When you make a pattern do you immediately write it down? Or have a file with all your projects?

Sometimes I write down my patterns... but rarely. I don't even really enjoy reading patterns. Most of my stuff I just make on the spot.

That's usually what I do. But I recently got into the habit so I can reproduce the pattern.

I would jot it down as you go. Just in case
