I make stupid mistakes, take the wrong

indentMaybe Harry Potter, the last book? Ooh, that was a tempting choice! Oh, but Found looked quite interesting as well! This is just so hard! Katie groaned as she sat on her hotelbed looking down at both of the books she could choose from, two good choices. . oh! She could read both, but she would just make sure not to get them confused with one another. The sweet girl leaned back on her beds headframe and set both books on the side table, letting out a soft sigh. She felt her stomach begin to turn over and over, it was a usual thing that happened when she had her mind settle on Brandon, her boyfriend back home in Alabama. Katie's eyes slowly shut but all she could see on the other side is the face of her boyfriend, he had called many times that day but yet, Kat couldn't get herself up to have the guts to speak to him. Her brown hair fell int her eyes as she hung her head down, that's when the phone rang off again and this time it didn't go through six rings it skipped straight to the voicemail, like she set it. Her ears waited for a sound of a sigh and the normal click, but instead it was a voice, "Please answer, come on Katie, answer. Please, are you ok? Call me back. . ." He begged and something came over Katie that made her frown, she felt bad. This time it was worse then all the others, she felt horrible for putting him through the agony and hurt that he was going through. As he was about to say the word 'bye', Katie found herself by the dresser and holding the phone to her ear, listening to the breathing of her dear, Brandon Cummings.

indentHe didn't speak right away, but Katie knew he was probably beginning to realize that something was wrong. Kat took the cordless phone out of her bedroom then walked with her muffled feet shuffling against the ground, and found herself sitting on the porch of her hotelroom that cost her a bunch of money. Her legs folded over one another and she finally got up the guts to speak to the one person who was actually feeling worse then her, it was hard to believe. "Hey, babe." She greeted, trying to sound like she was actually feeling upbeat. But, she couldn't and didn't, trick Brandon at all, he was the one person who knew her the best. "What's wrong?" He asked, "Why haven't you been answering my calls?" This was the question that Katie was dreading, what would she tell him? How could she do this to him, be unfaithful? That's when she explained everything that happened, after she finished telling him that she had done the worst thing possible there was a shaky breath on the other line, it was coming and she knew it. It's time for me to be broken hearted now. . she thought to herself letting her eyes close softly. The wind in there made her hair flow silently around her. The day outside was something she did enjoy, it made her mood worse but she would get, hopefully, over it. There was silence surrounding her, and strangely, Katie was enjoying it. The sound of a soft sigh, wasn't from her but from her boyfriend, or ex, on the other line.

indentThe decision was made. Her heart fluttered around beginning to beat so fast, it felt like it was about to explode. Then it slowed when she heard Brandon begin to talk, "Oh, I see. . ." He paused letting the words slowly sink into her but they still didn't make her feel better. "W-Why'd you, uh do it?" That took me off guard. Hers slightly widened but then relaxed more, she was still in shock. Why'd you do it? What was that supposed to mean? When I didn't say anything I felt him go in his thinking-mode, he was trying to phrase it right. "What made you do it?" He asked, not in the mood to even talk. For a reason she couldn't figure out, Katie felt something that made her jolt a little. She noticed that he was jealous. "I wasn't thinking, my mind I guess went blank. . ." She explained but he didn't like that answer, so something must have told him to yell, he followed his rules and began to do just last, "DON'T YOU TELL ME THAT!!!! YOU KNOW THAT YOU NEVER LOVED ME, SO WHY KEEP LEADING ME ON!!!???? YOU ARE A SELFISH HUMAN-BEING WHO DOESN'T GIVE A HELL ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT YOURSELF!!!" The other line clicked off and her body was still, Katie felt the need to scream. He's right.

indentNo, she couldn't think about this right now, she was on vacation she would worry about this later. The clothers she was wearing made a soft smile return to her lips. The girl stood up then walked back inside, making sure to put the phone back on the reciever and then led herself out. As she walked through the long halls, Katie admired the designs on the cieling and smiled lightly at the darkgray walls with words like, freedom, in it. She walked with soft footsteps and listened to the sound of music blaring in one of the last rooms by the elevator, her eyes rolled a little. How could people just act like they were at home at a flipping hotel? Kat took out a novel by Nicholas Sparks, she could wait for a little while to read the other books so she read the first lines on the first page with a smile. She looked over the top of the old binding and her eyes looked at the Shaggy-haired man as he stepped out then walked around her beginning to shuffle down to his apartment. Katie stepped into the elevator and leaned against the bar with a sigh. She flipped to the back of the book to read one of wonderful quotes, it was amazing how he could write. Sometimes it sent butterflies to her stomach. “You hope for the success, you dream about it, but you never expect it.” Kat pursed her lips together and read the line over three times but on the third she saw the doors open, people stared at her as she looked like a total geek. Even here I'm different, like anywhere.

