Valentines Day origami! Help...? : D

Hello all! I'm looking for some advice about a craft I'm attempting for valentines day. razz

I'm trying to make a paper rose (or any flower, really.) and attach it to the top of a very thin branch that I've split about an inch down to make a fork. I was going to try attaching a paper rose or any other flower to the top make a sort of fake flower?

I've got green cloth tape that I'm going to use to bind it when I've got the flower on.

Would any of you nice people be able to give me a hand? I'm afraid I don't have the foggiest idea where to even start with an origami flower. razz
