❧kali❧
Light was everywhere, bright and shining down from impossible heights. A flower swayed in the wind and hit her gently on the nose. The small child sneezed and blinked rapidly, momentarily stunned at the force, as the flower gently tickled her nose. She slammed her hands into the ground a few times, as if punishing it for making her sneeze before feeling the texture. She wondered what it tasted like. “No, don’t put that in your mouth.” A gentle voice scowled the small blonde child as she tried to eat the dirt in the garden bed. A deeper voice laughed, “Leave her be, she’ll learn the hard way why you don’t eat things off the ground or for that matter the ground itself.” Amusement radiated off of the masculine voice. Blue-grey eyes wandered towards the sky to see the faces of her parents, her fascination with the ground disappeared momentarily at the sound of the familiar voices and soothing tones. “I don’t like it. She’ll get sick.” A frown could be heard in the feminine voice who was obviously disagreeing with the male. A bug creep into the view of the toddler who instantly and stuck it into her mouth. The wind carried off the sound of a disgusted shriek and masculine laughter.
The forest was dense, trees sprung out from everywhere in the ground along with plants and fungi. Small animals scurried over the roots or jumped from branch to branch. Everything was natural with no signs of human encounter. But looks can be deceiving for resting on a root of the oldest tree in the forest was a human girl in her late teen. Her back was resting against the rough bark of the tree but she seemed unaware of the course texture of her chosen support. Blonde hair flowed past her shoulders, tangled and knotted from having nothing but her hands to run through it. Faint scars on her arms, barely noticeable on her slightly tanned skin, were war trophies from fights with her brother and sisters years ago. Some were caused by others but only one or two were made with malice. On her lap lay her hands, one on top of the other, calloused with blunt nails from the vigorous work that it took to survive in the forest. Her long legs were perpendicular to her body, toned and covered with dust from running; her feet were in no better condition. A warm breeze blew across her face, causing her hair to tickle her face. Blue-grey eyes opened and blinked once slowly before resting in a half closed state. Her mind remained blank for a moment as if she was still in her dream.
Kali blinked once more before yawning and stretching out. She wiped a tear that had formed from the yawn before swinging her legs over the large root. Standing up, she gave her back a good crack before running along the roots. Occasionally, she would jump from one to the other. A normal human would have fallen at one point or twisted their ankle from the complex twist of the roots but Kali was practice and this was her turf. Nothing could harm her here unless she acted foolishly. Her dirt stained feet hit the ground lightly and she broke into a run. Her breathing was even but her pace would have made the village-raised humans turn red gasping for breath. Her long hair should have gotten in the way but for some reason it never did. But she didn’t stay on that thought to long, she didn’t want some god or whatever higher being there was get pissed and decided to change that.
After a few miles of dodging past trees, flowers, and the occasion animal that wanted to see if they could trip up the female, she stopped to take a breather. Her breathing was heavier as she sat down for a few moments. She closed her eyes and tried to remember the dream. It was pleasant and warm, not in the way Selene’s fur was but almost the same as her adopted mother’s pure presence. She had long since known that Selene was not her real mother in the sense that the people in the town considered it, but she was fine with that. If her “real” mother didn’t want her and the wolf was willing to keep her, Kali found no reasons to deny that. She loved the wolf and she always would. ‘On that note’ Kali thought to herself as she stood up, forgetting the dream, ‘the wolf I love will be pretty pissed if I’m not home before dark.’ With that she took off running once more deeper into the heart of the forest.

