                                                        gregory benjamin o'malley
                                                        { the fatherly parent }

It was a pretty windy morning for Gregory at seven o’clock in the morning. School was going to start soon for his son William and his goal was to wake up him early for his first day of school. They recently moved in yesterday, but they weren’t able to do a lot of things other than move some of the items in the house and fix some of the items. William was sitting in the couch so Gregory walked towards him and squatted. He tried waking him while saying, Hey Will…wake up. School is going to start.

William just moaned as he was trying to get some more sleep but Gregory persistently said, Come on, daddy won’t be able to drop you off to your school and you’re going to be late. After a few moments, William slowly got up and decided to go to the kitchen. Fortunately Gregory was able to cook his breakfast beforehand so it was all ready for him in the kitchen table. Gregory was still dressed in his pajamas but he was going to eventually change once William was done eating. William was quite similar to Gregory when he was younger. They both had dark brown hair and a set of beautiful brown eyes to match with it. However, William seemed to carry some of his mother’s characteristics or so Gregory noticed for the past six years.

William finally sat down on the chair and started eating sluggishly. Gregory kept a watch of him every so often while he was changing. He wore a casual outfit to fit his first day of work in the new restaurant that he recently got accepted at. Eventually after thirty minutes or so, William finally finished eating his breakfast. By that time William was a bit happier, so he was able to be more awake and alert. Gregory walked towards William and they went to the bathroom to help with each other.
By the time they were done, Gregory had a few minutes to get William to his school on time. Luckily the school was nearby so when he arrived at the school, there was about a minute or two to spare. He looked down and touched William’s head. William was really happy and he looked up wondering what his dad was planning to tell him.

Have fun on your first day of school. Don’t do anything too bad and be a good little boy. Gregory stated as he smiled looking at his child. He felt really happy seeing his child because he felt that he was able to see his wife in him. However, recently he just accepted his wife’s death, so he was willing to find another person that might be willing to love him as much as he loved his wife. William replied, “Yes Daddy.

Gregory bid his farewell, Well Daddy has to go. So be a good boy! He kissed his son on the forehead after his statement. Then he started walking away while William was constantly waving at him. Eventually after a while William entered in his classroom trying to find a seat while Gregory was getting out of the school building. As he was getting out of the school building, he was wondering where his workplace was again from the school building. He sometimes forgot where it was from the school building, but he knew clearly where it was from their house. Gregory looked around trying to figure out some sort of a visual ‘landmark’ that he would remember.

It was already a sunny afternoon and Matthieu finally finished all of his classes for that day. Sadly to say he wasn't in the same school as his lovely girlfriend so he wasn't able to check on her as much as he would like to. Thankfully his brother was in the same class as her so it was easier for him to figure out what's happening. Matthieu just recently entered college and he was having a pretty difficult time coping with the homework pile. From a never-ending pile of essays, Matthieu had to do a rigorous time-management to himself. Luckily he was able to do it so well that he was able to hangout with his girlfriend every so often. Matthieu was going to visit his girlfriend at school as a surprise and he was pretty excited about it. Matthieu's outfit was pretty versatile from a college surrounding to a possible date with his girlfriend so he walked towards his car. While he was walking towards his car, there were a couple of upperclassmen walking pass by him and a few he actually knew. One of them greeted him as they were within distance, "Hey Matt!" Matthieu replied with a smile, "Hello. Sorry I gotta go man, I'm going to go visit my girlfriend so talk to you later." Then his other friend nodded and they walked past each other. By the time he arrived at his car, he decided to get his car keys and open the door. After that he sat down in the driver's seat and drove towards his high school.

It was around an hour or so and Matthieu finally arrived at the school. He was a few minutes early so that was perfect for him to chill and wait for his girlfriend and his brother. Matthieu got out of the car and waited nearby and while he did, he noticed a couple of the lower classmen looking at him while walking passed by him. Some of them looked pretty interested in him but he didn't really care cause he was already taken. While he was there waiting, he slowly saw a couple of students getting out of school. Many of them were excited and glad that it was over and Matthieu could relate to them. He was once in their position, but now with college he was able to fix his schedule so he would have time to hangout while having time to study. He was quite studious in his academic work so sometimes his academics would take over him for a certain period of time. Fortunately he was happy to have a girlfriend that was willing to cope with him...or so he assumed.

