Hey, I joined this guild a LONG time ago, and the guild leader made me a vice captain! The guild captain quit Gaia, and now the entire Inactive guild is still on My Guild list! I want to quit this guild completely, but now I can't because I'm a Vice Captain. Please, tell me how to quit this Guild, or at least get it off my list.

If the captain has quit Gaia, you should be able to transfer ownership of the guild to yourself, then you can sell the guild if you want.

I believe that it has to be 6 months that the captain has to be inactive though.
