The Master is the only movie on this list I haven't seen...will have to check that out. Can't say anything Joaquin Phoenix may deserve it, I like him as an actor. He's seems a bit odd in general though. wink

I loved Bradley Cooper, but Oscar-worthy performance? Maybe...it had it's moments.

Daniel Day Lewis was great in Lincoln...he'll likely win.

Denzel Washington, while good in this role, the script didn't have enough "oomph" to give him the meat to really portray this role as well as he could have. I absolutely LOVE him as an actor though. He always does an amazing job.

Hugh Jackman, though...he did an amazing job acting and singing. Really excellent performance there. My vote is for Hugh Jackman, though I'm pretty confident Daniel Day Lewis will get it.

Umm...wow. Congrats to Daniel Day Lewis...he can do no wrong apparently. I just...didn't like him that much in Lincoln. The character didn't seem too dynamic. The other actors were in turmoil...and the most he did in Lincoln was bicker with his wife.

I'm against his win, to be honest... confused
