Change the thread title to Party Hat and Noisemaker. The March doesn't contain those items.

hi, the march letter contains either seal slippers or penguin slippers who sold you the march letter? was it actually a letter?

Oh you poor thing..... you got so scammed. There is no such thing as an opened letter. Only the letter itself or ONE of two items... once it's been opened. Those were Penguin Slippers or Baby Seal Slippers. If you could provide a link or PM's you could report the person taht ripped you off.