indentHer small body pulled through the crowd and when she finally made it through she tripped over her two feet. The bookworm skipped out of the hotel and began walking towards the road to her rental car, "Yo, Lady!!!" A man's voice called out to her, Katie slowly turned to glance at him with a raised eyebrow, "Got some money?" He asked staggering over and holding out his hand, Kat looked at his outfit then nodded sweetly, "Sure, would twenty bucks be ok?" She asked in her normal smooth voice. The man's face lit up as she planted the twenty dollars in his hand then grinned, "God bless you." He whispered then waved as he staggered off. Katie watched him, making sure he was ok, then got into her car beginning to start it up. Her car slowly pulled out of the crammed space then finally she began driving on the road, heading down to the small coffee shop. A small smile formed on her lips as she pulled up and finally parked the car, bringing her phone out with her.

Embarassing moments. They sucked more then being the oldest in the family. Surprising, right? Each person always had a different way to deal with embarassing situations, but sometimes no one really knew how to deal with them, like Vanessa. She never thought of the Malfoys as cute, mostly because her eyes never went to them when they past her in the halls, it was different. Plus, she was the geeky potter girl who wore braces and never let with out her in haler, always holding a book in her hand just so she could hold something to herself in case someone decided to push her, just in case she landed on her face. She had many embarassing moments, ones where most people would be shocked and feel so bad for her but it was something kids her age found funny. Adds the peer pressure, she guessed. Falling in love was a whole different thing that wasn't Vanessa's best subject and truthfully, she hadn't felt it towards any one in her whole life even her parents. Was she saying she was falling in love? Hell no! Just because she true a damn picture of a Malfoy kid, didn't mean a thing. Sure he was cute and all, but there was things that she disliked about him. His flirting. Now that was easy. Her head shook from side to side as she comtimplated this situation she was in, how horrible was it? On a scale of 1-10, she would've given it a 9.

"Oh, uh yes. . . thank you." She nodded her head then crawled her way back onto the chair, leaning her back towards the wall and staring down at her lap, she couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking about in that brain of his, if he even has one. Potters did have attitudes, big ones, and knew that in cases like this, the only real thing to do was change the subject to a completely other thing. Well, what was there to talk about? Maybe what I did over the summer?, no that was a bad idea. Vanessa was touchy on the talking about her family's personal home-life so she kind of kept that out of her talking range. She was already missing her mother, the smell of her blossom perfume and her sweet smile, that women could make you feel so loved, yet she could be a big hag when she wanted to. Then, there was her father. His loud, booming, voice along with his smell. . . the smell of firewood and coffee, even know to some people the smell was a turnoff, Vanessa loved it.

The things she did over summer, weren't very interesting in her opinion. Hunting the bones of dinosaur's is what a normal family would have done. . . or at least close to normal. Vanessa looked out of the side window, beginning to wonder. The wondering minds of miss Vanessa Potter, something that should be illegal. She took in a breath as she slowly turned back to Rigel with a peaceful smile, "Do you have any. . . talents?" She asked him curiously with a raised eyebrow and her smile slowly faded as she picked at her bracelet, looking at the charms hanging on it. Each one was from her old birthdays but they didn't really mean much to her, they were just something she wore everyday of her life, she never took it off. "If you're wondering, that drawing was of you." She whispered still looking down at the charms with one of her cute 'i-am-so-interested-in-this-right-now', looks.

