Today was yet again the first day of school for Tristan. Every year he always expected to have an awesome year but he never did. Luckily it was his senior year and he finally got the privilege to be the ‘big dogs’ of the school. Being a senior in high school seemed such an important privilege because many of the students were able to get a bunch of advantages such as getting out of class early or even arriving at the cafeteria line earlier than the lowerclassmen. He was at school earlier than usual because he knew that finding his locker was always an issue. During his previous years, he would have issues either finding his locker or opening his locker and this usually caused him to be late on the first day of school. Tristan didn’t really care if he ended up late to school but this time he actually wanted to do something right.

Tristan wore a simple light blue t-shirt and black jeans. To top it off he simply wore a new pair of black and white Chuck Taylor converse shoes. His previous shoes were badly damaged and they were starting to be a little too tight on him so getting a new pair of shoes were a relief to his feet or so he thought. He was carrying a Jansport navy blue backpack that contained some of the textbooks he probably needed for the first day. Tristan looked around the hallways of the school trying to find the number. As he was walking past by, he noticed a couple of the lowerclassmen who were a lot shorter than him. Tristan thought, “Looks like these kids are getting shorter these days…or I’m just growing taller.” He was six foot and four inches tall and he remembered that when he was a Freshman that he was only five foot and five inches tall. It was a great height spurt that he obtained during his high school years and he considered it to be in his parents’ genes.

While looking for his locker, he eventually past the freshmen lockers and noticed that there were a lot of pretty good-looking girls, but he knew that this time wasn’t the perfect time to start flirting. Moments later, he eventually found the senior area of lockers and looked around hoping to find anyone he knew. Sadly, there wasn’t a lot of seniors in that area especially the ones he didn’t know. After finding his locker, he eventually tried opening it with the locker combination that the office gave him. He started mumbling the words, “33…13…7.” At first the locker didn’t open and Tristan thought, “I think I still have a locker curse. Let’s try again.” He attempted to open his locker again and he was able to do it successfully. He didn’t really want to know why his locker didn’t open the first time, but instead he noticed that his locker was pretty dusty. He moaned, “Ugh, this person never cleaned up their locker. What a pain.” He took one of the napkins he had in his jeans’ pocket and started wiping off the dust in the locker.

Even though he didn’t use lockers a lot, he preferred having a clean locker rather than a messy one. Eventually he started putting his textbooks in his locker and while he was doing that, he heard somebody calling his name. He turned and noticed that it was one of his friends and greeted, “Hey! How’s it going?”

His friend was about the same height as him and had really dark brown hair. His structure was well-built and perfect for a basketball player. His friend replied, “Nothing much, but have you noticed how pretty those freshmen girls are? It’s like wow!”

Tristan smiled, “Yeah, I thought they were really pretty too.” Immediately the bell rang and Tristan explained, “I’ll meet you during first period. I think right now it’s homeroom.” He left and started walking to his classroom and oddly enough his homeroom was near the freshmen and sophomore locker area. As he was walking towards his homeroom, he noticed that some of the students were looking at him in an unusual way and he didn’t really care about it as much.

These rules are actually very simple and basic. By following them, we can make a successful role-play that is fun and worthwhile.

• In the role-play, I expect you to be literate, which means around one paragraph and more (preferably the maximum would be around eight). But I won't get mad if you go below that as long as your post is interesting and something the other person can work through.

• When applying for a role, please fill out the background check profile first. It helps me determine if you should be accepted or not. After that you can pick whatever character you would like to play. However usually I will suggest to you what spot you can fill. (That is if you have more than one choice).

• As for the character, it is mandatory that the characters should be Asian to match the Asian setting. Even though I haven't fully created a plot yet, I know for sure that this role-play is going to be a mix of Asian dramas. However if you don't know much about a specific country in Asia, don't worry just research it a bit. Anyway I'm pretty sure that a couple of us don't know much either.

• This is a long-term role-play.

