xxxxxHow I look as I look in a mirror . . . I believe I dress . . . oh, eccentrically. I prefer silks, feminine clothing with a masculine touch. I very often will wear a decorated kimono, but I will add leather and other little things that make it oh so unique to me. My body is rather slender as well. I don't have any large muscles, I must confess, but I move elegantly. I also have a large tattoo of a kappa on my back.
When it comes to my hair, I don't enjoy my natural hair color, or even style. Too boring, I must say. So it's often dyed, but now I have settled to a striking red. Oooh, and I enjoy little fashion additions. Like the hat I'm wearing, wouldn't you say that's nice? And my ears are pierced as well, and I enjoy jewelry. Make up is so much fun as well, I wouldn't dare perform without it.
xxxxxHm? How do I act? Well, this is me . . . Hmm, I suppose I'm very much fun! Oh, I enjoy confusing people, making them laugh, doing all sorts of entertaining things! I'm not that serious, I suppose, but who could be serious when they're a court jester?! But, I suppose I try being serious sometimes. I can even be someone to confide in, lend a helpful suggestion or two as well. I find it very hard to hate people or things as well . . . ah, I'm just a bleeding heart! I fruity, strange little bleeding heart!

xxxxxHere's my past, laid down for your eyes only . . . Let's start at the beginning, shall we? I was born as an illegitmate child, of a prostitute and a soldier. Contrary to popular belief, my mother was an excellent mother . . . her name was Shinko the Kappa, due to the fact she had a tattoo of a kappa on her back, and when I was in my early teenage years she gave me a similar tattoo as well.
Shinko the Kappa was not only a prostitute, but a thief. At an early age I learned my trade at pickpocketing, and was helping my mother with the job. Now, do not judge this as a bad thing . . . we did this so we could live. There's not much for this in the bottom of the social class of this society to do else, especially in such a barren land. I turned rather mischievous as well . . . whenever I saw a soldier, I would do little, small things to embarrass them in front of their fellow men. However, one day I angered the wrong soldier, and was almost killed in front of the king. Before the soldier's sword could lop off my head, I uttered one small, minuscule . . . joke. For some darned reason, this amused the king to pure laughter. My impending death was stopped, and I was made into a court jester (I didn't agree at first, but it is better than having my head on a pike).
It's been a few years since I've been a court jester, but I've been enjoying it immensely. My mother has been living rather good as well, she does not live with me, but with the common people. I only hope that the Blazen kingdom may not destroy itself for it's pursuit of this new kingdom . . . but alas, no one listens to the jester.
xxxxxWhy I do what I do . . . this is why . . . Have mentioned my mother? Yes? Oh, I can go on and on about her, but I suppose you would like some other information. I still don't know who my father is, but I suspect he's already dead. From what I heard, he was a rebellious man with interesting beliefs on society and life. Those sort of men don't live long, as I have seen.
I enjoy being around the royalty, as well as the commoners. The princesses and especially the princes . . . ah, they're so gorgeous, and wonderful to entertain. I enjoy the king's and queen's company as well, although I'm very quite sure they tire of me quickly. Oh well . . .
