Cady Marie Stanton
The dark-haired Ravenclaw beauty had woken up to shoes under her pillow and her clothes thrown all over the place. It was no doubt the students who shared her dorm room with her. Cady wasn't a very well-liked person in the Ravenclaw house. She was a little odd, and eccentric. Which was not a very likeable trait in a house full of know-it-alls. It wasn't that she wasn't smart, because she was. It was just that Cady tended to be a little awkward when it came to people. She often wondered why she was even here sometimes. Breakfast had been wonderful, delicious as always.
Then Cady had gone upstairs and grabbed a few of her quills and put on her two different colored socks. Cady was always loved wearing mis-matched clothing. And today was no exception. She grabbed her bag and began thinking about thestrals and nargels. Also grabbing a copy of her Quibbler. She loved this newspaper. It was less depressing than the Daily Prophet. Having everything she needed, Cady finally set out of the door of the common room, and began taking the stairs to the charms classroom. Cady liked Charms, and she was fairly good at it. But what she really enjoyed was Care of Magical Creatures. That class was next, and that one was with the Gryffindors. And a Gryffindor she liked, and who was nice to her was in that class. Albus Potter. The boy was pretty attractive, and he was very polite as well. Cady thought they had a nice acquaintance-ship but she would definitely like to talk to him more. Maybe today she'd be able to do that. She entered the Charms classroom and took her seat next to other Ravenclaws. She was saving a seat for her best friend Amelia, a Hufflepuff.
Professor Carson came in, she was a small woman, but definitely knew what she was talking about. Cady liked Professor Carson, and she liked Charms. But she couldn't wait for Amelia to get there. Amelia was such a nice girl. And she had helped Cady a dozen times, when she was getting teased or getting practical jokes played on her. And Cady was grateful for her friend. Class hadn't started yet but it would soon. She just wanted to know where her friend was. Cady had hoped to talk about Albus a little with her before class was going to begin. And if Amelia didn't get there, she wouldn't be able to. A lock of her dark hair fell in her face as she grabbed a piece of parchment and a quill to take notes with about charms. She also made sure her phoenix feather wand was tucked behind her ear. She began twirling her hair with the wand.
