I want to close my dead guild that I've had for a year or two because, well, it's dead, with no hope of coming to life, and I just don't want to have that guild anymore. Is there any way I can close it?

EDIT: I'm going to re-do the whole thing and change the guild to something else COMPLETELY! I didn't realize that I can do that earlier.
