Smooth. At least he was seeming somewhat smooth. Well maybe not that, but he certainly hadn't come off like his true self. But so what if he couldn't yell out what he wanted... Least he pointed out the that he wanted someone opposite of the killer next to him... Though he couldn't say she wasn't unique. But she wasn't that in a good way to the parasite... Maybe it was better the way he had been forced to go about anyways. What if he had scared her off and missed out on probably one of the easiest meals ever. Sure it wouldn't be the fastest, but once he had full control again he knew a simple first target! Then after that he had a second, surely not as easy, meal planned out as well. Words weren't supposed to be restrained though... Freedom of speech was a great thing, and now that he could finally excessive it, his mouth was bound. Even if the words of the infection could cause chaos and bring harm to a lot of things, he still wished they would escape! When his enemy congratulated his work and said he'd fit the pink haired girl to perfection, he wasn't as much yearning to blurt out profanity in the horror show.

As he stopped minding the two next to him and went off to dreaming of finally fulfilling his wishes, he heard the sudden talk of the hospital. Just when he was biting off a certain someones head too... Xervoid and Xerves were both left dumbfounded as the girl mentioned it hurt. His bent his head fully down to check his gut as if a stomach ache was noticeable on the surface, but as she ended the false words he saw the problem. A girl's fist had rammed into it for a second! The impact was so sudden, he sent out a gasp for air that almost came with food from a recently filled stomach. A hand was sent to it, rubbing his stomach that needed to go to the hospital... Or maybe the bathroom to loose a few chunks of lunch. He groaned playing into the part of a suddenly sick school boy automaticaaly as he was yanked up from the table. He could have sworn she was trying to yank his arm out of it's socket again. But then as he arose, his stomach seemed to be disagreeing with him again! Or at least the girl had hit her mark once more. Another grunt escaped from him as he bent over, placing a hand on his attackers shoulder for support. He had tried to crush it to show he got the message, but his worrying friend picked up on the movement to whisk him away from the safety of witnesses. What a pal to take him to the hospital though, right? Once again his speech was interrupted by the girl, but this time she wasn't slapping him as he was trapped under her, he was being handled like a rag doll and running from a bill. Well not running, but being forced out of one. What could he do, he had to go to the hospital... At least some good came out of the situation for him and Xerves both.

The body still held one eye shut as he rubbed his stomach, far from the complex of masked murderers that hadn't decided to pursue the dash diner. It was already fine, but it was now angered it's digestion had been interrupted and disturbed by jabs to the chest. "What?!? I didn't even get to do anything!" He was obviously mad as he threw a hand to the middle face as he complained as he was trying to explain his innocence, which was actually existent. He doubted she would acknowledge that, especially since she knew he was up to more. "That was hardly flirting anyways! I think your just jealous she's after your precious Xerves..." The bug knew he'd stuck a nerve... He was suddenly in good heath as he put her in a friendly headlock before she could physically retaliate on him, bending his body so his face could become even with hers. Hopefully his bravery had shocked and stunned her movements. "Besides, I'll be taking advantage of a lot of things pretty soon. If you don't want it to be little Yuki chan, then I can move you up the list then. Right after Xerves... Though myself personally, I like her a lot better..."

His eyes closed as he was busy switching places with his body mate, which would be sped up from last time around. Apparently the other hadn't cared about his talk of promises, already aware of the situation he held between the invader and his own body. He wasn't completely dumb, but he knew others sometimes where. And dumb people tended to under estimate what someone could do. Xerves kind of thought the parasites words were necessarily. Maybe they'd put the hunter on her toes, and for some odd reason he wanted that. Though when the lavender eyes came into view again, the cheeks under them began to blush and the weak hold became loose and eventually undone as his arm slid off of the girl and into his pocket. The boy hardly looked like he or anything in his body was going to be taking over anything. Matter of fact it looked like he didn't care about anything. As usual. Though he may have been caring about the girl he'd found on top of him when he took control of the body after someone else had walked around in it for awhile. His eyes where sent to the ground as he remembered the moment, and the red spread from his cheeks to more of his face. His eyes met the golden ones, showing they knew they were in trouble.