Dark colored eyes fluttered open as Kiku woke up. The tenshi stared at the ceiling for a while, not fully awake yet. It took her a while but she was finally able to wake up her brain enough to take in the familiar surrounds. She could feel the soft mattress of her bed and see the curtains that adorned the posts of her canopy bed. The dark blue material was tied to the bed posts with a yellow cord which caused her to frown. She usually closed them to allow herself some privacy, sleeping always made her feel vulnerable. Light streamed in from the windows on one side of the room, telling her what she already knew; the morning had arrived. Kiku rubbed her eyes sleepily as she flung the thick sheets off her bed and her feet touched the freezing cold floor of the room. It was the only way that she could sleep, her room freezing cold while her blanket was full of feathers and trapped heat. One of the quirks that made Kiku, Kiku. Ignoring the fact that she was still in her cotton t-shirt and silk boxers, she slipped out of her room and headed towards Aoi’s. She gave a courtesy knock on the door before opening it a crack and going in. She walked into the room that was so much warmer than her own and smiled when she saw a sleeping female who was only two years younger than herself. Kanon wasn‘t present so he was probably taking care of his kingly duties or getting some rest before launching into the day. Ever since Aoi came, they had been extremely busy whether it was protecting her or answering her questions. “Aoi, sweetie,” She called out gently as she approached the bed, shaking the girl’s shoulder’s gently. “It’s time to wake up. Did you have a good night‘s sleep?” Kiku had always had a motherly nature unless she was pissed off or in a tense fight. Than she was a sarcastic b***h who refused to do anything other than what she wanted to do. It caused some problems for the others because it usually took the twenty three year old to feel extremely insecure to bring out that side of her and that’s when they needed her level-headedness the most. Needless to say, Kiku did not do well under pressure. “Do you want something to eat?” She asked as she sat on the end of the bed, waiting for the other’s answer.

Pushing a stray strand of indigo colored hair, Sin began to ponder what he was going to do for some “fun”. It had been a while since he had last went through the Nisse. Maybe around two years? Going through the Nisse usually meant that he had to interact with the Seelie Court’s world and he had a great dislike for that. It was more preferable to stay with people who were of the same mind. In Sin’s case, this was with the small bands of Folk that still called themselves a part of the Unseelie Court. Of course this meant that the Kelpie had spent a good majority of his drifting between the small groups of outcaste Faerie. Which was all good and fine, for Sin wasn’t one to stay in one place forever and he literally did have forever, but it was getting to the point that he had seen so much of the Otherworld that he was growing bored. The Otherworld was by almost all definitions; perfect. It was every mortal’s dream and had been often called heaven by the few, unfortunate humans that had somehow wondered through. Of course the “angels” weren’t what they thought they should be. They quickly learned that the Fair Folk were not kind heralds of good will. No they were two faced bastards who wanted nothing more than to torture the humans both mentally and physically for their own amusement while all the while smiling in an open, friendly manner. But Sin was getting off topic, his dislike of the Seelie Court detouring his train of thought. The Otherworld, his world, was indeed a beautiful place. But when one stays to long in such a place, he or she becomes immune to such things. That was why Sin liked the Ironside, though he hardly visited. It was so flawed that there was no way not to find amusement. People where so easily tricked or to stubborn to believe that Sin always found a way to amuse himself.
Sin adopted a subconscious smile at the thought, but was brought back down from his musing by someone addressing him. It was Fisher, a dark child and one of the two keepers of the Nisse. The child was so unguarded that he had to shake his head, a soft smile on his face. He had a weak spot for the innocent Faeries, for it was something so rare. The dark child was only four so he couldn’t be able to understand the dangers of a Kelpie. And Sin wasn’t going to be the one who taught him. Reaching out with his left hand, he ruffled the blue hair. “I’m good, Fisher, been a while hasn’t it.” Sin said as he withdrew his hand and crossed his arms in front of his chest. “Good question.” He muttered as Fisher asked what fun he was going to have. He could always mess with some mortals or go find someone to have some adult fun with, though if he decided on the second one he wouldn’t be telling Fisher. He mused quietly to himself for a few more moments when Fisher began to address someone other than himself. Looking up, he saw a male with a dog come by. The moment the male spotted them, Sin’s nose told him that this man was a human. A frown crept across his face as he began to doubt himself. If Fisher knew the guy than he couldn’t be a human, maybe he had been gone from Ironside a bit too long. Besides, he could be an extraordinarily talented Sidhe or maybe a Faerie that moved to Ironside.
Then within a few series of events, the male’s dog had run off and he was talking to both Fisher and himself. “New?” Sin asked in his feminine soprano voice, “ I guess you could say that. We’re just visiting.” He asked as he let his arms drop. Shifting his position so that he was leaning forward slightly while holding his arm behind his back, Sin tilted his head to the side to examine the male in front of him. Hmm, he really wasn’t Sin’s type and he had a strong suspicion that he was straight. But that didn’t mean he couldn’t have his fun with the male. “You wanna show us around?” He asked, giving Julien a flirtatious wink.

