- Brightened with excitement, Eris already was brainstorming her entire idea: it was both for the festival games she was going to dash off to first and for the future hours when the Seekers would be AWOL ( missing ). There was plenty to draw attention to within her line of work, which is why she loved having her plans already organized and ready to launch instead of having to stammer while gathering the scattered thoughts to words. Continuing with the strategy of the flower kid's capture, she decided that sedatives would be imperative if that were the only choice available. Tapping her cardigan pocket to check for the vile, she felt the cool glass tube beneath the cotton and let out an invisible sigh of relief. That plan was settled finely... now what about those games she intended to win her fair share at? Shooting games with the rifles and those "toy" guns were the superior tactic to both sufficient practice and prizes to stash away for rewarding memories. Taped to the back of her mind, she also wanted to maybe sit in for a few performances from the stages within her patrol; including the storytelling stage for a retell of the legend she admired. A confident smirk was worn on her face as she finished announcing the plan to her teammates, expecting them to reply in either a nervous or enthusiastic manner.
"Eris.. I hope you don't mind me saying.. But I refuse to kidnap anyone. I might steal things, but I'll never kidnap anyone. So count me on more of the lookout type deal."
She couldn't say she was too surprised; not even Luxury could turn away from the consequences of kidnapping a person for their ambitions. The nervous facade was shown through the pickpocket's expressive face, but Eris managed to notice her being into the mission's intensity earlier. Even there was a serious side to the young thief's nature, but she didn't like to make itself exposed... she had that face again. Luxury shrugged away the seriousness with her blueberry bubble tea by casually taking a few sips, but the perceptive supervisor still realized the tension in the air. She was talented; reading others like a book, but didn't point out her observations unless necessary. Searching through the expressions of the other Seekers, she was glad that no one was completely opposed to the idea; that would complicate the mission and force her to think up another quick strategy--jeopardizing the goal. At least she could look ahead towards her activities at the patrol; it was only expected that she would think ahead to snatch what she wanted. "The festival games and stages?! No fair.~ I wanted those," she heard Luxury tease. Eris laughed lightly in response, glad that the others were amused with her way of thinking and that there was no complaint to the enthusiasm she tried to insert into their mission.
"Oh well, I have dibs on the rides and any stands around them!~"
Nice choice, Eris thought with a smile at the pickpocket. The festival's rides weren't a bad choice, the rides were both fairly enjoyable and would give her an aerial view, an ideal in the mission. With Eris's patrol, it was obvious she would spend the entire time having fun; she actually hadn't thought of the pros of her own choice. "What? No fair!" She giggled a bit at Kiku's reaction and then teased him lightly, "Too slow~" Areas would be taken fast! She curiously eyed the other Seekers with an amused grin, eager to hear their decisions and hopefully excited reactions on the patrol choices. "Hm. Then, I call the food stands and eating areas!" She was glad to know Kiku was good natured about everything she just said, he was pretty tolerant with the group--despite being the oldest. "22-72G!" Surprised, Eris turned towards her cousin, who looked flushed from what she just blurted out. Sunshine could be a bit random at times, but the supervisor had no clue to what she was talking about this time. There was that dazed, tired look she wore, so it might've indicated that their psychic had another surprise vision already. Having more experience because the two were family, these blank out moments were already familiar between Eris and Sunshine. "What was that?" she questioned, despite already reading the answer.
Upon seeing Sunshine's embarrassed face and cluelessness at the moment, Eris was about to launch into a scolding lecture about her not paying attention, but Kiku beat her to the punch with his calmer approach. She wasn't too angry with her cousin because a vision might've caused her to space out, but she didn't like to explain herself more than once. That code she blurted out could've been about anything: from a simple raffle number to a computer password. The golden haired supervisor kept the thoughts to herself to ask Sunshine about later; it seemed like neither one of them was in the mood for idle chatter at the moment. "Ugh, when the hell? How long was I staring off into space? Seems like everyone just kinda sneaked up on me." Hearing the familiar voice of the snow-colored destiny nymph, Eris glanced at him and then back at Sunshine, in almost an annoyed glance, "Are your daydreams contagious?" Maybe Meng was feeling that something wasn't in the right place... he was usually a chatterbox; either that or just plain good-humored like he normally acted. She wasn't going to spend the rest of the hour observing everyone's behavior, so she tried to ignore it for the time being. Before sending everyone off on their separate patrols, she would have to observe the area another time.
Beside her, she saw Luxury looking past their table and over at a black haired kid with a surprised look on his face. "Have you met him before?" Eris asked her curiously, suspecting so. The kid was looking at their table, it was very obvious from the way he was gawking at the group and because of the way his body was positioned. Eris considered the possibility of him eavesdropping, but what kind of careless idiot would throw themselves into the belief that a group of teenagers were going to actually attempt a kidnap? If he did suspect that as the truth, there would be nothing he could do anyway; what was the boy going to do, scream? Almost laughing aloud at how pathetic that would be, she cupped her mouth to stifle the giggle. The blonde focused her mind on the patrols once more and turned back towards the Seekers, "Alright, if there's no more questions, we can all start our patrols. Try to leave your phones on so we could contact each other; if the battery runs out... well, I don't know." Her own cell phone had been charged to the full capacity the night before, so Eris wasn't worried for her electronic. She wouldn't take the bus back home to recharge, but would wing the mission without the communication. "Ok? I'll see you guys later~" she waved while walking away from the table to her patrol perimeter.
