My name is Carlina Fiorenza Donatello. Yes, I am Italian, and I'm proud of it. Except, I'm not so thrilled about being future Queen of Italy. Oh yeah, did I mention that I am the princess of Italy? So, that makes my father Leonardo Donatello King of Italy, and my mother, Luciana, Queen of Italy. My Aunt and Uncle are the Queen and King of Spain, which makes the Prince of Spain my cousin. We generally get along pretty well, and we both agree that life as a royal is boring. Well, I guess I could say that my parents are pretty old fashioned. They believe in the whole arranged marriage thing, but honestly I think it's total bull crap. I hate having to marry someone I don't even know, and don't even love. Just thinking about the whole idea, makes me want to puke. Sigh. Anyways, I get along pretty well with my parents, even though half the time I don't even see them. I am an only child, by the way, and that makes me the only heir to the throne. Being an only child isn't all that bad, since I spent majority of the time with my servants. I am very grateful to them for they taught me how to read and write in seven other languages, and most importantly dream. Unfortunately for my parents, I'm not really interested in politics or ruling over a country. I'd rather be wandering around the world, as a normal person. Not as some princess who has body guards left and right. I want to be outside my castle walls, and feel free. Free to do whatever I want without be watched. Ever since I was born, I have always followed my parent's demands requests, and I've end up here. In the middle of nowhere, dwelling away in my room all day long. I figured that it's about time I begin to start free thinking and change. I'm planning on finding someone I truly love before the Annual Ball, so that way I can get out of the marriage my lovely parents are forcing me into to. I don't even care if I fall in love with the first guy I meet, because either way I am going to prove to my parents that I am not the same Carlina they know. Other than me trying to disobey my parents, I'm a pretty well raised daughter. I know my manners, and I hardly insult anyone. I am very spirited, which means I have dreams. Dreams of leaving my barred up castle. I can get pretty carried away sometimes, especially with history, english, math, and science. Yes, I am a nerd. All I have to say about that, is so what? I'm intelligent and proud of it. Well, at times I can be pretty hot-headed, especially when people don't understand me. That's when I get pretty ticked, but other than that I'm basically one of the most optimistic people princesses you'll ever meet. I don't really have a lot of hobbies, but I do enjoy an occasional soccer game or two. Soccer is the only sport that keeps me sane in Italy, oh speaking of which, I actually met the Italian FIFIA World Cup Champions team back in 2006. That was one of the most coolest days of my life. Well, as far as my love life goes. I don't really have one, nor was I interested in one, until my parents decided to pull of this whole arranged marriage bull. Now, I need to find someone who can help me get out of this marriage. I hoped you like my autobiography!
