They kept the samples locked up tight. But a few years later the Government of Gotham decided to play God. The Gotham Government conducted experiments by impregnating everyday women with villainous seed and using Average Joes to fertilize the villainous eggs. The children of these experiments weren’t supposed to know about their other parents, but for some reason or another their average parent broke down and spilled all they knew about where the other half of the child’s chromosomes came from. Of course there were some hints to what villainous parent the child could have. After all, when you’re thirteen and you can grow a prize winning garden with little effort who else could be your mother but Poison Ivy? How about that kid that can easily guess your fears? That kid has to have Scarecrow for a father. Just because Poison Ivy’s child is good with plants and Scarecrow’s kid can guess fears doesn’t mean they have super powers. Each kid has certain attributes that can be traced back to their Arkham parent, but they don’t have super powers. Let me state this again for those of you that don’t pay attention, the children do not have super powers. Catwoman’s kid wasn’t born in a cat suit and didn’t just start robbing stores as soon as it came from the womb. Clayface’s kid couldn’t morph and stretch since day one. No, no, no. The children merely have certain abilities. Now you may be wondering where Batman, Batgirl, Robin, and Catwoman fit into all of this, I’ll explain. Batman, Batgirl, and Robin are certainly not villains and they didn’t really have super powers, so why would anyone use their materials to experiment? No one would. In this case it was merely a one night stand type of deal. Bruce Wayne was a playboy, and so he had a few illegitimate kids along the way. Robin and Batgirl? Well in their rebellious days they did their own experimenting and guess what? They happened to have some kiddies. Of course Batgirl knew about her kids, but she met an unfortunate fate and so her kids went to their father, or fathers. Now Catwoman didn’t belong in Arkham, she wasn’t loony and she didn’t really kill people; she was just greedy. Well she found a man, had a kid, and died. The father of the kid kept it in memory of the woman that stole his heart. Get it? Stole his heart. She's a thief. So, all the other males that helped in producing kids have no idea that they have little spawn out there. The female villains? They don’t know about their kids either. You see, they took the eggs of the female villains and put them inside the wives of the Average Joes, the kiddies grew in these women and there you go. Insta Kid. But how do these kids feel now that they are in high school with other kids like them, and kids that aren’t? Do they commit villainous acts and follow in their parent’s footsteps? Or do they go the complete opposite way of their mommies and daddies? Maybe they don’t do anything at all and merely try to blend in with all the other average kids around them. Or perhaps they form a club and wreck havoc on the high school they attend. Now, we’re running into some issues. The Joker has decided to take revenge on the old Arkham Asylum, now Arkham High. What will happen when the kids see him? Will they fawn over him? Or take him down? |