Syn 『 ♪♪♫ 』 Nakatsukasa
════════════════════════════════════
════════════════════════════════════
Syn, a 37 year old natural blonde, rose from his full sized bed groggily, He glanced over at the left side and sighed as he laid a hand on the cold empty half of the bed. No one had ever laid on it ever since his wife had died fifteen years earlier. A stab of pain went through his heart as the memories flooded through him. He closed his eyes for a little while before swinging his legs over the side of the bed. There was no point in staying in bed all day, even if he had a headache from last night. Sometimes the customers got so annoying, but he had to live with it. Walking into the bathroom, Syn looked at his reflection and frowned as he ran a hand over a small cut under his eye. Last night he had gotten into a fight with a drunk customer that refused to stay away from the bar in which he was banned.
“Sir, I have to ask you to leave the bar right now.” Syn said as he laid a hand gently on the male who was leaning on the counter. The male growled and slapped his hand, “Don’t touch me you damn homo,” He yelled as he pointed his finger at Syn, “You’re a disgrace to Japan, with your bleached long hair and that earring.” Syn sighed, this was getting annoying. It appeared the drunk was an old fashioned man. “ Sir, this is my natural hair color and I need to ask you to leave now.” He said as he tired once more to lead the man towards the door. The other customers were starting to stare, most giving disapproving looks to the drunkard. The man ignored both him and them as he continued to rant, “Ayame was such a good woman and than you came around and ruined her. Now that she’s past away, you’re doing the same to her children-“ The man fell to the floor as Syn delivered a hard punch to his face. It had made it a rule not to fight drunkards, the weak, and children, but this one time he would make an exception. “Don’t talk about my family that way.” He said as he stood over the man, his eyes cold and harsh. The man turned red and began to stutter, as he groped behind him. “Y-y-you b*****d!” He yelled as he flung a glass cup at Syn. It missed and shattered it as hit the wall behind him, a stray shard cutting him on the cheek. Bending down, Syn picked up the man by his collar and dragged him towards the door and threw him onto the street. He slammed the door shut and turned around to the customers, a bright smile on his face, “Sorry, everyone the situation is now handled.”
Putting on a bandaid, Syn walked down the stairs and glanced around. It seemed that no one was here. Oh wait, his oldest child was passed out on the couch. Walking over, Syn crossed his arms and rested them on the back of the couch. Leaning down, he kissed Jamie gently on the forehead, his hair flooded down like a curtain. “Jamie, time to wake up. You can’t sleep the day away.”

Adurna Ravengaurd
Dirk sighed as he swung back and forth in his chair behind the reception desk. He was so bored. Nothing interesting ever happened in the retirement home that he worked in. There was no drama over money issues because they were supported by a wealthy donor and rarely did any of the guest have trouble that would cause a panic. It was great, but Dirk couldn’t help but to feel bored. The woman who was sitting next to him gave him an eye that clearly said to knock it off. He sighed and stilled for a full five seconds before tapping his pen on the desk. Why couldn’t someone come by? A whoosh sound that came from the automatic doors made him look up. Had he gotten his wish? He quickly got to his feet when he saw who it was. A female walked in. Her long black hair looked almost blue in the lighting and her crimson eyes were focused in only one direction. No one stopped her to make her signed in, hell no one stopped her period. She was the donor who kept this place running. It apparently started with her grandmother went down the line.
“Ms.Ravengaurd! It’s good to see you” Dirk called out as he moved around the desk and took a few lengthy paces to catch up with the female. He was acting as her escort though he knew that she wouldn’t need one. It was just something for him to do. “You’re looking lovely as ever.” She didn’t say anything only continued on with her brisk pace. They were coming towards the main hallway were a large painting was placed. Dirk paused for a moment to stare at it. The likeness between the painting and the female before him was amazing, the only thing that distinguish them apart was the formal clothing in the portrait and the t-shirt and jeans on the living version. “Amazing…” He muttered, before starting to jog to catch up with the woman who was still walking away. Dirk nearly ran into her when she suddenly stopped in front of one of the doors. “You may leave now.” She said calmly, not even sparing him a glance. Dirk blinked a couple of times before nodding and walking off. “What a weird chick.” He muttered.
