That means with alot of stuff on it.
But all the clutter items have to be under 16k

Cluttered with a bunch of stuff but it has to match with style and color.
The extra accessories that you add have to be less than 16k.
2 expensive items would be acceptable.(by expensive i mean over 300k)
But if you choos too only have one expensive item than it could be up to 600k.
