The party seemed to be getting louder, everyone around him were having a good time. Alec himself was enjoying the party, he never thought Marcy could throw good parties. He had dressed himself casually, he barely made it out of the house itself no thanks to his step sister Sky. She deliberatly called his father and tried to make Alec stay home and miss the party, but he was out the dor before his father could change his mind. He turned to face the girl beside to whom he was talking too. He must have seen this girl at school some time, he just didn't notice her. He wasn't really into her, but she seemed to be crushing on him, why not make her change her mind, no? The girls constant giggling was making him irritable, it was so high pitched and annoying, he moved away from her and told her "My dear I will go get you something to drink." The girl smiled and nodded, not knowing that Alec would simply ditch her and leave her waiting for him. He walked away from the girls sight and breathed a sigh of relief, it was like having a thorn removed from your side.
He decided to grabbed himself a drink, why not grabbed a drink? He swept his eyes over everyone and saw Callia being friendly with a boy from school, Freddie? He hanged out with her a little in the past, but he knew she wasn't all that friendly. He drank from the beer he managed to grab for himself and noticed Angelica. He fancied her, if he could he would go out with her but he rathered not approach her, not because he was shy but knew that she most likely didn't not like him either. When he wanted, he would talk to her then. He put down his beer and saw Emily walked in to join the party. Ah, now he knew somehow he'd find her there. Now this was the supposed 'best partier ever' coming from his step sister Sky, making Emily his step cousin. He saw she had come with someone else, and he thought Emily only liked college parties with her cousin. Alec himself liked all parties, one thing they had in common, Sky, him and Mily. He smiled and waved over to her, more to piss her off then anything else, Sky loved to tell Emily how horrible of a step brother he was.
Mily had noticed him as well and gave a small smile back. Alec grew bored being alone, he wanted to find someone to talk to, another little giggly girl? He shuddered slightly, man was that girl annoying he thought and smiled. Would it hurt if he played with her some more? He only played with some girls at parties, most of the time he flirted with them yes but he had his mind on others tings... He wandered closer to her and once more saw Angelica from the corner of his eye. Prehaps he could talk with her later, but instead went to Marcy. Why not appraise her for her party? He saw her talking with others, maybe some of her friends? He stopped behind her and said "What a party you threw Marcy, I'm sure you have already been told it was good." The girl Marcy, whom he barely talked to, thanked him and smiled. He left and wandered back to get another drink, forgetting about the other girl. He wasn't a player like some people from school, he did like to flirt and charm some girls, but his moments came and left when he chose to play with the girls, who tended to believe anything he said.
He entered the kitchen and it was some kitchen, and grabbed himself another beer. He promised himself before he came to the party that he wouldn't take anything stronger then a beer, for now he held his word. He drank his beer slowly, looking over to the people who were talking and doing what not. His gaze stayed on Angelica for a second, he could get a girl easily enough if he wanted but there was something about that girl he liked. Prehaps because it would be a challenge to get her to like him, yes it was that indeed. Alec aslways did like challenges.

