eat at school she still did at times. That reason why is because they sometimes served such good food here it was just a waste to let it go to some kid that didn't even need it. Anna picked out a pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water before going to pay for it. It was a long line so of course Anna got bored rather quickly. She scanned the lunch room while she waited, to see if she could find anybody to sit with. Just when she was about to find somebody the line already got shorter. Anna payed for her food and walked a bit so she wouldn't hold up people. She returned to her scanning and found Anni sitting by her self it seemed. Well that was good for Anna because that way she wouldn't have to introduce herself to anyone. She took her tray and herself to where Anni was sitting and placed her self there. She looked at Anni with a smile. “May I sit here your highness?” Anna teased before taking a sip of her water.
Drinking a little bit more water Anna scanned the lunchroom again and wondered what she would use against someone. She never stopped her finding something to use against someone until she actually completed her task. Although it was hard at times since not everybody like being gossiped about. They would make sure that whatever they did they wouldn't do much to get caught. Well that's how Anna viewed it whenever she was looking for some gossip. She sighed and put down her water bottle before taking out her phone. There wasn't much for her to do with it but she just messed around with it for a bit. Anna grabbed her pizza and took a bite while she continued to mess around with her phone. She then looked back at Anni and wondered if she was going to answer or not. Anna really didn't want to move. Because then she would have to look for someone else to talk too. That also meant they would have to like her or be new.

- (OOC: So many characters x___x; wink
Luca was biting his apple, looking over his papers for the next class -- AP Psychology. That was definately his most interesting class, and he looked forward to it often. Flipping through his papers as a quick review, he noticed Cameron Nash, the school's most familiar girl walking over towards his table. Cameron was the school council president, and she walked around with an authority like no other. Smiling, he, set his paperes back into his backpack, slinging the pack around his chair. Leaning forward, he tossed his hair back -- it had gotten into his eyes again -- and smiled at Cameron. She greeted him, polite as she always was. Standing up, he bowed to her deeply, showing off his courtliness. Sitting back, he chuckled and took another bite of his apple. "Hey! How's managing the universe coming along?" It must not be easy, he was empathetic, but he couldn't help joke about her endless list of duties every time he saw her. She was so busy all the time, he admired her for it.
It was around the beginning couple-ish minutes of lunch, still, even after all this time. Stretching his arms behind his back, he saw Lee and a bunch of others from other cliques around the school walk over to surrounding tables. He wasn't exactly on speaking terms with any of them -- he knew their names, of course, but he wasn't really close as friends to any of them. He shouted and greeted them as well, and Luca's face broke into a huge grin. "Hey, Lee! I see you've decided to stop being a hermit and studying twenty four seven." He joked, leaning in towards the table. "That AP Calculus quiz today was bogus, and already Mr. Williams is throwing us a quiz. Not like I couldn't ace it, but..." He said, modest. It was only a matter of minutes until more people started flushing in towards the cafeteria, the school a melting pot. One of the people he was more familiar with was Madeline, whom he had spoken to earlier today. She sat down next to Lee, her dark crimson hair noticeable from anywhere. It was hard to miss, since it was a shade darker than his hair. The school seemed to be all in the rage of dying their hair. He looked at her as she sat down, looking back down at his uneaten lunch. he wasn't exactly hungry right now -- and it would be just better not to eat.
He looked back at Maddy who's eyeliner rimmed eyes were aimed towards a boy who was walking into the cafeteria. His presence was completely unbenownst to Luca until just a couple of seconds ago. Who was that boy? It seemed as if all the eyes were on him currently, his german accent spewing and tripping over his words. he must be a foreign exchange student. That makes sense. He had heard from over the intercom that a new foreign exchange student was coming to the school as part of a patronage of the German club and teachers. Luca wondered where he would sit today -- he was hoping he would come and introduce himself, even though Luca could tell already that him and the new kid weren't really going to get along that well.
