Ideas for a guild

Hello all! I'm hoping that you could help me today?
I'm already vice captain in a pretty big guild here on Gaia, however they do not have the option for me to become it's captain. That's why I want to start my own guild, I have alot of experience in the guild department, such as holding events, guild work... And so on and so on.
The only thing I am having trouble with is inspiriation, I have no clue about what subject I should pick for my guild...
All I know is that I want to make it into a cosy place, not too big, it's own community.

How about something that appeals to you that you don't talk too much about on Gaia that you think others would like to talk or share about? Or something that you are passionate about?