My Life's Story

Alice's early history is very vague, as she remembers nothing of her human life and woke up alone as a vampire. She was born around 1901 in Biloxi, Mississippi and was kept in an asylum because she had premonitions, which intensified into her "special ability" when she was changed into a vampire. While at the asylum she was always kept in a dark cell, which is another reason why she remembered so little. Alice was changed by an unknown vampire who worked at the asylum, in order to protect her from James, a tracker vampire who was hunting her. (She and Bella are the only two people to ever escape James.) She later had a vision of her and Jasper with the Cullen family. In pursuit of this vision, she found Jasper and the two moved themselves into the Cullens' house. After doing some research, Alice found her grave and discovered that the date on her tombstone matched the date of her admission to the asylum (she had stolen her file from their records), perhaps implying that she was "dead" to her family when they confined her there. Through her research she additionally discovered that she had a little sister named Cynthia Brandon, and that Cynthia's daughter, Alice's niece, is still alive in Biloxi. Alice had a vision about her and Bella becoming friends and knew there was a distinct possibility that it would one day happen. Therefore, she is very supportive of the relationship between Edward and Bella. When Bella came for her first visit to the Cullens' house, Alice was polite and friendly, acting as if Bella was already a member of her family. With her mental powers, Alice also knew that Bella could very well become a vampire and the spouse of her adopted brother.

Later that year, the Cullens decide to play baseball, with Alice as the pitcher. Edward invited Bella along to watch and her family had a good time until three nomadic vampires, James, Laurent, and Victoria, arrive and threatened to kill Bella. Alice did not see that they were coming until shortly before the event because the decision was made extremely quickly. Bella thought up a plan for her to go to hide in Phoenix, Arizona, accompanied by Alice and Jasper. Alice and Jasper worked together when Bella was being hunted, while the others hunted James. They stayws in a hotel and Alice received a vision of a ballet studio, not understanding what it meant. When Alice, Jasper, and Bella got to the airport to meet the rest of their family, Bella sliped away, causing Alice great worry.

The Cullens realized immediately that Bella had gone to the place in Alice's vision, and they rushed to the studio. They arrived in time to help fight off James and kill him. When it became apparent that Bella was bleeding very badly, Alice had tp leave the sight of where Bella was bleeding although, she was tempted to kill her because she loved Bella so much. Alice presumably returnws to Forks after she knew Bella was alright.

A few weeks later, Alice attended the high school prom with the rest of her family, helping Bella get ready. At the prom, Alicewas one of the people in the center of attention as she captivated everyone with her looks, dress, and dancing. When the Cullens left a few years back, Alice didn't say goodbye to Bella in order to make a clean break. She later came back because she thought that Bella had committed suicide, but in reality, Bella was just cliff diving. She told Bella what the Cullens had been up to and found out how hard it was for Bella when they all left her. When Jacob Black tells Edward that Charlie is at the funeral, Edward thought he meant Bella's funeral, though he was actually referring to Harry Clearwater's. Alice saw that and she helped Bella get to Volterra, Italy to stop Edward from exposing himself to the world and being killed by the Volturi.

She later voted in favor of Bella becoming a vampire. Carlisle was the one chosen to change Bella, because Alice decided that she couldn't. Bella was trying to get Edward to change her, but Edward disapproved. Alice was bribed by Edward with a canary yellow Porsche 911 Turbo She doesn't seem to think that a treaty with the La Push werewolves as bad. It is revealed she could use her power to predict the movements of her opponent in battle. She faught the newborn army created by Victoria with the majority of the Cullens and the werewolves, although Jasper didn't let her do anything out of fear for her safety. Alice is one of Bella's best friends and during Bella's punishment for leaving to go to Italy, Alice was liked by Charlie and had no limitations for visiting, unlike Edward.

Alice help3e Bella get ready for her wedding, by decorating, helping Bella with her dress and make-up, and giving Bella her garter. She left the Cullens to find another half-human, half-vampire hybrid like Bella and Edward's daughter, Renesmee. She left without saying goodbye but left Bella clues about what to do in case she didn't come back in time. She gave Bella an address and the name J. Jenks. This man got on to help Bella make fake birth certificates for Renesmee and Jacob to escape. While looking for the hybrid, she sent many vampires she could find to the Cullen house. Alice arrived with a hybrid named Nahuel, his aunt, Huilen, and Kachiri, an Amazonian vampire. After the Volturi left, the Cullens welcomed Alice back and questioned her about why she left them, but Alice just smiled and explained she had to find Nahuel or they all would have been killed.

