My little sister makes Barbie/Pullip clothing with fabric scraps.

Of course, they're always scantily clad, so the scraps aren't too small!

If you can sew you can braid strips of cloth into one long rope and sew them together in a circle into a rug.

If you can spin you can cut them up to make novelty yarn.
     
What you is go a book store or a caft store get a quilting magzine or a dress patten if you know to make a dress. and a quliting magzine will give all kinds of ideas on how to make a qulit.

I saw this kinda cool looking fabric cuff on this video using whatever left over scraps you have. Here it is.

If the scraps are large enough, you could easily create a few appliqués.

You could always use just the scraps as is for stuffing but if you cut them into 1" wide strips and sew them together, you can braid them into a rag rug or use them like yarn and knit/crochet.