Turning his attention back to Cameron, he ran a hand through his hair and looked up at her, his light brown eyes peaking from beneath his lashes. "So, are you applying to governor's school anytime soon? Any colleges you're interested in? I mean, with your social records as the school council president, it should be a sinch to get into both, seeing as how you're the most recognized girl in the school. What have you been up to lately?" He said, words tripping over themselves. He didn't know what to ask her sometimes -- he was too boring sometimes.

[ooc: THIS POST HAS BEEN EDITED D: < AGAIN DD: <]
Anni hummed a little tune as she opened one of the packets of ranch she'd managed to pick up before she got back to her seat. It was like she was humming to a lover. Calming them as she ripped their head off and squeezed their innards out into a steaming piece of cafeteria pizza. How romantic. She licked her lips and was just about to dig into her meal when...wait. A girl was talking to her? Scooting herself a little further back in her chair, she turned to face the direction of the voice and her smile instantly widened. "Anna!" She chimed and kicked a seat out with the toe of one of her heels. "Sit! Sit!"
Crossing her legs again, she peeled off one of the pepperoni's and popped it into her waiting mouth. "Mmmh." Anni sighed, closing her eyes happily. "You gotta love it when they're serving pizza, am I right?" Her dangling foot tapped the air as she continued her meal. Thank goodness for food-proof lipgloss or she'd be in trouble.
Anna and her had been friend for a little while. Not since birth of course. Probably around the beginning of high school was when it started out. Anni was the little rich girl that had the cute clothes and Anna was the cute girl that somehow made it to the top. Throughout past years she had this nagging addiction to rumors and gossip. Anni listened to her, of course, but never took any of what she said seriously.
She'd never tell her that, though.
Gazing at her from across the table again, she addressed her gently. "I hope your classes have been going better than mine." Anni admitted softly, still trying to keep her mood at an upwards climb like it had been. "Things have just been horrible!" She exclaimed with a splash of color, accidentally banging her knee against the table and causing her drink to spill. Her lips came to a pout and she let out a disgruntled sigh. Perfect. Just perfect. Grabbing a few napkins from her tray, she dabbed at the mess until the majority of it was gone. "Excuse my clumsiness. I'm just not doing my best in Precalc and it's just...getting to me I guess." She shrugged it off like it was nothing, but it came across as a big deal to her. Well, at least in her eyes.
"So. Let's talk about something a bit more enjoyable. Like winter formal!" The smile instantly found it's way back to her lips and she continued her speech with excited hand gestured that made it seem like everything was okay. "Did you hear? I think Siri's throwing some sort of a bash afterwards. I'm not sure, though. I'd like to ask her when she get here." As if on cue, her eyes darted around the cafe, like if she brought her name up she would magically appear, or any of the other people in their group for that matter. "Ooooh. ~" She turned back to the table and lowered her head to the tabletop. "I still have to get a dress...if you don't already have one maybe we could go dress shopping together with Siri sometime. That would be nice." She sat up, running a hand through her hair.
Out of all the things in the world, shopping was the one thing that would make her feel brand new, 100% again.
Oh yeah, and maybe a passing math grade...?

Dominque__ Sharie __Elizer
Volleyball Team Leader
If you can't beat my heat, stay off the court!!
If you can't beat my heat, stay off the court!!
- Making herself comfortable across from Madeline, Shari opened her book bag and grabbed a bottle of hot sauce. I guess you could say she was a little strange carrying a bottle of hot sauce with her wherever she went...but her Latin roots were coming back into play, spicy food was better than just plain food was what Shari always said. Unscrewing the green top, Shari poured on the hot sauce on all four slices before putting some on the side of her plate for dipping as well. The aroma of jalapeno was strong enough to make Shari's tongue water with anticipation. Taking rather large bite from the supreme slice, her eyes watered while her cheeks turned red. "AH!! That's was good.."!!! There was some left over hot sauce on her fingers, so instead of wasting the liquid on a napkin, she liked it off one finger at a time. After this she did finally remember that Madeline was probably watching her like she was crazy. So slowly Shari looked up at Madeline, thankfully Madeline was still reading her book while Shari had just scarfed down the whole entire slice.