Light footsteps hit the ground in the woods as a pale girl ran through the tree's and brush. Her name, you ask? Oh, that's easy. Miss Alice Cullen, the one and only. She flitted through the woods like she was a professional racer or dancer, most humans would've envied her movements but she wasn't near any humanbeing at all. Within the best few years, Alice worried non-stop about her niece and Jacob, knowing that he followed her but she couldn't get over the fact she actually decided to drop everything, and leave. Sure Alice would speak to her every once in awhile but that was all, nothing else came her way other then tiny visions, blurred of course. The times when she sat on her bed peeking out the window soon paid off, the one night when Renesmee finally came home and everyone was a little steamed for what she had done but more happy that she finally decided to come back. Being back in Forks and being with her family, made Alice happier and since she had her fashion line, well you could just case how much happier she had gotten. Then she was shot vision, after vision, after vision by the Volturi. They were lurking in the woods somewhere, but Alice ignored the little sounds she heard, she wasn't afraid of them though, she was afraid of Aro who would bring her back to Volterra if he could, that made her pace get picked up a little.

Shouting and yelling made her ears perk up slightly but she ignored it, she had just come back from hunting so she wouldn't be able to stop the fighting at the moment. Poor Nessie, poor Jacob. It was horrible what the Volturi were doing to them, Alice really wished that they could just leave her family alone and get on with their own life, but they couldn't and she, along with everyone else, knew this too. A soft sigh escaped her soft pink lips, there was no sign she had haunted since she was the silent and very clean when she ate her prey, not a drop of blood was shown anywhere on her body. Deer was something she thought off as a salad, since they were herbivores, and didn't have meat anywhere inside of them only grass or leaves. But Moutain Lions were everything that any vampire would enjoy especially if you were very thirsty, they had a lot of 'meaty-tasting' blood inside of them. Alice was beautiful, her features were unreal, no pun intended, and she always wondered if she hadn't become a vampire, if she still would've been a 'looker'. As she thought about what the commotion was back at the house her pace slowed and she decided to jog instead of sprint though, jogging in her case was like running to humans. A scent crossed her nose and her eyebrows raised but she just shrugged her shoulders, trying to ignore the horrible scent, it didn't seem familiar enough anyways.

It soon faded away and for that, Alice was greatful. Her feet kept hitting the ground and a light heartbeat caught her attention immediatley, her niece, Nessie. Alice decided to walk but not because she was tired but only because, she didn't want to step into a house of fighting. It only took a few moments before the pixie-like girl stepped onto the lawn, guess I should just check this problem out. If anyone could stop a fight before it got serious, it was Alice. She flitted up the stair's and turned the handle to the front door, walking in with a soft smile, "Good morning everyone!" She greeted in her bell-like tone, walking in gracefully to meet the three people who were awake. Her eyes went straight to Jacob, then Nessie. Hopefully they can solve this before I go to work. She walked past them and decided to seat down on one of the chairs in the corner of the room, letting out a soft sigh as she did so.

For a moment, there was nothing that Alice could really say or do to clear her silence that was killing her. It was when Jacob's loud words and his actions that Alice flinched from her uncomfortable position. Not because she was frightened by his anger, but because it was so sudden. It was a little offensive when Jake didn't acknowledge her presence, though it wasn't really the time to smack him since everyone was a little tense. Hiding the real sadness in herself was the worst part, the fact no one in her family could truly be happy made her want to cry. Letting the streams come out of her eyes wouldn't work out as much as she hoped it would, nothing was fair. When was life fair? Alice shook her head as she noticed her 'happy' mood slowly fade away, her posture was hair as she stood up and gracefully nodding to Renesmee, "Don't worry about it Renesmee, I can go to work alone today." She said quietly with a soft smile then looked to Bella with her lips slowly pursing then her body turning to watch Nessie leave. A sad sigh escaped her pink lips until she decided to grin and turn to Bella. "How did you 'sleep'?" She joked around nudging her side still with the grin on her face, she couldn't decided whether or not if it was real or fake.

Then a familiar voice was sounded from behind her, like she was on cue, Esme arrived. That gave Alice a better grin, a real one. . she supposed. The brunette turned around and skipped to her mother wrapping her arms around her with, what looked like to be, a goodbye hug but that was just her normal one. So the Cullen families hoped were shattered. The want to be left alone and to be happy but leave it to the Volturi to ruin everything. Alice still had her mom locked in the hug and when she left go she smiled with nothing but hope on her face, "Good morning, Esme." She said politely then turned and walking quietly over to the piano, letting her hands flow softly along the keys with such a beautiful beat it was hard to ignore. The piece flowed through the house with such a brillance it was unreal, nothing cuold possibly not feel sad about the masterpiece especially the Cullen family and Jacob, this was the song that would most likely make most humans cry. Humanity. The word make the hands on the piano shiver slightly but they still flowed across with no pause intended unless the song had to be.