Alec was leaned up against a wall, he placed his empty beer bottle somewhere on a table. If Marcy wanted a big party surely she should expect there to be a mess. From where he saw Angelica, he also saw that Cassandra had noticed him looking at her and made an atempt to bring her closer. He wave back at her and smiled a charming smile, he showed no sign of embarassment that she caught him staring or that he was glad to have Angelica come over. He stayed perfectly neutral, something he picked up on over the years, he had a great control over his face. If he wanted someone to think he was happy, then so be it. He noticed that they had stopped, Angelica seem to look over by someone else. He follow the gaze and saw Samuel. He noticed her leave towards him. He felt a ting of jealousy over the boy, a short lived moment and shurgged, he would talk with her some other time then.
Alec couldprehaps annoy the hell out of his 'little cousin' Emily, but he didn't find much joy in that as he would if he 'played' with some gulluble girl. He stepped away from the wall, and walked over to a pretty brunnette. Where there so many people from his school he hadn't even noticed? Alec could still see Angelica, his features composed, he still had a stupid jealousy that crawled up from the back of his mind. If she chose to dance with the boy, then Alec could do nothing of it, for now anyway. He grabbed the girls' hands and whispered in her ear. She nodded blushing, and Alec lead her further from her friend. He simply asked her to dance with him, this was a party, but yet she looked as though no boy had ever spoken with her. What a shame, she was a pretty girl, but she would always be just someone to mess with.
He whispered to her again, mostly what she would have wanted to hear, and then she started with the giggling. The first moment he heard it he knew he needed to get away. For this time he wouldn't stand for another high pitched giggler. "Let me go grab us some drinks, if that alright?" he asked. The girl, which he didn't bother to know her name, nodded and he left. This seem to be the perfect line to tell the girls if he didn't want to be with them. So naiive. He walked back over to were he had been before, out of the girls sight and manage to grabbed another beer. He didn't feel like going about his word anymore to 'not drink much', but what fun was there if there was no boose. He kept his word for almost ten minutes, which could be considered a record.
Alec leaned himself back on the wall, scanning the crowd for a girl who didn't appear to giggle frantically. He saw Angel again with the boy, this time he felt no jealousy or not much. He looked away and took another swig of the beer. He glanced at another girl, she seemed to be pretty confident and not a giggler hopefully. He smiled mischevoisly, he wasn't always like thise, he didn't always flirt with every girl he saw, but parties tended to be the best time to do so. If someone wanted to know about him, he would make them ask Emily, for he had no desire to share how he was with ithers who were merely acquintances. He had friends, yes, but he was more of an idependent men. His smile changed into a charming one as he walked over to his next pretty little victim.

Alec seemed to have made his way back to the same wall, leaving the blonde girl somewhere else. He had grabbed himself another beer, was it his fourth or fifth, he wasn't keeping count. Alec was use to drinking a lot, it would take more the seven bottles of beer before he could get really drunk. He leaned against the all to familiar wall, he seemed to be fond of the wall for he kept coming back there. He felt his phone vibrate a few times and fished it out. He received a text message, curious of it, he read it. He smiled, was it simply coinsidence that Cassandra had her phone out a moment ago, so he noticed. 'Best way to crush the little girl' he thought appraising the e-mail that had been sent and shut his phone.
Alec looked back up, he spotted Angelica with the boy. He saw that they had made there way to the door and the boy pick her up in his arms. He couldn't say that the boy wasn't bold, but Alec was starting to hate to boy. He wanted the boy to be gone with and not have her in his arms, he was very competitive and some how this triggered his competitive nature. Alec frowned, the same jealousy he felt before was back. He composed his face a new and shrugged off the jealousy. He had thought of the possibily Aneglica didn't like him back, but he rather it didn't come to that before he could even try. But like the smart men he was, he did have his eyes on other girls. If she rejected him, it would feel as though he had lost somehow, something he hated feeling, but he wouldn't let that stop him, he'd find himself someone else later on. Calmed by the thought beating the crap out of the boy, he took a sip of his beer. He spotted Emily, it appeared she might be waiting, he didn't know. Prehaps now would be the best time to tell her what he needed to tell her. He took another swig of his beer and walked over to Emily.
Mily raised her head to see Alec approach her. "Hello little cousin" he said and smiled. He called her that ever since she met him, it bugged the crap out of her and he knew that. She was only a year younger then him, but could be considered older it many other ways. "What do you want?" she asked simply, he wanted something, she could tell. His face was turned into a fake look of hurt and he said "Aren't you glad to see me?" "Sure I am" she said sarcastically "But what is it you really want?" she asked genuinly curious now as to why he came over here and wasn't dancing with some girl. "You shouldn't drink too much tonight." he adviced and that caught Mily by surprise, he never advised her or cared whether she drank but she caught on quickly. "Ah, now I get it. Sky asked you to make sure I didn't drink much." Her cousin could be wierd at times. At one point, like now, Sky would be concerned over Mily but when Mily was with Sky, she didn't care what Mily did. Alec nodded and said "If she asks, I warned you and watched over you. Say otherwise and you'd be lying." Ah, so he would be in trouble with his father if he didn't do so. Emily knew he wouldn't bother to tell her this if it was only about Sky. "Sure, whatever. I don't see how I'm not lying, but I'll do it." she said and sighed. "You'd be lying, cause I warned you and I now I see you're fine, my work here is done." Mily rolled her eyes, she found Alec acted more family-like with her, prehaps more then he did with Sky, he and Sky only argued.
Alec seemed to be studying Mily, she regarded him and said "Was there anything else?" He shook his head and said more seriously "Emily, if you need anything, tell me." She was about to say something but he cut her off "Cause if something bad happens to you, they'll find a way to blame me." Mily rolled her eyes, he barely got blamed for half the s**t he pulled. "I don't think I can trust you. How many beers did you have?" she smiled, trying to prove a point and he said "Ah, but the difference is, I can handle it." Mily managed not to roll her eyes again, "Shouldn't you return to the girls you have yet to 'play with'." Sky managed to tell her everything about Alec, she basically stuck with 'he was an a**'. Alec smiled micheviously and said "Yes I should, but I'll finish this beer first." Emily smiled a goodbye to him and Alec left.
Alec went back to the lovely wall and drank his beer. It was empty now, he went to go grab another one but changed his mind. He'd lay off the beer for now, instead he'd find some pretty girl to dance with. He placed the empty bottle down somewhere on an end table and glanced over to where Angelica and the boy had been, but were certainly not there snymore. It was a shame she had to leave, but he couldn't stop her if she wanted to leave. He spotted a brunnette girl who appeared to be alone. He walked over to her and tried to make conversation with the girl. He grew bored of talking with her though and asked her to dance with him. The circuit had probably cut off when everything went black, he remembered the police had come or he thought. Though he'd forgotten about that before he went to see Emily. He danced with the girl and became much more relax, prehaps he'd stay with the girl a little longer, she was much more outgoing then the last ones.

