Polymer paste?

What is it exactly? Is it like polymer clay?

According to a brief google search, polymer paste is something the general public doesn't use or need. Sounds like some kind of manufacturing supply.

The only "polymer paste" I found in reference to art supplies was Modena Polymer Paste which is a soft air-dry clay similar to Hearty (a Japanaese brand of air dry clay). If it's like Hearty, that means it's probably very light and airy.