Her hands froze, stiff and solid on the last note but she didn't move, nor did she make any sort of movement at all. Nothing. She was still and almost far away her head shuddered slightly as the vision came to her and swept her away from horrible nightmare she was living, but only to bring her to another. A room. It was gray and haunted, like the one that reminded her of the last time she spent with the Volturi. Though, this time it was different. Something told her that the only reason she had a vision was to mock her defeat of not being able to do anything. The room was empty, nothing was in it but then there was a low whisper, 'my dear, don't you cry, don't you cry.' It was gone. Alice was back and she was staring down at her hands, gasping slightly and looking over to Bella then to Esme. She stared at them for a few minutes then stood up, wiping her outfit off quickly. She was acting like nothing had happened, like her vision met nothing but that wasn't even close to true. Far from it, she thought with a hint of sarcasm. "I have to go check out my shop, would anyone like to join me?"

Bella began talking and for a reason, even Alice wasn't sure about, that made her get off track. It wasn't rocketscience to figure out that Bella would deny going to school as well, nothing seemed to shock the pixie-like girl anymore she was normally her happy self, or at least she was playing the happy girl especially when she figured she had to. Alice didn't know it but apparently her happy attitude was the only thing that was holding the family together, but she didn't know this and until she did, she would try her best to play the character in the those movies, the one who, no matter what, was happy. "I'm already running late." Alice whispered glancing at the clock behind Bella's hand then looking to the door, waiting impatiently.

The lost girl, as most people called her. The one who was 'too good' to come back to Hogwarts, some say she died when she was in her 4th year, but others believed her parents had taken her out because the school was too easy for her. So who is this girl? Luna Lovegood's daughter, that's who. Melody Lovegood, some people had fogotten her a few years back but some still whispered about her, debating what could've happened to her and how. She resembled her mother, the blonde hair and her beautiful tone were almost matched. She was known as the 'quiet nerdy bookworm', oh how that would change. She did NOT look anything like she had before, it was terrible, the years before. Nothing went right and if it did one of the Malfoy kids who screw it up. His name was vague in her memory, she couldn't remember it, but did she want to? A low humming sound made Mel turn her head to smile at her mother, she was still beautiful even at her 'old age', thirties. "I wish you would stop that habit." The soft-spoken women said, nodding toward her picking at her nails.

A smile appeared on her lips, Melody nodded her head and slowly brought her hand out of her mouth, sticking it into her pocket. Mel's outfit was simple, and she liked it that way. Spending too much time getting ready bugged her as much as it bugged some men, it was ridculous to make yourself look gorgeous just so others could think better of herself. The blonde girl watched as other students walked past. The two blonde women walked with a slow pace, Mel didn't care much about peoples thoughts about herself. Her thoughts only mattered and that's all she cared about, no one could boss her around unless she wanted to be. I didn't come back to Hogwarts to impress anyone, they can think what they want. Her mother felt the same way, but her father she wasn't sure about. He hadn't come, and Melody didn't blame him. There was nothing exciting about sending your kid off to Hogwarts and having them be back a few months later, her parents didn't have to wory about her not writing back, she did it no matter what. "My train is here." Her voice was soft and sweet, like a delicate blossom falling to the ground for the first time. It was so tender and thoughtful, something that didn't surprise her mother but others who were walking past turned to look at her with curiousity burning in there eyes. The owl in her cage, that was steay in her right hand, was calm and didn't move an inch to glance at people walking by, it didn't really matter as long as they weren't bugging her.

Luna turned towards her daughter with a nod and wrapped her arms around her, whispering goodbyes that Mel heard a lot, even if she was just leaving the house to take a nice walk. "Don't let others words let you down, my dear. Stay away from anyone who do or did cause you trouble." She whispered into Melody's hair and all the seventeen year-old wizard could do was rub her mothers back just to let her know that she would be fine on her own. It was good that I left Howarts for a little while, she thought to herself letting her icy blue eyes peer at her mother as she slowly, unwillingly, pulled her arms off of her daughter. "Now, I guess I should let you go before you miss the train." She paused handing Mel her two bags and waiting for her to pull them on. "Remember to write, and don't be afraid to make a couple of friends." She whispered trying to sooth the confused look on Melody's face but the girl didn't react to the last part of her mothers wishes. Her lips met her mothers cheek and she looked at her with a almost, hesitating look but then walked gracefully to the train.