♥ Zoya Belikov ♥
'And in the dark, I can hear your heart beat
I tried to find the sound
But then it stopped, and I was in the darkness,
So darkness I Became'
I tried to find the sound
But then it stopped, and I was in the darkness,
So darkness I Became'
- The brunnette laid sprawled on her bed, it's soft covers underneath her. She was staring at the ceiling, it wasn't much to look at but for anyone else, she looked engrossed in the ceiling, but she was simply day dreaming, just thinking. Zoya wrapped her perfectly maniured fingers around her one of a kind necklace, it belong to her long dead grandmother. The necklace had a way of catching light and shining brilliantly, it was made of white gold or something, Zo wasn't ever good with jewelery, with three sapphires that dangled from it. Zo sat up and sighed, she grew bored, very bored and that wasn't good. She looked down at her casual outfit and decided she needed a change of clothes, maybe put on some make-up aswell? Zo hopped off the bed and walked over to her dresser, she pulled out a silky yellow blouse with a pair of tight black denim jeans. Now she could have worn a dress but chose to wear something...more practical for school. A school she didn't enjoy being in so much, sometimes prehaps but it indeed had it's advantages. The yellow blouse compliment her curves, as well as her jeans, and made her slightly tanned skin look ever the more flawless. She looked gorgeous, not that she needed too dress the part, she was able to make most men fall for her, most, but Zo loved to make herself look prettier, especially after wearing those clothing before. Ugh. She sighed and walked back over to her bed, her girly girl like mood was sub-siding, and she felt like finding some guy to...play with, since there was no school today.
But Zo would wait, yes she would sit a wait for her roommate to arrive, her hunger was something she wished to quench. Yes she was hungry, but not in the I'll just grab an apple way, she was hungry for that warm rich red liquid that flowed through all humans. If you hadn't guessed yet, Zoya was a vampire, something she took a tad too much pride in. It made her feel better then humans, especially for the boys, they were simply pawns to play with. Zoya touched the tip of her fangs that could be easily hidden, if she didn't smile too broadly. Zo could so easily remember how she was turned, it had been a warm summer night in Novosibirsk, Russia, her hometown. Her vampire sire, the one who turned her, had turned her when she suffered from a car accident. He gave her immortality and she was glad, it took away any suffering, which wasn't romantic at all, it had just been a part of her sire's nature to be protective. Her sire, Lucian, had always been like a father to her. Zoya's parents had died in the same accident she was in and her other family members were well dead now. Lucian treated Zo like he would a daughter, since she did look like his daughter he had felt protective of her the first time they met, and she lived with him and his wife Ellanor. He had left her the house after seven years or so, to find himself another place when he thought she was old and wise enough to take care of herself easily, they kepted in touch still. Zoya sighed, yes just a little brush of her fangs could send her in a trance of thoughts.
Zoya walked over to the window and peered down, humans were considered weak or so on what Lucian had taught her. She noticed none really outside, not from the view she had, but humans had a fear of the unknown. If they knew about vampires or any other creature, which wasn't human, they'd go insane trying to figure out the why's and the how's. But vampires simply were, they existed and they could do any freaking thing they wanted, well almost, vampires including Zo weren't stupid, she knew that she wouldn't deliberatly call that kind of attention to her, even if she could easily get out of it. She sighed again and flopped onto her bed, she still wanted to eat but patience was something she well gained over time. Zoya didn't have much friends around here to talk to and get pass this dreadful morning. Zo never was a morning person, and for as long as she lived, she never would be. Zo twirled a hair around her finger, very deep in her thoughts. What better way to pass the time then think of old memories, for her it passed the time but for some they didn't like to remember memories. Zoya recalled Lucian and Ellanor, both in their late twenties maybe. Lucian was a man with a lean and lanky figure, he didn't look that strongly built but he could still knock someone out cold. Ellanor looked like a very build women, Zo seriously thought she was a body builder before being turned. They both had a way to them that had been so kind when she was first turned, Lucian was so protective and fatherly. She asked him why once, why he was so protective and he had launched into a pretty depressing story about his daughter. Zoya appearantly looked so much like her, that it triggered his protectiveness but he also just plainly wanted to keep her safe.
Zoya hadn't realized her eyes had been closed but she opened them, feeling very calm and patient. She was still rather eager to see her new roommate, she was curious. She smiled deviously as some thoughts crossed her mind, she would have to make her roommate feel welcome before him or her as snack, yes that did sound pretty mean but she was thinking truthfully. "What should I do now?" she said with a heavy russian accent, that had faded very little even so far away from her hometown in Russia. Zoya fiddled with her necklace as she sat up on her bed. She repressed a sigh that formed on her lips, she would have to stop sighing and find something to do... She glanced at herself in the mirror and touched the yellow blouse's soft fabric and caught sight of her laptop in the reflection. Zoya walked over to her laptop that was lying around on a small desk. She picked it up and brought it back over to the bed. She booted it up and waited for it to load. She didn't know exactly what she wanted to do with it but the fact she found something was a start. Zoya remembered how before, a long time ago, laptopd weren't something she'd see very often and now she had one of her own, funny how life moved pretty fast. For an ordinary human maybe, but life was long and constantly changing for Zoya, she could remember everything see had seen through her vampire eyes.

