This is valentine themed because she is at a Valentine dance, and her date has just given her a flower under the sparkling spotlight. She feels so touched she has her hand to her heart and the other holding the flower, and she bends down a bit for her date to fasten the heart clip on her hair and adding a small circlet (crown) on her to let her know she's his lovely princess.