"Well, I am doing pretty well right now. Considering this pizza is so damn good...! I got to get pumped for practice later today..! What about you Madeline? Is your book interesting? I can't say I'm much for reading for pleasure..." Finally finished with her questions, Shari started on her second slice of pizza. Pineapple was a classic that so many people underestimated. Usually pepperoni or just regular cheese was the flavor of pizza that humans went after. Not Shari!! She was one for pineapple, sausage, supreme, Canadian bacon and even the weird flavors like onion and artichoke! Though Shari had to admit, onion and artichoke wasn't really a appealing meal combination...Now that she thought about it, even Shari thought that was a little gross. Yet maybe it was the hot sauce that disguised the gross aroma of artichokes and onions? The world will never know...
In the corner of her eye Shari saw Hyun wave and start to bound over to her table. Shari braced herself for what was to come, a ball of energy and a ginormous hug! Shari couldn't help but slightly giggle at her friend, sometimes she wished she could have at least half of the energy that Hyun had. But then again Koreans always seemed to be full of energy. It probably helped that Hyun was on the track team and the best damn runner Shari had ever seen in her life! "Hi Hyun! Have you eaten lunch yet? You can have one of my slices of pizza if you want. Only supreme and sausage left though I'm afraid. Though I think I might go sneak another piece in a few minutes..." Shari knew that Hyun knew about her eating disorder, which was pigging out to the extent. So Shari wasn't really embarrassed to talk about it with Hyun at all. You could say Hyun was what Shari considered to be a good friend. Hyun was known for her kindness and energy. She could make anyone smile, and that was something Shari had always been jealous of actually. Sometimes you see, Shari snaps like a twig and can get very competitive...Take last years volleyball championship match for instance. The referee kept making false calls on her team, and not on the other team. After a while Shari got fed up and punched the ref right in the nose. She was taken out of the game instantly. So far that has been Shari's biggest regret so far in life. That and maybe not giving the ref a black eye on both sides instead of just the right eye.
Wanting to get her mind off the thought of the championship last year, Shari shook her head and swallowed a lump that had grown in the back of her throat. "So Madeline, Hyun, are either of you thinking about trying out for the talent show...? Or gonna play it safe from the gossipers this year and stay on the side lines?" Shari knew that the talent show was just screaming for kids to be made fun of, or worse, beaten down with clique drama so hard they would have no one. That thought alone made Shari double think about trying out or not. "I don't know if I'm going to...i have to keep my head in the right state of mind for volleyball you know. I'll probably go watch though..." Shari could remember last years talent show, what a disaster that had been. All she wanted to do was show how far she could spike a volleyball! Who wouldn't call that talent? Apparently the boy who had gotten hit in the face in the back row...But that's when Shari's famous quote comes into play. If you can't beat her heat, stay off the court!

Jaylin let her mind wander as her paintbrush made careful strokes across the white canvas. Her painting was so close to finished, it it hand taken forever. In her opinion, it was beautiful. In fact, all art was to her. Hearing the lunch bell, Jay put a few touches on the painting before taking off her paint-covered smock and putting the palette down. Yes, she used a pallette. It was her mom's, who also liokes to paint. Packing up a few things, she waved quickly to Ms. Dravis, the art teacher, and sped off to the cafeteria.
Jay made her way into the cafeteria. Pulling a paper bag out of her bag, she sat down and too out a small salad, pre-drenched in ranch dressing. Jaylin wasn't a vegetarian, it's just that some meats weren't very appealing, nor appetizing. For in hand, Jay began to eat. The lunchroom was so loud, and it was giving her a headache, along with the oily fumes of her paints, but she didn't care. The smell was so homey to her. Every day she would smell lie that and not care.