❋ Evelyn Saeli ❋
Evelyn had been rather exicted when she found out she won a contest to go to Greece. She had always wanted to go to Greece, the place was so beautiful and there was something about it that always made her want to visit. The history behind it all was most mezmorising as well, the great gods and goddess. She had learned a lot about those myths, yet for some reason something in her wanted to belive they were more then myths. Five days before, Eve went to visit her aunt and uncle in Russia, more specifically in Moscow. Her grandmother lived up there too, Eve was just as thrilled to visit her as well. Russia was like a second home to her, she'd visit her family there at least 10 times a year, sometimes she even stayed there for months. From Moscow, she managed to get on a plane to Greece, which was closer to it then where she herself lived. She slept for most of the ride, her exhaustion finally catching up with her. What made everything all the more exciting was that her sister was also coming with, she too had recieved the same letter as Evelyn. She planned to meet up with her when she got to the masion. She would find her there easily enough, wouldn't she?
Eve had now been sitting in a car that had picked her up from the airport to bring her to the mansion. She looked outside the window, watching the birds fly gracefully in the sky. From what she observed, Greece was so different from Moscow. In Greece she could see ancient statues and buildings. From the drive so far, everything seem to have a touch of ancients to it. In Moscow though, it would be considered quite beautiful too but half the time it was covered in snow. She still had her head leaned against the window, staring out into the darkened day. She could easily tell it would be night soon, a soft smiled touched her face. The night or 'night time', had always been her favourite time if day. The darkness made everything look mysterious and intriguing, with the help of the beautiful moon's glow, everything looked marvilious. Eve sighed, it was so lovely the moon. She had tried to paint it once, she wanted to capture it's beauty but she failed miserably, she was never great of an artist.
The car slowed to a stop, Evelyn glanced out the window. She could see the form of a house but nothing more through the window. She got out of the car swiftly and elegantly, her black heeled boots making a clacking sound as they made contact with the ground. She glanced up at the sky almost instantly, the moon was very visible and shining brightly. She knew that the moon tended to bring out the silver in Eve's eyes, but yet everything in it's path seemed to have a touch a silver. "Isn't it lovely?" she thought aloud, she knew the men carrying her siut cases heard her but he showed no sign he had. She stopped looking at the sky, her gaze averted back to the mansion and she made her way forward. When she could see the mansion completely, she her walk slowed to a halt and could feel her mouth drop slightly. She knew that mansion's were big, but she just didn't expect this mansion, or more like castle, to be so huge! She closed her mouth and stared at the mansion, it was very lovely in fact. The man behind her carried her bags, she glanced back to make sure the man was alright but he seemed fine and so did her suit cases. She started walking again, her heels making a soft clacking sound on the ground that was barely audible.
Eve saw a man, obviously attractive she wouldn't deny that, with a beautiful woman next to him. The man was mostly likely the one who lived in this house, Eve glanced around and mumbled "Oh my" Everything thing was still so beautiful, Eve tried to take it all in. She saw that another girl was there, another guess, considering the girl brought a pack with her and there was another man who came as well. Eve had come closer to the doorway, the guy carrying her suit cases dropped them behind her as she had asked and Eve picked them up herself. Another man came to Eve's notice, he extended his hand to the men Nikolas. It appeared to her that they had all made their greetings, in their own way. Now that she confirmed that the men in front did in fact live in here, she stopped walking when she approached the mansion.
Evelyn glanced at everyone, for some reason she felt as though she saw them somewhere once. Maybe see saw them at a store, but that was highly impossible considering she knew none of them lived near her. But yet that feeling remain in the back of Eve's mind, she pushed a strand of hair behind her ear and look up to the man Nikolas. "Hello Mr. Hypathos, I'm Evelyn" she said formally and smiled kindly to him. Her parents had always made her be polite when she first met people. First impressions were always important, or so she's been told so many times before. She couldn't help but glance around again, she couldn't wait to see how the inside of the mansion was like. She looked up to the sky and back to Nikolas "Isn't it just a beautiful night" she said and smiled "The moon is shining so brightly" She tended to say what was on her mind, more often then not.

