Yeah I have no creativity when it comes to these kind of things.

Just gonna keep this short and sweet. I have a budget of about 40 bil and I want to make an avatar.
I like Red/White or Blue/Black color schemes so try to base it around there. Try to use my base and what not. Simpler is better but I'm open to anything. I'd just rather not have long hair either.
I'll throw in 2 bil if I like what you make. Thanks.