Emil stood there half clueless at the teacher wondering what in the world she was talking about. He didn't really pay attention to lectures because overall he didn't really care as much about his classes. Though recently it kicked in his brain that he has to do good all of this year in able to graduate. The teacher kept lecturing about the functions within cells and that didn't really interest him as much. To be honest, Emil disliked a lot of the subjects except physical education and history. He stood there looking at the clock waiting for the class to end so that he would be free for today. Originally he was going to have swimming practice, but then he decided not to because they were having try-outs for the water polo team. He was a sporty type of person so he was always used to working out. However whenever he was working out, there would always be a bunch of girls lurking around watching him. It was a tad bit scary to him, but he got used to it after a while. Anyway it attracted the girls so it was always easy for him to get a date or two.

Once the bell rang, everyone stood up and were glad to get out of the building. Many of them were walking around the corridors waiting for their friends and such. Emil had nothing much in his mind except to go back home through the bus. He was still in the process of earning his driver's license, so he wasn't able to drive yet with his parents using their cars and his brother Matthieu using his own car. As he was walking towards his locker he noticed from afar Matt's girlfriend and he felt a bit sad about it. He really had a crush towards her but he couldn't do much because he was already taken by his 'perfect' brother. Inside himself he felt like he was competiting against his brother for his own parents' attention and his brother practically defeated him in everything except friends and sports. Though what seemed to be more brutal to him was the fact that the one girl that he really had feelings for was taken. There were times where he wanted to make her love him but he knew that their relationship was pretty solid. He felt a bit hopeless about the situation and opened his locker trying to avoid contact with her. Emil was pretty good friends with her because of their connection with Matthieu but he was only there to be the 'body guard' of their relationship. As he was looking through his locker, a female student that was a year below him greeted with a bright smile, "Hello Emil!"

Emil turned around and noticed it was one of the girls that usually cheered for him during the games. He totally forgot her name but he knew that she was in their so-called 'Emil fan club'. It was a pretty weird idea for the girls to create that, but it gained him some popularity. He nodded saying, "Oh hey. How are you?" Emil tried to be friendly about it but he had some things to do. The girl replied with a bit of nervousness, "Nothing much, I just wanted to tell you...that...er...there's a party at Kat's house at seven o' clock. It would be great if you can join us..." After hearing that reply he thought, "Another party? I would love to join, but I'm so lazy to go to one..." He lied, "Sure, I'll check my schedule again but I think I might be able to make it." Emil took his books and placed it in his backpack. As he was doing so, the girl left while giggling a bit. He mumbled, "Women these days..."

He walked outside of the school building looking around and noticed that his brother was there. He thought, "What a surprise...I don't think he's here for me though." Emil had a good feeling that he was there waiting for his girlfriend. He thought it was best to approach him so he walked towards him and said, "Hey bro, what'cha doin' here?"

ί can bɜ prɜȶȶy dαɰn coɰpℓίcαȶɜd: I'm pretty much a person who loves art. I can get quite artistic and creative about it, but when people give a 'first impression' of me, they consider me that 'shy and quiet' guy that just draws non-stop. I love painting, drawing, sculpting, and many more. I'm always willing to learn a different kind of fine arts, but I know the basics to a lot of them. However, I'm pretty darn good at painting and sculpting. Through painting and sculpting, it makes it easier for me to release my creative flow and be more relax. Though sometimes I can't get my creativity flowing, so I usually practice archery to keep me more focus. I really don't talk to a lot of people because I'm a bit timid about that but at the same time it's just I'm so preoccupied with trying to make an amazing portfolio for those prestigious art schools and keeping up with archery. Sometimes if I can't make a good conversation to a person, I usually depend on my art work to hopefully say something that I really feel inside.
α prɜȶȶy ȶwίsȶed sȶory: I was born in a pretty average life. Both of my parents are still together and I have a sister who is a few years younger than me. Our parents wanted us to do really well in academics, however they were disappointed in me at first when they found out that I never met their academic expectations. I was excellent in art at a very young age and it took my parents a couple of years to actually accept that fact. After the past three or four years, they finally decided that if I really wanted to get a fine arts degree that I should as long as it's something I'm interested in. Since then I've been taking a bunch of art classes whether it was at school or out of school, I still took it. Thus I became really occupied every single day and it's quite hard for me to have some spare time to go to those school parties and games...I wasn't interested in them anyways.