He looked over to the side as she welcomed him back from where ever he had went. He grunted as he thought about what she'd said, as if he hadn't been living. There, inside his mind and looking out, he was nearly dead and in a sort of afterlife haven. Others could see it being a hell with what he stayed with inside, but to him it was a heaven. He could only do so much to act with the living though, he was thankful to be able to do anything at all. But it seemed in a real afterlife, the only choices one held could be to wander aimlessly or be captured by a psychic and turned into a void and later either enter some other living person or be vanquished by a living human vain enough to commit the act. It chilled him to find the similarities he held between a dead soul. And also what path he'd already begun walking down. The boy seemed to be creating his own way though, as he certainly wasn't dead, and he also wasn't being controlled by a psychic or burning in some hell for past sins. Xerves didn't rank the parasite the same as a psychic, because for one the parasite would never control him. And then he couldn't fuse with a psychic and use their power for his own accord. Or at least he hadn't figured out how to just yet. He was full with what he had been given by Void though, tampering with another mystical being he knew little about wouldn't be the smartest move. He was sure he would have enough to do plenty with as long as the beast inside him was feed and he grew with it.

The girl must have obviously underestimated what the mystical being inside him could do... She'd hit the parasite and his body hard, but not hard enough to make the true Xerves feel it upon his return and need to go to the hospital. He scratched his head with confusion as he looked by to her away from where he'd gazed off to, the confused boy was also soon grabbed yet again and forced to follow."But I don't need to go to the hospital..." he said in a sort of whine looking down to the ground again, as if she was his mother or older sister forcing him to go. She turned on him suddenly as she was the disciplinary guardian that was about to smack the child trying to pull away. Well he wasn't trying to run away, but she looked like she was mad at him. Very mad at him. Though when he looked into her eyes, he went past that and the scene on the roof was reflected in her eyes and into his mind. When her hands went to his face, Xerves' still flustered red face went to pink to as if a vain had popped in his head and and the blood was sent right under the skin of his cheeks. The delinquent didn't like anyone touching his face to begin with, and when her hands pulled away from his face he was even more relived than if it had been nearly anyone else.

As he walked behind Gemini as if still being pulled by the suddenly moody girl, he rolled his eyes as she begun to command him to apologize to someone. If he had apologized for every person he'd beat up his vocal cords probably would have shriveled and broken from the use. Though if Gemini's and a few other annoying girl's voice boxes still functioned, his would too no doubt. "If it wasn't for that foreign substance, I'd probably be dead... Besides, it wasn't either of our faults. The kid was annoying..." Xerves shrugged off the situation simply. He had defended both himself and the parasite, rather than just blaming his actions on his savior of sorts. He owed as much as to defend it's back if it was going to be serving him, even if he was forced to keep it on a leash of sorts now. Xerves was sure the trouble of keeping it decently out of trouble would have it's own rewards tonight, although the creature had gotten into some. But Xerves was hardly in any room to try and play like a saint. The other mind inside of him wouldn't be controlling much of anything for a while either. He had failed to mention that to the irate girl leading his way though. If he had said that though, an ambulance may have had to rush him away to their destination without her as she was sent to a police station for trying to beat the stupid out of him. He hated how she thought she knew what was best for him...

He was glad to be off the subject of him and other worldly inhabitants as she told him of some note in his pocket. He was about to reach in and grab the note, he'd even felt the crumbled paper. But he was stopped because of other words added and where soon sent to add emphasis to answers not yet formed... She mentioned something far more wished unspoken than the demonic corpse inside him. She spoke about the parasite trying to sleep with her in his body as if it wasn't that bad! To him it looked as if she was just nervous about the bugs attempt. Well as she added the act of slapping him for letting the thing get out of hand, he knew she wasn't happy about it at all. He himself thought it minimal punishment, but he wasn't going to say that... She was probably being merciful with him already. He thought it unfair he could be punished at all since she'd of course played along with the sick creatures games! He thought himself to care more about the predicament, but she seemed to be showing how angry she was with violence... That overtook his silent show by a long shot in his book, for he usually expressed his feelings in such a way. Actually they where heading to the hospital because the Void had decided to follow their use of the stress relief that violence could be. But he was hardly conscious then to control the pervert inside him, who seemed to be laughing inside as he stared outwards through the eyes of the body probably about to get slapped. The still red Xerves didn't focus on the noises in his head, but instead the images and scenes that involved the slap worthy crime. His mouth had paused as he kept up with his executioner, trying to push past the mental barrier to translate his logical defense into words.

"B-bu- but that really wasn't me!" He had obviously separated himself from his servant he'd defended not too long ago. The sell out movement was hardly felt by the cackling Void as it seemed to be on the better end of the situation, as it was safely behind the walls of his flesh. Well that probably wouldn't be to safe in a few seconds, but the bug was farther than just that too! He wouldn't be harmed at all! "Why can't you just forget it..? I mean you played along with him anyways, so your just as in much trouble as me!" Xerves couldn't judge how his plea for innocence was going to far. But he was sure his punishment wasn't halted yet... "And what would you have done to it if I hadn't been thrown back in anyways?!?" He'd probably just dug himself a deeper hole with that last question in hopes of escaping her redemption. Xerves didn't know he was unknowingly questioning things about the girl he shouldn't have... Things that could lead to him getting more than slapped as a punishment for such a claim. The naive little mind failed to see that though. He hoped they where near the hospital. His vision was hardly getting as much attention as his mind as he followed the girl blindly. Xerves didn't think she'd inflict pain on him in a public place. But if she did, they could soon be at one of the best public places for her to begin to inflicting nearly any pain on him. He of course didn't want anything inflicted on anyone.