❉ Nikolas Aidan Hartwell ❉

A soft beeping noise could be heard nearby, Nick layed sprawled over the couch in the basement/living room/ anything else really. The room was divided into four smaller rooms, one for storage, one as a living room with two big couches, a tv and everythingelse a living room needs, the two others room were used for anything else. His eyes fluttered open and he rolled over, and flopped to the floor. A loud thud echoed through the room. Nick propped himself on one elbow and glanced over at his cell phone that he had placed on the table for the night. It beeped once more and stopped, Nick picked it up and noticed he had one new message. He clicked on it and read;
To: Nick
From: Queen Faye
You awake yet! Where are you?
Wtv, I'll see you at school.
ps. I already left, love you!
Nick smiled and could almost hear Faye's sarcasm, 'Queen Faye' was a little nickname she gave herself since she was partically queen of the school. He held his phone in his hand and climbed up the narrow staircase that connected to the first floor of the house. Being alone in the ouse made it look big, Nick climbed up another staircase and opened the door to his room. It was pretty big on it's own and in the corner of his room every thing was a mess. Nick rummaged through his drawers and picked out a t-shirt that showed off his toned chest and a pair of jeans. He grabbed his keys, which included his house key and his motorcycle key, and ran to the back door in the kitchen. He wasn't all that hungry to start with, so he wouldn't mind skipping breakfast. He walked out the door and headed to his motorcycle, were it was put leaning on the side wall of the garage. The soft wind tousled Nick's hair as he made his way towards it. He lifted his leg over the seat and sat on it, turning the key in the ignition. His motorcycle roared to life, Nick pressed on the gas and drove off to school.
Nick parked in the parking lot, anywhere were there was space. He took out the key from the ignition and placed it in the inside pocket of his leather styled jacket. He swung himself elegantly off his bike and walked off towards the main entrance of the school. He entered the school and went over to his locker straight away, taking out the books he'd need for math. He wasn't late, but he sure wasn't exactly early either. Nick rubbed his eyes, taking away the last bit of grogginess they still held.

