As long as it shows either the top or the bottom of the tats, it's whatever. I like having my belleh showing though.

I really like the basis of this. It's cute.
I was hoping for something slightly more edgy, though... (I know fluffy pink curls are hard to make edgy).
Maybe a teeny bit of soft pink, to coordinate the hair, and a few more bits of black?
