Rules of Conduct & Modes of Operation
I:
Rules of Conduct
- No Rude or Disruptive Behavior will be tolerated.
- Professional Courtsey is appreciated.
II:
Item Pricing
- All Item prices are based off of current Marketplace pricing trends.
- As SellerVendor, I reserve the Right to amend any listed price without prior notice.
- As SellerVendor, I reserve the right to refuse any offer made.
III:
Item Waves
- Each Wave will consist of a minimum of 20 items.
- Each item will be listed for at least 24 hours before any offer is considered, accepted or a new item listed.
Note: Occasionally items will be up for longer than 24 hours.
- Items listed will be randomly determined using post made random number generation.
- At the end of an item's listing period, all reasonable offers will be reviewed and the best offer will be accepted.
- Individuals making offers will be first notified via post quote. Further notification will be at Seller's descretion.
- If no reasonable offer is made or offer accepted, then the item will return to inventory for posting again in a later Wave.
- New Waves will be listed after all items in the current Wave have been put up for offer and all accepted offers have been completed.
- If an offer is made an then raised, please quote the original offer when making the new, increased offer.
IV:
Item Stock
- As with the Waves, Item Stock will come in groups of at least 20 items.
Note: The only exception to this will be if there are no longer 20 items to be placed into a group.
- All items listed in this area are priced as is and there will be no haggling or dealing for them.
- Stock will change at a predetermined time that will be posted when the Stock is placed for sell. If the Stock has sold out completely then new Stock will be listed after the change date has past.
- Any item left in a group after the change date has pasted, will be returned to inventory for listing in another group at a later date.
V:
Misc.
- If there are any problems or concerns with how I am doing business, I ask that you respectfully direct your questions or concerns to me and I will reply as soon as I am able to and if needed will make adjustments/changes as soon as possible.
- More may be added as it is needed or thought of.
