- The grandfather clock chimed as it's hands reached the twelve and the six; six o'clock in the morning. Meanwhile, from the clock's place in the parlor, if you walked down the hallway to your right, turned a couple of corners and went up a flight of stairs, you'd find two large doors at the end of the hallway. These two large doors would seem to blend in with the white walls if it weren't for the fact that red roses were painted across them to match the vase of red roses that had been placed beside them. Two maids, walking side-by-side, had finally reached said doors that opened to the room of Naoyuki Murai. They each opened one door and put on fake smiles as they entered, greeting the boy inside with a cheery, "Ohayou Godzaimasu, Yuki-san ~" The boy they were supposed to wake up, was already stretching and letting large yawns escape from his mouth. He lifted the baby blue sleep mask that was covering his eyes and let it sit atop his blonde head. Yuki smiled and greeted the two maids in return, "Ohayou !" The maids bowed and as soon as they were done tidying up his bed, they set off to let him continue getting ready for the day. As soon as they left, Yuki felt alone, but that feeling was not unfamiliar since he was really the only person who stayed in that huge, empty house regularly. Where were his parents, you ask? Does it matter? To be frank, Yuki didn't care where either of them were or what they were doing. His father was a business man and was hardly ever around and his mother...well, he never saw his mother because of the divorce. He took the mask off completely and threw it across the room effortlessly, an attempt to dismiss such thoughts.
His bare feet trailed across the carpet, sending a ticklish feeling throughout his body, and into the bathroom to further continue his morning routine of the usual. He brushed his teeth throughoughly. Always. Who wants bad breath and a rotten smile? And quickly ran a comb through his hair, which had been matted from the sleeping mask. As soon as he was done checking up on his beauty, Yuki found that two maids were waiting to assist him in getting dressed. Of course, as he relieved himself of his clothing, the maids turned their backs. But who wouldn't try to sneak a couple of peaks. He quickly put on the white tuxedo-like outfit he was presented with and the white shoes that seemed to be made out of an albino aligator? Weren't those extinct or something? Oh, who cares. They were probably better off on Yuki's feet, even if it were only something that he would wear only once and then throw out.