× × × × × ×
Adurna Ravengaurd opened the door slowly as not to frighten the elderly woman who lived inside the walls. “Melissa, how are you?” She asked as she shut the door behind her, before looking at the woman. Silver hair was wrapped up in a bun on the top of Melissa’s head, blue eyes brightened in recognition. “Grandma Addy,” She exclaimed, “How nice to see you again, I’m doing quite well.” Adurna chuckled and walked over to the sixty-eight year old and leaned down to kiss her on the forehead. The woman who looked only to be a girl in her late teens was in fact this ancient looking woman’s several times over great grandmother. Her red eyes had been lost over the years, but there was a similarity between the two that couldn’t be denied.
“I’m sorry grandma,” What a silly sounding thing to say, “you’ll have to watch yet another one of us die.” Adurna shook her head and kissed the woman on the forehead again. “Do not worry about me child, I’ve lived though three centuries of this and I will probably live through several more.” Yes, she had told her children of her immortality but only when they were at an age that if they spoke openly about it they would appear senile. The last few generations had understood this completely and all come to understand what a curse immortality was. They pitied their ancestor who stayed in the shadows to watch them and began to tell their children about a guardian angel. She would watch over them until they become adults and had children of their own before finally showing herself to them when they are towards the end of their lives. The children believed these just to be stories, but they always accepted her when she came out to them.
“I’m sorry that my visit must be short today.” Adurna said as she stroked the silvery hair of her grandchild, “But I have business to attend elsewhere.” Melissa nodded and closed her eyes.
“It’s fine, I’m feeling rather sleepy anyways.” She muttered before drifting. Adurna shook her head and left quietly. This would be the last of her children she would watch. Rumors have been spreading about “The One” having the power to take away their immortality and that he or it wanted to find people to test it on. She was not about to let this chance slip from her. “Careful Ravengaurd,” She muttered to herself as she began to leave the retirement home, “Don’t get your hopes up.”

Hesitation. That was something that Adurna knew that she should never feel or act upon. But in the split second where the female moved and stabbed the younger girl, Adurna flinched. A single arrow, that was all that it would have taken to hit the woman. But she had been taken back by how fast the woman with the leopard was, but Addy knew that her arrow would have been faster. The woman was retreating now, so Adurna slowly let the string of her bow relax and took the arrow off of it. She slipped it back into the quiver on her back and watched what was happening. The girl who had been stabbed was in pain, obviously, and the males with her quickly went to her side. Adurna remained silent as she watched the figures turn their heads to look off in some direction. Turning her own, she saw smoke coming from the distance. Something was on fire. By the reactions from the people below her, it must have been something important. She watched as they left to go investigate and waited until they were out of sight before pulling on the reins of the horse and moved him back towards the caravan. No point in getting involved with strangers.
As she came back upon the camping grounds for the travelers, Adurna tilted her head to the side curiously. A good majority of the people were starting to pack away the things. “Oi, Adurna. You finally back.” Ace, the ringleader, yelled as he made his way over to her. He patted the horse on the neck before grinning up at her, “The snow’s finally starting to melt, it’s time to start moving again.” Adurna nodded and was about to dismount when Ace stopped her. “You’re fine, Lynn took care of all your stuff so you’ll be riding up here with some of the other stuff. Okay?” Adurna nodded and shifted herself so that she was comfortable once more. “That’s fine with me, but who’s driving my caravan than?” She asked as she pushed the horse into a walk. Ace walked beside her and his grin widened. “Though I’d give Lynn a shot, but you should supervise him just in case.” He said before walking away to do final check ups. She shook her head and made her way over to the Snake Boy who was staring at the two horses infront of him, looking nervous.
“It’s best not to look at them, Lynn.”
Lynn took his eyes off of the many homeless children and adults who were wandering the streets of the capital of Blair. He looked over at Adurna who was currently on a horse next to him. They had stopped the night before they had entered the former capital and had just entered the city. So many of these people had little to money to support their families all because of this war.
