Hmm.. An Item most want and will never obtain. Not saying its impossible, but the work thats needed to acquire such an item of that magnitude is just off the scale. I was able to meet up with an owner of A. Halo that went by kimiko (cant revel the account name she has her A. Halo on) and she was a nice girl, and I told her there's no way in this dimension I can obtain such an item, she joked about it saying after you get Mini's just go for A. Halo there just 200x more than Mini's wings you can do it. Basically she has some faith in me, however I doubt I can hack it at this point. To all of you out there that feel like your nothing just because someone has a super rare item and you aren't worth what they are, just know you can to reach that level if you WORK for it.
