^w^ It's got a very lovely start, I think it needs more of the teal towards the bottom (sadly I don't have much of it) but it's looking adorable

Going outside of your inventory then. All you have to do for the blue at the bottom is to get some march birthstone anklets. If you have zodiacal equinox, you can use the legs (virgo's perfectionist stance). You can also do The Magician (razzle dazzle) as a cheaper option. If you want to go expensive, do Gogh Reed (aqua liquid).

I like it for the most part, I'm just not fond of the hat

To be honest, I'm not too terribly fond of this one. I really wanted the colors to work but nothing that they had would work well without over kill of the blue.