“Humans are stupid,” Lynn muttered. Adurna smiled sadly at him before turning to look ahead again.
“Yes, yes we are.” She said softly. Just than Ace ran over to them and touched her leg to get her attention.
“Hey I found a place for us to stay today. It’s in the richer districts, one of the few places still stable around here. Some rich guy’s son is turning of age today and he wants the whole shebang for the party.”
Adurna nodded and dismounted her horse, handing the reins to Ace. He stood there and waited along with Lynn who looked back curiously. Adurna made her way to the back of the caravan and hopped in. After a few moments she reappeared in her dancer outfit. Ace let out a wolf whistle teasingly and Adurna laughed. She took the reins and remounted. She was thankful that she spent so much time on the horse that she wasn’t feeling sore. She pushed forward and headed towards the rich kid’s house.

Adurna trotted over the roots lazily, having just woken up from one of her several naps. She didn’t like sleeping for extended periods, made her feel vulnerable. Some of the other members of the pack made fun of her for it, but they had walked away with a nasty bite mark. No one messed with the Alpha's daughter and got away unharmed. Speeding up slightly, Adurna used her powerful muscles to jumped onto a boulder that was in her way. Her silvery fur reflected the little light that there was in such a dense part of the forest. When in her other, less appealing form, her snowy coat turned into waist long, platinum blonde hair. Her eyes remained the same turquoise color no matter what form she decided to take. A weak breeze flowed by, carrying a scent that Addy would never forget. Mother. Turning directions, Addy began to run at a quick pace towards the scent. Seeing the familiar red fur that belong to her mother, she ran even faster. She skidded to a stop just inches away and nuzzled the side of Jade’s face childishly before flopping down next to the female. “Hello mother.” She said happily as she leaned on Jade.

hot-headed- Addy doesn’t take crap from anybody. If you insult her, she’s throw one right back at you with a punch as an added in bonus. She knows how to fight and she has a resolve to make sure she finished what she started. Her first reaction to being forced to go to this military academy was one of sheer anger. She threw a temper tantrum but that only strengthened her parents determination.
arrogant – Being one of the strongest people in her former school as well as one of the richest, Adurna knows that she’s conceited and believes that she has the right to be. Not many can compete with her wealth and even fewer can compete with her fists. Some have tried to knock the arrogance out of her, but with each of their losses makes her even more cocky. Her parents are hoping that the academy will have someone who can put her in her place.
Jealous – Adurna has always been the jealous type. She hated it when her boyfriends would look at other girls or when others tried to upstage her. She was never one to try to be in the constant center of attentions, but there where occasions when she wants to be. Being born into a big family, she was often overlooked as a child. Now she won’t let anyone ignore her.
вríєf вαckgrσund
Born into a large family, Adurna grew up as the child often forgotten. Her elder sister, Linda, was genius and was constantly winning academic awards. Her older twin brothers, Sol and Brizen, were also talented. Sol was a music magician and Brizen was a sports prodigy. Her oldest brother, the first son Shane, was expected to take on her father’s company at the age of sixteen. This left Addy as the talentless unwanted child. Whenever she achieved a goal or received an award, her siblings would have already have one or have achieved it a higher level. This pissed off Adurna to no end and so she turned to the one thing none of her siblings had taken, fighting. She enrolled herself in any martial arts class she could find along with boxing and regular street fighting. And she was good. She got to the point where she could even kick her brother to the ground. She was finally out of her siblings’ shadow. But living that way for so long had left an inferiority complex on her, causing her to act arrogant and jealous.

M i z u h o - R y u u i j i Guitarist

A nineteen year old male laughed as one of his friends made a joke about one of their professor. His short black hair and dark eyes made his name a perfect fit for the young Japanese man. Kuro shook his head as he began to walk as the light turned red. He stopped as if he heard something before a familiar face caught his attention. There on the other street was a man two years his junior leaning against one of the stone buildings. Eyes the color of the night filled with pain looked back at him. He was…familiar, but Kuro was sure that he had never seen this person. “Hey Kuro,” A voiced called out from ahead of the college student, “you coming?” Kuro looked over to his friends who had reached the other side of the crosswalk. He glanced back at where the younger man had been, but saw nothing. Shrugging it off, he ran to catch up before the light changed color again.