The wind slowly blew through the silky blonde hair of the Lovegood child. It was almost calming to know she was going to be learning more about the strange potions and strange creatures, she would be where she apparently belonged. "Mornin'" Greeted the man waiting outside of the entrance to the train. Melody nodding towards him as a greeting then stepped onto the train and began to search the seats with her blue eyes that looked like a ocean full of curiousity and hope. She was full of gratitude that she got that from her mother, no one could truly know how she was feeling. It was she was smiling or crying, well then it was a little obvious. Mel pulled herself, along with her bags, through the 'mile-long' aisle until she found an empty compartment in front of a blonde boy, whose face she couldn't really put a name to. He looks very familiar, but I wouldn't want to intrude on his time of silence. Melody put her stuff in the small door then sat down on one of the seats with her feet resting on the seat across from her then her head turned towards the window. After a few minutes of watching more people load, it got uninteresting.

She bent down and pulled out a small notebook, beginning to write down, people climbed the stair's with soft footsteps, hitting the ground with no sign of happiness across their faces. She continued to write on, soon using her 'magical pen' that her mother had bought her for christmas, to do the job for her.

It didn't matter what she did, or how she did it. No matter what happened or what was done, something was going to happen to her family and nothing would end the way she wanted it to. Well, Alice didn't want anything to end at all, her life was what held her on earth. It was what held her to Jasper and the other family members, it wasn't fair. Because life isn't, the answer was simple, they would die and there would be no more of any of them. The Cullen family wouldn't exist and the Volturi would get what they wanted, the life of the Cullen family would disappear but wouldn't that ruin their life as well? Alice asked herself this question three times before she actually understand what she meant by it. The Volturi took so much enjoyment out of bugging her family, so if they destroyed them what would they do? Move onto another vampire family and bug the living s**t out fo them, too? The sound of Esme's soft voice made Alice snap out of her 'dream' and for one second she wished for all the money in the world that she could save the women from herself but her mind was set back to what Esme was doing. "That was very nice, Esme. I'm sure everyone is thankful." She whispered, knowing that both Bella and Esme, could hear her.

Without Esme, what would the family be? No, the better question was, what would Carlisle be? Alice shuddered at the thought then turned back to Esme with a kind smile but did not say anything when she spoke. The still girl stared out of the back window in the kitchen and saw two figures dashing around the hills, playing a game of tag? A light growl escaped her throat and she still stared, stared at the monsters on the hill, stared at the thought of them being happy about what they were putting her family through. Alice looked back to her 'mother' and smiled thoughtfully, "Alright, Esme." She said with no hint of uncertainty, she really did need to get down to her shop, the people she hired still made her a little uneasy. Alice walked out to her car, putting herself into the frontseat then waiting for Esme. Once her mother was inside of the yellow car, Alice pulled out and happily drove over the speedlimit on the winding road that lead away from the house.

The brunette vampire let out a soft sigh as they made it onto road and she was in a crowd of human cars, which didn't make her get all 'protective'. "We're lucky to have you Esme." Alice comment, breaking the silence. "You're an amazing mother, Esme." Her soft voice seemed like she was on the verge of tears but she wasn't because it was almost impossible. Though she knew if she could, Alice would've been in tears moments before. The sound of Jacob, Nessie, and Bella arguing made her want to scream. So the pixie-like creature turned on a small road pacing many restraunts and businesses, her shop was up town so it was would take a while to get there. But the more time with Esme, the better.

                                {{Once again, this was horrible, I guess I'm tired.}}

Death is easy. Life is harder.

Tossing and turning was just a habit, even know it scared Charlie and used to scare her mother, Bella continued to do it and usually spoke while she slept. It was always something she did ever since she was a child, her parents soon got used to it but then they split and Bella wanted to live with her mother for a couple of years. Now she was getting married to a man, Phil and she decided that living with her dad wouldn't hurt. So there she was, breathing exhaustedly and letting her body move all over the large bed. The show going on behind her eyelids wasn't any better then what was going on outside of it. The dream she had had many times before came back into her hed and decided to show her the same empty field and old red house she had seen many times. A low buzzing caught her attention and her eyelids soon fluttered opened. It was dark inside, but not pitch black it was comfortable and made her a little more tired then she was before she looked around. After a few moments of sitting still and watching the trees sway outside of her window, Bella nearly jumped all the way off of her bed as she heard the loud knock that belonged to her father, Charlie. The brunette girl didn't smile, she watched as the doorknob turned and her father's shadow slowly came in.