When I was younger, one of the things that my parents suggested me to try was archery. At first I thought it was something I was going to give up within the first few weeks, but I never regret giving up archery. It's awesome and a good way to release emotions if it's hard to express it through art. However, when I found out about this trip, I thought that it would be the perfect way to truly show to everyone else that I'm determined and talented in fine arts.

It was around seven o'clock in the morning when Dan's bright red alarm clock started ringing. He dreaded the sound of alarm clocks, but it was the only way he was able to wake up and go to his boring school. There wasn't much excitement when it came to classes, but outside of class there was always a ton of fun lying around within the campus. Dan was still a bit sleepy and he turned off his alarm clock with his eyes still close. After that he stood there in his bed wondering whether he would sleep or actually wake up. He knew that sleeping in would be pretty hard for him to arrive to school on time because his parents already left for work. Dan soon thought it was best to get up and actually prepare to go to school. He didn't want to leave his friends alone during the first period so he got up from his bed and decided to go to the bathroom to take a shower. Before he was going to go to the bathroom, he looked through his pile of clothes and picked a bunch of clothes he put together. He was still half asleep as he was doing so, but he didn't really care as much.

Once he was done taking a shower, his outfit was finally complete and he was off to go to school. Dan looked at the clock afar from where he was and noticed that it was around seven twenty. He locked the house with the house keys and walked towards the garage to find his bicycle. Dan liked riding his bicycle towards school because it was a lot easier than walking or possibly running. It took Dan about ten minute on the bicycle to arrive at his school and once he did, he noticed that there were already a bunch of people walking around in the hallways. School was going to start in fifteen more minutes and he was going to have his first class which was English. He really didn't like the teacher in the first place so it was a very easy period for him to not pay attention to the teacher's lecture.

As he was walking towards his locker, he saw one of his brunette friends and greeted him, "Yo Justin! Did you do your dare yet?" Last night Dan and his friends were having a truth or dare night and there were a couple of dares that were waiting to be finished and Dan wanted to be there to see all of it except his. Justin replied, "Hell no dude. I didn't have the right timing to do it yet!" Then Dan looked at locker that Justin was suppose to sabotage and it was still empty. It was going to be hard for him to sabotage one of his ex-girlfriends' lockers especially with people that were walking back and forth in the halls. Dan suggested, "Lame. You should have done it earlier my friend. Do it when everyone is in class or something. Then just use your bathroom excuse and do it then. See, it's easy."

Another male who was as tall as them walked towards them and said, "You guys are such wimps. I've already done my dare...though this guy over here might need some more time to do his dare." He patted Dan on the back as he was saying it and Dan knew that he really needed a couple of days and possibly weeks to do it. The male regurgitated Dan's dare as a reminder, "Dude, you need to get that new girl to fall in love with you and accept your request as her prom date. After that, you have to make her embarrassed and reject her at prom night." Dan felt a bit nervous about this dare because somehow he felt it was even worse than asking any girl to a prom date. He had a pretty good feeling that they weren't going to go well together, but all of his friends seemed to not believe in that idea. Dan was a good flirt or so his friends thought and doing a dare like this would seem quite simple and easy. However, Dan felt like that it wasn't going to be easy. He knew that once everyone at school found out that he was able to successfully get a date with the new girl, there would be a ton of rumors spreading around. Many of them were pretty good, while the rest were pure ugly rumors.

Dan nodded and gave a faint smile as he was hearing his friend repeat the dare again. He felt a bit guilty doing it, but it was a dare. There was no possible way to decline a dare even if somebody dares you in a truth or dare type of game. Dan replied with a bit of confidence, "Don't worry dudes. I'll get it, like I said last night, I won't reject this dare." He walked towards his locker and opened it taking out his English books and removing the other books from his backpack. He placed all of the other textbooks in his locker and closed it. Dan thought, "The goal today is to approach the new girl...once I find her."
