How do I clear my guild?

I'm selling my guild (it's worth 44k but i'm selling it for 10k *hint hint*) and i was wondering how you clear it out. I really want it to be just empty, so i was wondering if anyone knew how or could help?

You have to go through every topic and delete them. If you want to clear out the members you need to ban each one by one as well.
