ψXXXXXXXXXXThe sun had risen not too long ago and like all of her previous mornings, Isabelle Delgado woke up at the crack of dawn. The sound of a rooster like every other morning was her wake up call. Now she had to start on today's routine. Today's routine wasn't was one of the days a little different from rest of the week. Today there would be a fair and she along with many others. There would be buying, selling, dancing, and entertaining; the festivities would be festive. It would all lead down the the most anticipated portion of the fair, the joust. But she would be busy with something less entertaining. She would be selling a few items at the fair. Items ranging from the finest silks to the sweetest apples. All at prices that she thought not only suited worthy customers but would benefit her family in the long run. Being the peasant she was, she didn't have the most glorious life. She and the rest of the Delgado family had to work hard to earn what they needed.
Not wanted but needed. She knew that she was one of the peasants who were lucky enough to be better off but at times being better off was not enough. She knew it was selfish at sometimes and that it would of course never happened but she thought the idea of being queen, would be the most amazing thing on earth. It was only a dream and would of course never happen. There was no chance that she would marry anyone of a high enough stature to be even close to wealthy. And there was the fact that she was in no way selfish enough to desire the idea of wealth. As long as she could survive will enough in the world, that alone would suffice. The blond had been dressed for the past hour. Now she was dealing with the morning chores before her day could truly begin. First on the blonde's agenda was to tend to the farm animals. She had already fed and brushed the horses. The sheep were being herded by Lassie their, Border Collie. She didn't have to watch her loyal dog, the farm hands had already made their way to work and they themselves were gathering up fruits and vegetables for the fair. She couldn't help but like being the boss. It didn't matter if she was a woman or not, they follow her orders. Sometimes she thought of them as her subjects and she ordered them around and they followed. She pretty much ran every aspect of this farm. Her father was too much of a drunk to take responsibility for what he owned. So as the eldest child of the Delgado family she had to clean up his mess. She found herself watching over the three men like a hawk. They were all strong, lean, and had a decent intelligence but they still worked underneath her.

ψXXXXXXXXXX"Isabelle, have you tended to the chicken coop? Retrieved the eggs and fed the hens?" The voice of a drunken man was all too familiar to Isabelle. She only wished that the man could at least realized that at the moment he asked her about the hens, they were already being tended too. Isabelle was now in the hen house, gathering eggs for the day to come. The current time couldn't be any later than seven in the morning but the older man wreaked of liqueur. The scent was unbelievably fresh and it wasn't hard for Isabelle to conclude that her father had arrived home just as dawn struck. "Yes father, I'm tending to the hens as we speak," She obediently replied as she continued to delicately place fresh eggs in a straw basket. "Good girl," He spoke with a slurred tone of voice. She didn't take one look in her father's direction fore she didn't want to see him drunk. Sure she had become accustomed to it but after a while it became not only redundant but unpleasant. But as the sound of shattering glass passed through her ears, she had no other choice.
Turning around, she watched at the chickens fled in the opposite direction of the drunken man. Glass covered in alcohol lay on top of the straw covered floor. Now the hens were in danger of wounding themselves, all because her father had no common sense. Exhaling through her nose she was getting quite annoyed with her father. Isabelle had to many things to do today and her father would make that difficult. "Isabelle," Her father drunkenly laughed as he went in her direction. There wasn't enough room for her in here already, her father coming inside would only make it worse. "Father, how about we get you inside, eh?" She slowly went towards the hen house entrance and pushed him outside. "Look at the mess," His laugh continued as the blonde continued to push him out of the hen house. "Now now, don't worry about that. I'm sure Charles will clean that mess," She wasn't sure, she knew he would clean the mess. As she pushed her father towards their small house on the farm, she searched for the young adult and soon spotted him over in the fields. "Charles, will you be a dear and clean the broken glass from the hen house?"

