Base: None really just medium to light skin tone

Price Range: around 2mil can be a bit more but not by too much

Anything Else: (ex. theme you want/colors you hate/like.) I don't like clutter and i like themes, i prefer 2-3 main colors instead of a bunch of random colors

Basically you have total control over what you want to make besides those few guidelines

Anything really as long as its a theme, for example assasins, student, ninjas, demons, animals, etc, I really don't have 1 in mind atm xD