Mizuho stood on top of an old building, his black wings lowered as he watched his former lover continue on with his life. His life without any memory of Mizuho. But that was the way he made it and the way it should be. He didn’t know why he had called out Kuro’s name, it had been two years since the incident and there had never been any slip ups. He was okay with the choice he had made so why did it still hurt? Kuro. Mizuho reached up and grabbed a handful of his own hair as if a sudden headache had come on. Memories swarmed around his head, most weren’t his but those who he had taken them for. They finally settled down, but not before the image of himself standing over the dead body of a Fallen female appeared, a bloodied chain whip in his hands. A bitter laugh escaped from the male who would forever appear seventeen. That’s right, he shouldn’t even be watching Kuro, even if it was a distance. This would be the last time, he needed to move on. Mizuho watched as the male he had been watching disappeared into a restaurant before turning away. He needed to get to work.
“Hey everyone!” Mizuho yelled out as he swung the door open and pranced into the room that the band used for practice and meetings. His guitar was strapped to his back and a large pair of sunglasses blocked his eyes, allowing no one to see his midnight colored eyes. Pushing them up onto his forehead, he grinned at the other two members of their band. “Hey guys,” He said in a slightly higher pitch than his real voice before walking over and throwing his arms around Dahlia, “Happy Birthday.” Being one of the older fallen, Mizuho liked to know things about the people he worked with and wanted them to know less about him. It really came in use when you knew random trivia about someone who was supposed to be helpful. Today was the day of Dahlia’s death, making it her birthday in a sense. It was way less creepy than calling it a Deathday. He turned around sharply and headed over for Yoh, wrapping his arms around the taller male’s neck.
“Didn’t forget about you, Yoh.” He said with a happy smile. Mizuho was a very active person, or at least had the appearance of one, and always seemed jumping for one place to another. These greeting weren’t considered all that odd for him. Turning his head, the guitarist saw the secretary they had meet before and walked over to her and hugging her. “Kyoko, you’re so cute today!” He said excitedly before letting go and strutted his way to one of the empty chairs.

Username: AqwaGaurdian
Name: Adurna Ravengaurd
Nickname: Addy
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Personality: Childish is the easiest way to describe Adurna, but never innocent. She’s the last person you would want to meet in a dark alley at night or at any time for that matter. She enjoys playing mind games and will only take an order willingly from the Lord of Shadows himself. If it’s anyone else, she’ll do as they say but not in the way they want it. It’s hard to get Addy to be serious, but no one really wants to try anyhow.
History: Adurna grew up in a small village were magic wasn’t widely known or liked in the area. There should have been no way for her to have attained the rare gift of elemental magic, but somehow she did. Like with everything, there were suble signs at first; fires stayed lit longer than the wood should allow or it would rain when the blonde babe would cry. But first serious display of the magic was when she was seven. Normally when little children decide to make a friend, it’s a harmless imaginary one. Adurna took this to the next level, she created an element in a physical form. The panic was enormous when her mother’s scream brought all the neighbors to see what had happened. There in the dirt sat the little blonde child, her arms wrapped protectively over a winged beast made of darkness and light. She became the village outcast, even her own parents abandoned her for fear of what she was. But she wasn’t completely alone, others came into existence to keep her company as well.
When the Lord of Shadows started the war, her village was in the way. It was totally obliterated except for a teenage girl who slept through the whole slaughter on a winged beast’s back. The Lord of Shadows found this amusing and allowed her to join his side. She was taught how use her powers in a different way once the Lord of Shadows was securely positioned on the throne. Adurna now understands how to use her powers and if happy to serve the Lord.
Rank: Elemental Mage
Spells: She is able to both create and manipulate any element in their purest form. Wheather it be summoning a flame in mid air or bending light to create illusions. But one spell completely her own would be her “pets”, beings formed by the elements that seem to have souls of their own, yet are completely loyal to Adurna and Adurna only. She is also known for her gift with divination spells such as tarot & palm reading.