ψXXXXXXXXXXAs the wagon was loaded up, with all the items needed for the fair. She was bombarded with two needy one and a half year old boys. They were busy waddling in her direction and straying away from their mother. Yet, again they were a responsibility for her. She knew she practically raised them herself. She had oddly grown quite attached to them even though she wasn't too fond of children. But her brothers were her babies and she loved them to death. She grasped both boys in both heads and kissed each of their pink cheeks. "Promise Isabelle you will behave?" She asked the boys in her right hand - Theodore - nibbled on his fingers. He nodded as his fingers were damp with saliva. It wasn't the most pleasant thing but it was adorable once you got used to it. She looked at Alberto in her left and and he shook his head as a childish 'No' escaped his lips. She knew he didn't mean it because they were always on their best behavior. She just hoped that her mother would keep a good eye on the boys. The liked to get themselves in a lot of trouble at such a young age. Not too long ago did Isabelle have to save little Alberto from a mysterious figure in the nearby tress. This same person had to be who had stolen on of the hens a few days before. She didn't want her brother's setting foot outside the house unless she was present. They were quite small and could get lost easily.
As she set the two boys down and nudged them towards their real mother, she climbed on to the wagon with Rasia. Yes, Rasia was a dear friend of hers. She had been living with her chaotic family for a while now. She had gone quite close to the Gypsy and trusted her for the most part. Sure there were moments where she was skeptical. Gypsies did have their perks and were known for many negative things. But Rasia was the type of girl who she liked to give the benefit of the doubt. "Off to the fair then," She stated as she looked at Rasia. Grasping the reigns of the horses ahead of her, she started off towards the village with her gypsy companion. "So, have you told him yet?" Isabelle was inquiring about Rasia's pregnancy, she had been hiding it from Christian for a while now. She knew that her friend was in a bind since he a knight and she was just a gypsy but she couldn't hide her pregnancy for too long. He was her husband and he needed to know sooner or later.
Isabelle could remember the times where she would even Rasia for her relationship with the knight. It wasn't because he was one of those who served the king, it was because she started to realize that she had no one of her own. She hadn't really paid to much attention to men in her life time. Though her mother was constantly telling her that she would have to bare children sooner or later, Isabelle felt that she had enough on her plate already. She took care of her parents, the farm, her young brothers. and having children of her own, let alone a relationship was too much to handle. She took on responsibilities that most woman in her life would never dream of. But the past was the past because recently, the blonde has stumbled upon a man of which she couldn't take her eyes off of. He was mysterious, alluring, handsome, flirtatious, and drove her insane. For the first time in her life she had a feelings towards someone, serious ones. Castiel had swept the girl off her feet the first time she met him, but she didn't openly admit it. She just let it seem as if he was nothing more than the occasional handsome flirt. But it soon blossomed in to something more real. It had been for weeks today since it had started a serious relationship. She like any lovestruck girl would have remembered the details. But she doubted he would, he never thought of small things like that. Knowing how forceful she was, she would surely remind him of the date.
The ride on horse and wagon was not a long ride from the farm. It only took about thirty minuets and with her imagination and fantasies running wild she was glad to get to town. She was now wondering where Castiel was and now that she was here it would drive her insane. But she knew better than to let a man get in the way of what she needed to do. Right now she didn't need Castiel she just wanted him. What she needed to do was get her items and Rasia's items unloaded from the wagon and on the stands.

ψXXXXXXXXXXThe two stands were side by side giving each girl the perfect space to speak to each other. Isabelle and Rasia were known for being close friends but never really known to share a home together. Though that made selling things at fairs easy, they still took precautions such as; not sell the same items. It would have raised suspicions if they were caught conversing and selling the same things at the same prices. Isabelle was known well for her silks, cottons, and fabrics. She like today would occasionally bring along a few fruits but nothing of great extent. She was extremely popular when it came down to fabrics because she knew like many others at the fairs, that she had the best to offer. "The village is more crowded than usual," She stated as she surveyed the crowd. Either looking for costumers or a certain some one she wasn't too sure. "I believe we - " She stop herself mid sentence as a familiar figure waltzed out of the crowd of people Eden? She questioned as she looked at the woman dressed in royal robes. She was quite confident to walk in the village all by her lonesome, no king nor knight to protect her.
Eden had not just walked out of the crowd but right up to Isabelle's stand. "Good day to you, Isabelle." She wasn't surprised that she had been approached by Eden. She knew the royal girl quite well, not as if they were the best of friends, but Eden was a constant costumer at her stand. "Good day to you ma' lady," Isabelle politely replied as she bowed to the woman in front of her. "Is there anything you would like? Anything at all?" Isabelle asked as she looked back up at the brunette. Knowing what Eden usually came to her for, she gestured towards an array of silks and like always the finest off them all. This was the one thing that Eden came to the fairs for. She knew that Isabelle had the best because she would get and give nothing less than that. Some of these silks she had bought from Castiel a while ago, she intended to sew something for herself but thought getting coin for her silks seemed better than a gown for herself. "I-I've gotten new silks, the finest for miles. I'm sure you'll approve," She wasn't necessarily sure but she hoped. Anything she could get from Eden would help her and her family in the long run.

The Best Looking Peasant
((ooc: I hope it was okay that Rasia had gotten in the wagon with her to go to the fair.
They don't have to have things the same prices and what not.
Can they work at the same stand, even though I didn't put that XD?
This post was a little rant like...sorry))
