Hemingway was the best. I nearly split my sides every time he opened his mouth. And Adrienne Brody as Salvador Dali was priceless. A gem of a film.
I thought Owen Wilson played his character the way a young Woody Allen would have. And Rachel McAdams was perfectly horrid.

Owen Wilson did quite well with the typical Woody Allen protagonist character, and the caricatures of famous people were wonderfully done, especially Hemingway and Dali.

Anyone who has ever been to Paris should see this movie for the shots of Paris alone. The opening scene is at least 5 straight minutes of famous Parisian landmarks.

I watched it over the weekend and really enjoyed it. I want to watch it again before sending it back to Netflix. I thought the film had an interesting message, and I loved seeing all the famous writers and artists portrayed in it.

OHH SO LOVIN THIS MOVIE!!!!

It's the weirdest thing, none of my friends liked Vicky Christina Barcelona, and yet they're all rooting for this film to win. I didn't think this movie was so special. Everyone's dialogue was witty and over-intellectualized, the story line was silly, and the setting was quite pretty. It was enjoyable, but not more so then any other Woody Allen film from the last 10 years. I don't understand its high praise.
