Finally, she found a tiny tutu and walked over to one of her teddybear's. She wrestled with it, trying to get the dang thing on, finally she succeeded and sighed. Emily pulled out her own and helped herself into it, she smiled and walked over to the radio turning it on. A song came on and she mumbled the words, knowing that she had no clue what the person was even saying. Just music in the background, she guessed. Emma took her bear, still mumbling the words to the song still, and hopping onto her bed, jumping on the bed wildly. Which made alot of noise but she didn't care, she was having fun. Real fun. The blonde girl spun around with her bear in her arms, bobbing her head along to the music. Emily didn't notice, but she was nearing the edge of the bed, she kept twirling on the bed with her bear and all of a sudden, she wasn't on the bed anymore. Her body was on the floor in a flash. She let out a scream, one scream, and then was quiet. She looked around the room, in confusion, seeing the dresser beside her. She hit her head and was holding the part that hurt with her hands, covering it up. The six year-old girl was too afraid to check if it was bleeding. She curled herself up in a ball and cried silently, it hurt too much to scream. Her siblings were sure to yell at her for dropping on her bed before checking if she was alright. No one cared anyway. She was just the annoying six year old sister who, no matter what she did, may it be good or bad, got yelled at. So there she laid. The fourteenth Taylor child, the one that was a pain in the butt, laying on the floor. She looked like the same size as a toddler which she was in the position. Weak, actually. The radio still blared loudly in her room but it only made it worse. Emily began to count how many seconds passed, she couldn't count too far, only to 30, so she said it over and over. She wondered if anyone heard the horrible fall, or if she would be laying in the same spot for a while. Either way she was way too scared to look at the back of her head. She whispered the numbers to herself, ". . . twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four. ." Once she finished she began again. Emily knew she wouldn't have to be taken to the hospital or doctor, but she needed something to make it feel better. She knew she couldn't get anything since she was badly hurt and wasn't planning on moving anytime soon. {{Thought it would be better if we had some drama.}} |