Appearance:
Other: while Addy's other creatures appear and disappear at her command Tatsuo, her first created beast, stays by her side

“Like that?” Adurna sked as she got up, holding the decorate sword in her left hand. The merchant by the name of Riku rubbed his chin as he examined her for a few moments.
“You’ve got the moves down but you’re concentrating too much on the sword. You need to focus on the music more.”
“What music? In case you haven’t noticed, it’s pretty quiet right now.”
The merchant glared at the giggling blonde.
“You sassying me missy?” He asked bopping her on the head. Adurna let out another round of laughter as she gently rubbed the spot on the top of her head. Riku was a close friend of hers from a few years back. He was a traveling merchant and often found himself going into different countries and kingdoms for the sake of expanding his business. He would often told Addy stories and teach her the different types of dances that he had seen while he was gone. In return she would watch over his eldest son who was a notorious womanizer and by giving him readings.
“How is Luka by the way?” Adurna asked, talking about the merchant’s one week old daughter. The man;s expression softened as he took the decorated blade and began to wrap it for her. “As healthy and strong as you predicted.” He said, placing the sword on top of the celtic harp that Adurna had also purchased. “Thank you.”
There had been a problem with the birthing and the doctor had told Riku that they could either save his wife or the baby. Adurna, who had been present at the time, urged him to not do anything; telling him that everything would be fine. That he needed to let things take their own course. The merchant had been torn between listening to the unfamiliar, educated doctor and his friend who’s psychic power he had never confirmed. Taking a huge leap of faith, he decided to side with Addy. Adurna understood what it meant for the male to put his trust for her and knew what would happen if her prediction was false. But sure enough, his wife had gave birth and though a bit weak she was still alive.
“No problem,” Adurna replied with a nonchalant shrug. “I have to go now. It’s going to be of two of my friends soon and I need to help out with the party.” She explained as she slipped the sword around her waist and held the pretty little white harp to her chest. The merchant rolled his eyes and waved her off. And than she was off.
“Erilyn!” A loud yell echoed through the hall as the blonde bolted down the hall towards the group of people surrounding the unacknowledged princess. The other occupants parted for her like the red sea for Moses. Whether it was her touch they feared or court relations that she and her family held, she didn’t know or care. She only had one destination in mind. She rushed forward and threw herself at the female warrior. Her arms and stomach were covered by a silky see-through material that connected to the white material that was wrapped around her chest. Her legs were covered in the same white that her chest was. Expensive jewely wrapped was placed around her neck , wrists, and ankels. As long as she didn’t use her hands, she could touch without activating her powers.“Need a fortune?” She asked, tilting her head to the side coming in on the last part of the conversation. She ignored the others. “You know I’m always here for you. Speaking of which, here.” She said unbuckling the sword from around her waist and shoved it into Erilyn’s hands. “I’m going to be busy on your birthday so I want to give you this now. It’s not something you can really use during battle but it would look great for ceremonies and stuff.” She said apologetically. The king had asked her to attend the ball and stay close at hand in case that he or someone needed her talents. She probably wouldn’t have time to find Erilyn than so it was best to give her the present now. Taking a step back she glanced at the people and tilted her head to the side, curiously.
“Oh~ look people…” She mused, eyeing each individual. She had seen some of them before, directly and indirectly but she wasn’t really sure if she meet any of them in person. Sometimes it was too hard to tell between the memories of others and herself.

Adurna watched the female and looked down at Espeon. She had found it rather amusing that Emi kept on insisting that she wasn’t a stalker, but it was obvious that the female was stressed out. Taking one of the Pokeballs from her braclet she threw the ball up. “Dragonair.” She called out, waiting for the 13 foot long dragon to come out. As he flew out of the ball, he turned around and began to nuzzle Addy happily. “Yeah, yeah, yeah,” She said pushing away his head while laughing, “come one I have a job for you.” She said placing her forhead onto Dragonair’s. “See the girl? she’s a little stressed out, mind helping her out?” Dragonair let out a sound that meant that he was fine with it before floating over to Emi. He let out a happy call and bumped the girl’s head playfully. Dragonairs give out a distinct, gentle aura that can be felt by humans. Addy had found this to be useful in stressful times.