"You're gonna be late for school." He mumbled itching the back of his hand and turning on the light, the brightness shocked her a little and she had to cover the non-adjusted eyes so they wouldn't begin watering. Bella nodded uncoherently and watched her father walk out of the room listening to his loud footsteps hit the creaking stairs. The house was a sturdy normal house that Bella wouldn't really call 'filled', meaning sure stuff was inside but not a lot. She walked over to her closet with a sigh, she hated first days especially when you were the cheif's daughter. Her room was, after only a few minutes, dirty from all of the clothes she had thrown around trying to find something her 'style'. She wasn't girly, she just picked out anything that fit her but the clothes her mother liked weren't the ones she did so she pushed those to the side. Simple, see? Sadly the jacket was the only one she could find, oh well she would have to deal. Forks high school, she thought with a bored look, Jacob and his father had come over yesterday and she was a little tired from all of the talking. Catching up, not something that Bella did with too many people. Brushed teeth, combed hair, fed Charlie, stuffed toast into my mouth, started the truck, and got all of my stuff. Good, she finished everything that she felt like finishing.

Charlie left for work and school had an hour, but it was good to go check out the new 'jail-cell' right? Forks, population 3,120. It was a very small town, kind of private which made Bella feel a little better about moving back with her father at least she didn't have to worry about any 'creepy creature' in the night getting her, small towns bind together right? Bad news. A sigh escape her white lips as she climbed down the stairs and headed out to large orange truck the Blacks had given her, it was very generous. Her body hunched in the front seat of the car as she messed with the static-strucked radio and finally gave up, what was the use it wasn't going to come back to life anyway. Bella pulled up to the school letting out a loud yawn that no one but herself could hear. The parking lot wasn't crowded, but there was people there which was bad news to her. People in this town were known was, friendly. That was something Bella wasn't, and she didn't feel like getting to know people since it was very early in the morning.

So the day dragged on from there. Nothing exciting happened, nothing she would've cared enough to go crazy over. That's when lunch came. Bella stood at her locker messing with the lock hanging down trying to remember the combination she wrote down somewhere on her Math notebook, the one which she could not now find. A boy, Mike, who would NOT stop chasing the porr girl down, had finally headed off to lunch, and now, she was sad to say, that she wished he was there to help her out. Kids flooded from there lockers and headed into the cafeteria then, a miracle happened, Eric just so happened to come skipping down the hall and decided to lend-a-hand. "So, Bella, you wanna sit with us?" He asked excitedly as the locker snapped open, her hands worked like a machine, putting books in at a calm, but fast, pace. Bella shrugged her shoulders and shut her locker, turing to face the chinese boy. "Oh, uh sure, Eric. ." She mumbled following him down the hall and into the large, almost too large, lunchroom. A lot of the kids were spread out into little groups of friends. Eric pulled her along and let her cut him in line to get her food, what was up with these boys?

Don't get her wrong, they were very kind but did they have to act like this? Drawing attention to her was like stabbing her with a knife, she hated it. Once again, after Bella had gotten her lunch, Eric dragged her to the table his friends were sitting at. He introduced every single one of them to her, but yet she still not care all that much. They were talking stuff that Bella couldn't put one word into since she didn't even comprehend one word they were saying. Her eyes wandered around the room only laying on a couple of students who were in deep conversation, until her eyes went to them. The pale students in the far back, with their eyes looking strained, especially the blonde. Bella took in a sharp breath of air as she looked at the brunette one, the one who stood out more then all the others. His position seemed uncomfortable and his skin was so, pale but then. . . wasn't hers? Like I'm the one to judge. Her body slowly turned back to her group, she didn't like taking her eyes off of him but wouldn't he think she's a well, creep?

Finally the train began to move. Melody let out a soft sigh and closed her fuzzy notebook, watching calmly as her pen fell to her side. The other kids on the train were squeezing into small spaces to sit next to her friends, some gawked at her. They must know who my mother is, she thought shrugging her shoulders. But that wasn't the reason. The people staring were in awe by her beauty, but Mel was always oblivious to her beauty because she really didn't care much about it. Her hands laid stiff and still in her lap, she didn't really mind riding on trains it was just the people she had to ride with. Everyone in Hogwarts teased her, if not teased then ignored. The Lovegood child, the invisable one. Melody sighed softly letting her head lean against the wall then, she heard light footsteps, though it didn't really catch her attention since she wasn't expecting anyone to come over to her. The blonde looked up at the sound of an almost familiar voice. She pulled her glasses down to the tip of her nose and looked at the boy up and down with her ice-like eyes. "Hello." She whispered sticking her glasses back in place, as she was about to get up to grab her stuff, it finally hit her. Scorpius? Sc-Scorpis M-Malfoy? She was turned away from him now with her hands frozen on her suitcase.

