A referral contest is where I would say, the person who get the most people to fill out an application for something by inviting/advertising wins the contest. So you'd ask friends and whatnot to come to the thread, and if they fill out an application, you get a point or whatever.

It seems like there's no one joining. And there aren't really enough regulars to do any referral contests or whatever. And bumping is too time-consuming for all of us.