Sighing, the red-head crossed her legs and pulled a sketchpad and a pencil from her bag. She began to draw absentmindedly. Whenever she had inspiration, she often drew. At the time, her drawing was turning out to be a self-portrait. The girl was sitting alone, her chin rested in one hand and one arm fell limply at her side, exactly how Jay, but the arm that meant to be limp clutched her pencil. Shading it in quickly, she closed the pad and placed it back in her bag for later, when she would color it.
Finishing up the rest of her salad, she took the plastic fork and container, walking up to a large trash can. Slipping the plastic items into the disgusting waste bin, she sat back down and rested her head in her arms. After a few minutes of nothing, she lifted her head back up and slid the bag over her shoulder before getting up and walking out of the cafeteria.
Jay quickly made it to her locker, where she put in the combination and opened it up. Taking the bag off her shoulder, she slid it into the locker before slamming it shut. Spinnning around quickly, she found herself face to chest with a massive football player. "Um....hi?" She said, backing away so she was against the locker. "Uh, yeah....hi. I know you're really good with art and all....so maybe you could help me? I really need someone to do my art for me, or i'll fail". Jaylin couldn't believe her ears. he wanted her to do his art? This was unjust! Shaking her head quickly, she tried to move away, but he blocked her path. "No? Well then...." He didn't finsih, but to clarify his point, he started cracking his knuckles and walked towards her. Ducking, she made it past him and began to run.
A pale figure blurred down the hallway, red floating behind it. The football player most likely was ctaching up, but she didn't dare look back. Finding the closest girl's bathroom, she slid insde and locked herself in a stall. Counting back from five, she could hear his fists pound on the door, right on time. "Come out here you b***h!" He shouted. Jaylin didn't speak, knowing after a while he'd give up and leave. Soon enough, he did. Jaylin unlocked the stall door and walked out of the bathroom.
The hallways were empty, so all Jaylin did was roam. It let her think, and every turn was a new idea for a painting. Jay walked back to her locker and sat down in front of it, her knees tucked against her stomach, her chin between her knees. All the dust and dirt on the floor was probably getting all over her outfit, but she didn't care. Sighing, Jay closed her eyes and thought about things.
((Sorry for shortness, i'm tired....))

xo|Mad Madeline|

- Madeline watched as the girl acrossed the table from her swallowed the food. Ugh, what slop... She said in her ind, directed not at the girl, but the food, if thats what you could call it... Then the girl had poured hot sauce on the pizza, that was more like it. She inhailed the spicy, wonderful scent. Maddy liked anything spicy, it made her mouth water, and it made her happy.
"I bet it was..." Maddy said in her quiet, but pixie like voice. "I love spicy things.." She said with a smile, she tasted the spicy taste in her mouth from inhailing when talking. "And thats good, that your... enjoying yourself...." Maddy said, speaking every word slowly and carefully. "Hmm... Its real good, the best I've read in about a week..." Which was a long time for her, when it came to reading, at least.
"Its about a young couple, that witnesses the end of the world, and there is hurricanes, earthquakes, thunder, lightning, and its raining a strange substance.." She cleared ehr throat after she spoke, she had got a little carried away. Usually Maddy only said a few words, if any at all. She must have been anxious to talk to someone today...
Sharie called over her friend, and she sat ther too. What was this? An apocalypse? jocks never even thought of speakign to geeks, ever. Then Sharie asked them both if they were trying out for the talent show, there was a talent show coming up? Maddy didn't even know. God she never got told anything anymore! Maybe she could play guitar, since she was getting really good at it. And if the students didn't like it, what did she have to lose? She could be bumped down a clique, but that wouldn't affect her much.