I made it, see you later.
Nick sighed, a girl walked by behind him and he flashed her a smile, she blushed and ran away. He couldn't help but smile, a lot of girls loved his smile. He shoved his phone back in his pcoket and headed off to class. He walked into the math classroom and took a seat to the far back, where there were some people he knew around. He sat down and placed his books on his desk, now he'd have to wait for the school day to be over or at least for lunch, where he'd get some break.

'And in the dark, I can hear your heart beat
I tried to find the sound
But then it stopped, and I was in the darkness,
So darkness I Became'

Faye waited for her friend to respond but she instantly felt her phone vibrate in her tight jeans. She got it out, it was her new touch phone she had gotten, she smiled and checked the text Nick sent her. She was curious, he was such a good little boy, now why would he be sneding her a text. The thought crossed her mind sarcastically, anyone related to Faye had their bad side, but Nick was always loved by everyone, whether he be nice or mean.

Thanks for reminding me Niko, almost forgot.
And I couldn't drag you wth me, wouldn't
want you to get in trouble now. But wtv, I'm ditching now.
Come if you want, I'll go get something in my car.
Faye smiled maliciously and pressed send, if she could get out of class, she'd be roaming the hallways or the outdoors for awhile before getting back to class and the teacher wouldn't dare say anything about it. Niko was a nickname that only Faye could call Nick, he absolutely hated it, but Faye called him that when she was pissed off, being sarcastic or that name just crossed her mind. Faye abrutly got up, she gracefully walked over to the teacher who was scowling at her for interupting her speaking. "Je peut tu aller au salle de bain?" Faye said in perfect french. The teacher arched and eyebrow at her, clearly not wanting her to leave. Faye return her stare with a glare and the teacher said "Pourquoi?" Faye sighed and said "Can't I just go! I need to go." She said matter of factly but everyone knew she was lying, it wasn't obvious but everyone knew of Faye's ditching half the class and coming back. The teacher nodded and Faye smiled, her smiled was cold and she knew that the teacher was so stupid. "Merci" She said in an effort to pretend she cared for the french language.
Faye walked out of the class and went straight for the door that led to outside. She needed to grabbed something, but basically she just wanted to get out of this wretched school. Faye saw a girl, Yuuki and the two new kids with her and they were tall. Hmm, so those are the new kids she thought and put on a faked friendly smile, as she approached the three from behind. "Well hello Yuuki, isn't it nice of you to talk with the new kids, I'm sure they need help to get around school, no? And I thought you were one to keep to yourself, well I guess you proved me wrong." Faye said with such faked kindness in her voice that it sounded fake to her own ears. She hated that girl Yuuki, she didn't need a reason to, she just did. Faye would be glad to see the girl get run over by a bus, yes it was harsh but the truth isn't always friendly. It seemed the girl had shared a few words with the boys already, Faye loved to meet new kids, she always had a....warm welcome for them. Faye turned her attention to the two boys, still keeping her smile but her eyes shimmered mischieviously. "So you must be the new stundents that will attend our school. What a shame you had to come to this cheap school, most classes are boring." She moved away slowly from Yukki and said "Let me wish you luck in this...'lovely' school" she said the lovely part sarcastically, this school was anything but lovely to Faye. She looked over the two boys, her eyes lingering a moment longer on the boy with dark hair and said to Yuuki, her voice gone quite cold and sarcastic "Ï'll see you later" She definetly wouldn't, but it sounded like a threat but to everyone else it would simply be her fake friendliness.
Faye moved away slowly from the three, still in earshot but she moved away so she could grab her cell phone. She needed to get to her car, there was another exit but it was too risky to take it, so Faye had to take this way. And lucky she did, she got to see the new students. She held her cell phone in her sharp red nails and wrote:

I'm at my car now, if you want meet me there.
Oh, and I just met the new kids, they're something alright.
I'm pretty sure they'll fit in well with a certain group of people.
She pressed send and shoved her phone in her bag, she didn't exactly believe what she wrote, but she was pretty sure who they'd be friend with. She gave a quick glance to the boy with dark hair, there was something about she liked. He looked like he didn't care for much, maybe that's what caught her eyes. She searched for her car keys and placed them in her palm, ready to go to her car.