"Scorpius? You're Scorpius Malfoy?" She suddenly whirled around and looked at him with an unapproving look, though her couldn't tell since her glasses hid her eyes. She looked down at her shoes then back up at him with a raised eyebrow, "Do you know who I am?" She asked, taking her glasses off then looking at him with her eyes, "Melody Lovegood, at your service." She spoke silently then turned to glance over to a couple of people in a another compartment watching them but quickly turned away. Melody was about to sit back down until she saw one of the Weasley's walking over. "Hello there." He greeted nodding toward Scorpius then turning towards her. "Melody Lovegood? Wow you're actually back." He paused looking at her up and down, "You've changed." He pointed out then turned towards Scorpius.

Melody settled back down in her seat and watched Roger question Scorpius with his eyes, his must've been pretty surprising to see a Malfoy speaking to a Lovegood. Roger sighed softly then peeked down the small hall at some people that Mel didn't recognize, why would she anyway? He turned back and smile softly, "Just uh seeing how you were doing, bye Mel." He turned towards Scorpius then turned around with a roll of his eyes that he knew she would see. Melody laughed lightly, the sound like a windchime, it was beautiful. She felt the bus come to a slow stop and watched as a lot of people stood up, ready to get off the damn thing. Melody stood up as well, bringing down her bags and grunting a little, a little too heavy. Mel finally got them down the wiped a piece of her bangs out of her eyes, "Got to get going then, see you around. . . Scorpius." With that little goodbye being done, the blonde headed off of the train and smile as a small girl greeted her, "Hello! You're new, I'm Jenna Linn, I was here last year." She didn't bother to hold out her head, her greet was a hug and a smile. Melody nodded her head, "I'm Melody Lovegood." She whispered, rubbing her eyes and stepping off of the bus, landing on her feet with grace. Jenna grinned, obviously impressed and followed Melody off. Carriages were waiting for them on the other side of the train, Mel didn't remember this her first year but she would get used to it, she guessed.

Jenna and Mel were on the same carriage, at least she got to sit with someone she actually knew. The other three were people she didn't know but she guessed it would be ok to meet new people, though she didn't care very much for conversation. She was helped onto the small gray-ish and white-ish carriage and sat by the right window with her head peeking out like there was something to actually look at. "So you're Luna Lovegood's daughter? Wow that's impressive! I'm no one special, I do know a Potter but that's pretty much it." She paused peeking out of the door to check if anyone was going come on, the carriage was pretty much filled and the three guys in weren't very interested in the coversation. Jenna put her lips to her ear and kept one eye on the boys, "You like Scorpius Malfoy, don't you?" She said with something unfamiliar at the end, a change of her tone but Melody couldn't put her finger on it. "You're kidding, right? That boy put me through hell my first years here, I hate him." She shook her head furiously letting her lip curl slightly in a small snarl.

Jen laughed lightly and the rest of the ride they were mostly talking about what happened at Hogwarts when she was gone. The carriage pulled to a stop but the windows were fogged up and she couldn't really see outside. Jenna shrieked in happiness, clapping her hands perkily, which made everyone except her jump in surprise, "WE'RE HERE!WE'RE HERE! WE'RE HERE!" She chanted excitedly and nearly dived out of the door when it opened up. One of the boys followed and the others were gentlemen, letting Melody out before them. Once they got their bags everyone walked in a small group into the familiar school, Hogwarts. It was just like she had remembered it, the smell, the look, and the air was just the same. Everyone headed up to their rooms and found out who their 'roomies' were. Amanda, Kaitlyn, Heather, Jenna, and Miranda. She only knew Jenna, but that was ok. Ravenclaw. The same house and the same room she had before, except totally different people and it was a little switched around. After she got herself situated, everyone was called down to the Great Hall. Jenna chattered anxiously as they arrived and sat down at the Ravenclaw table, "Aren't you excited? I'm excited!" I'm going crazy with excitement. Sarcasm, what a wonderful thing.