• As for posting style, don't use anything page-stretch worthy or blinding colors. They would disturb many of the readers eyes and we don't want that to happen. In general all I want is to have at least two or three colors, a post in size 10 font, character's name, and a picture of them.

• Because this thread isn't fully ready yet to be launched as an IC thread, brainstorming is mandatory. Any form of it will help greatly! Also some of the 'titles' of the characters are there but not set in stone. They can be editted depending if we both agree.

[✖] --- Intelligent: Being educated a very young age, it motivated me to learn more about different facts whether it was knowing how to solve a calculus problem or understanding Jane Eyre, I was always knowledgeable about it. Many of my friends would ask me questions about things you can find in textbooks and chances are I pretty much knew the answer. However, the only thing I wasn't knowledgeable about was girly stuffs like makeup and hair. It was kind of useless for me to know that facts because that wasn't important.
[✖] --- Great Listener: I'm always willing to listen to a person's problem, but I refuse to give advice. Why? Well because I do such a horrible job giving advice. If all else fails, I usually quote something from one of the novels I've read and hopes that it'll help my friend's situation.
[✖] --- Old-fashioned: I don't like working my way to get the guy as much, instead I like it to be the opposite. It's always a pain having to fall in love with them and finding out that they've dumped you for somebody who is supposedly way better than you. This is probably why I haven't had a boyfriend ever since birth...quite a tragic thing or so my friends say.
[✖] --- Respectful: I will treat you the way you treat me. That's how I do it, but chances are I'll try to respect you as much as you can...unless you say something that just ticks me off.
[✖] --- Clumsy: I seem to easily trip and it's quite a pain and embarrassing having to do that in front of people by accident. I usually try to be more graceful about it next time, but whenever that 'next time' is, I end up forgetting about it. Opps~!

Kohaku was looking through the ship the beautiful view of the skies. He noticed that it was quite sunny and bright today especially that they were close to arriving to Cinnabar Island. The Zanbeta team were planning to go to Cinnabar Island and capture a couple of the rarest fossils in Cinnabar Island. Not many people actually knew that Cinnabar Island had a couple of rare fossils at hand so the team took advantage of taking as many as they can. The team was well-known to be one of the top mighty sky pirates in all of Kanto, Johto, and even Hoenn. As Kohaku was looking at the skies from his angle, many of his crew mates were doing their usual chores. Houdini, who was Kohaku’s first mate, stood there being the disappearing pokemon. Kohaku would usually have a hard time finding Houdini because he was sly but at the same time ferocious. On the other hand Hawkeye and Metta, who were Swellow and Magneton, looked around the ship from high above to see whether or not they were close to arriving in Cinnabar Island.

Meanwhile, Kira, Ludi, and Tatsu were entertaining themselves before they were ready to steal some extraordinary fossils. Ludi was having his own fun by dancing to his own music. Ludi was always a dancer and he loved dancing to his own music even if there wasn’t any type of sound whatsoever. Tatsu, who was probably the petite one in Kohaku’s team, was riding on top of Kira. The one advantage that Tatsu loved was being able to ride on top of all of his friends because it made him look like he was the pokemon ruler. After a while, Kohaku noticed that the ship was slowly descending and by every moment he noticed that he could see Cinnabar Island. Ever since Kohaku was a kid, he always wanted to go to Cinnabar Island because it seemed like the type of place he would live in. Kohaku mumbled, “Looks like we’ll be in Cinnabar Island earlier than I expected. I wonder where Serenity is. She’s supposed to tell us what our key plan to this mission is.”

He looked around trying to find her but as he was doing so, but then he suddenly stopped and decided to command his pokemon to be more serious about this. He called out his Houndoom, “Houdini!” Within a few seconds, Houndini soon arrived and he told him as he was patting his head, “Call out the rest of the team, I think we’ll have a meeting about our plan soon so tell them to be ready. I don’t want anymore bad impressions especially the last mission made me look horrible.”

Houdini nodded and ran to go look for the rest of the team. After two more minutes, they all arrived and Kohaku was able to see Cinnabar Island within a ten foot radius.