"I didn't even know about it...." Maddy said finally. "Yea, I'm planning to... Anything to get out of class." For the talent show, all participants came to the gym for practice every fourth period. That would also mean the participants could get their lunches faster, not like that would be to Mad's advantage, since she didn't eat school food.

So tell me baby, pretty baby, that this house is not a graveyard.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
So tell me baby, pretty baby, that this house is not a graveyard.

- Something about Mrs. Norington just made Christian want to fall asleep. Sure all the other kids in his class seemed to be stimulated by her constant irritated chipmunk like demeanor. But the lessons were just so dry. And he was nodding off through the whole period. He had rested his head on his arm and leaned so far to the side in his chair he would fall out if he moved even an inch over to the left. It's not like Mrs. Norington could do anything anyway. Athletes often got special treatment in the school since they were on the sports teams and winning the big games. School spirit and all he figured. But she would send him to the office for sleeping, and he would 'just so happen' to run into his coach in the halls, who would excuse him from nodding off in class. Blaming it on extra practice. It did not always work, but it was a nice perk to being one of the best players on the soccer team.
He was looking up at the board through nearly shut eyes that would slide closed every now and then. Refusing to stay open. Why did they need to know anything about some bootlegger who lived in the 1920's? I t had absolutely no relevance to Christian's life what so ever. Yet they would cram this knowledge into his skull even if he did not want it there in the first place. It finally got to the point where he just gave in to exhaustion and fell asleep on his desk. He did not dream. All he heard was the faint echo of Mrs. Norington's voice like it was miles away. And he could only the back of his eyelids.
When the bell rang he sprang up out of his seat like the coach had just told him to run ten laps around the field. He grabbed his only single subject note book and was out of that room like it contained the revival of the black plague. He rushed down the hall, having no real regard for anyone he happened to bump in to. Until He saw some of his team mates clustered around one of their lockers. One of them gave him a high fie/hand shake and began conversation. "So, I know it's the off season man but I'm jonesing for a scrimmage." His friend Patrick stated as he leaned against his locker. Christian rolled his eyes and ran a hand through his messy locks of hair.
"Alright, but don't get all pissy when I wipe the field with your a**." Christian smirked and he could hear some 'ooooohs' from the guys around him as they all joked around with each other.
Patrick put up his middle finger and laughed it off. "Hey ******** you man I've been practicing. One day I'm going to 'wipe the field with you'." He mocked.
Christian sighed and patted his friends head, trying to muster an honest and sympathetic voice. "But that my friend, will be many moons from now." He tousled his hair roughly and turned to walk down the hall to the lunch room. He could hear his friends laughing behind him. It seemed like when ever Christian popped into the picture the fun began. At least with his friends. Because they were all standing around quiet before he came.
Christian walked into the lunchroom and made a B line for the lunch line, pushing his way through to the front where he grabbed a sandwich and a power aid bottle. Did I ever mention this kid eats like a bird even for his size and physique? Well, only when the season ends. Because during the soccer season he is like an all consuming black hole.
Anyways, Christian was now concerned with finding a place to sit. He tried to spy his friends in the sea of people that flooded the lunch room. He spotted Hyun and Dominque, sitting with a person he did not quite recognize. He raised a brow when he saw them sitting with a nerd, not a typical seating choice. But he shrugged and sauntered his way over. Then stepped up next to Dominque and leaned over, wrapping his arm around her shoulders tightly. "How are my lovely ladies doing today?"He chimed as he pulled up a seat next to Dominque and set his food on the table. He shifted his eyes to the girl whom he did not know. She seemed like the type he would kick around in the halls. But he would not make himself seem like a total a*****e in front of Dominque and Hyun."Hi." He tried to sound as polite as he could as he unwrapped his sandwich and took a big bite.
"Any plans for after school guys? Weekend? I got some pretty big gaps in my schedule that need to be filled." He said with a playful smile. He loved flirting with any girl. Even if he was not really into them like that, he would still mess around with her head just to see that flush of red in her cheeks.
