Thanks for the heads up- I looked through it, but I think the only questionable rule would be "for non-commercial use", and I'm not sure, would a charity fall under "commercial use"?

Just keep them closed...

I think anything involving the transaction of RL money would be against the TOS. And if not, it still probably does qualify as commercial use. Good cause, bad idea lol.

If it is about the charity and not money, maybe local projects people could help with by doing instead of money, then you should be fine. I would suggest you PM a mod.