The almost outburst wasn't like him. It was almost an outburst because he had felt like he knew what he was going for a split second. That obviously faded away quickly. Or at least he felt that way. Usually he just sat back and let himself be dragged along. When Zerves had taken the lead it was only for seconds and almost anything important. But for him to be be nearly forcing a cause out of the girl was far from what he hoped he was. Well, maybe the situation had been for only seconds and also it was important. Before he had even went along as if he didn't even knew the sickness was within the girl. And to be mentioning such a thing so early in the morning... Surely of all times he'd picked he would have picked a different time of day. The conversation wasn't the best thing to wake up and get into right away. Though he was as woke up as he'd ever be he'd figured, so lack of energy wasn't a valid excuse. He doubted this was some new form of him coming up to the surface under a recently odd quick and sudden gathered amount of thoughts and pressure. Had he even been faced or at least paid attention to such things in his past before? Well one thing was still for sure. If it was really him speaking, he wouldn't have brought it up in the morning. Sadly that was the only thing he could do to convince the weapon he wasn't going to act like he did again.

He blinked a few times after she'd spoken her words, his eyes on the ground, his mind thinking out his next words. The process was slowed because he simply didn't see it coming. What he'd saw was lying in front of a t.v for a few hours, but now he was stuck in some awkward conversation with someone stuck between a choice of fatal pursuit or lie and die. And he'd seemed to question if she had even thought of curing it. Of course she had... It was insensitive for him to ask, which put him once again out of character. Now he'd have to step back in and show her he wasn't about to slap her from a the unfixable like a father he didn't know she actually had. Such cold things shouldn't exist... Maybe that idea was too far fetched and only caused by his mood of the moment, for surely coldness was needed and used by both he and his partner frequently. He'd just used his for the first time in a way he didn't wish.

"Sorry about asking all of a sudden... I guess it'd been on my mind for a while... I really didn't mean for the words to come out like that either..." He shrugged simply. Panicking and openly admitting he hadn't meant to speak maybe have had repercussions he didn't want to see. Well right now he had a short list of results he hoped to get. One being a forgiving Pandora who completely forgotten his words, or on the better side a Pandora convinced of forgiveness and action. Well he guessed she was already willing to be active, just the phase of kicking her into gear may have kicked her into a momentary hole of doubt. Zerves would have to use his words as a rope to get her out it seemed. He didn't feel like waiting out a storm of a depressed teenage girl on a break from school.

"Yea, that's true I guess. I mean you just can't roll over and let it happen. It's human to fight death once or twice isn't it? We do it all the time once you think about it..." Even though he wasn't really human if bodies where compared by science, he and other weapons where close enough to relate, no? And it was very true that he and his partner had faced death plenty of times. Sure not of the form of some unseen, bodily disease, but face to face. And multiple times too. Matter of fact almost daily, as he'd basically said. The difference between an enemy seen and on not seen by the simple eye was certainly more clear to him now. One unseen and knowingly attacking was nerve wrecking, while one in front was more a momentary fear to be passed over and crushed or crushed by. And yet under skin, the known invisible enemy just went around inside the warrior's body, slowly and taunting killing her. The nerve's wreaked possibly brought fear, but more so it could challenge a fighter's will to battle. That much the meister had seemed to surpass for quite a while, but when it came to facing her biggest and longest known enemy, she seemed stunted, doubtful.

"I was going to go to the library to day, find a few things out... You can tag along if you want." He'd cast away the idea of separating himself from the depressed girl there as he had earlier. It seemed now that she was aware that he was curious, there was no need to keep up the charade. Now he could at least be at ease if she did decide to come along. Maybe it was best for both of them if she did tag along. Maybe he'd be shut up or a new light would catch the energetic meister's eyes. Zerves himself was still skeptical of finding anything, but on a less serious note he let it be something to get him out the house. He'd refrained himself from telling her he was going if she came or not. If he did that much, it seem he was walking back down the cold path he'd shown to the girl. Currently he was trying to tuck that away, as if it still existed. Every movement he made, the now paranoid weapon questioned if he was beginning to reveal his newly discovered, yet nonexistent side. He'd also failed to mention exactly what he'd be finding stuff out about. He'd be checking on the illness, but his curiosity towards recent Kurivvu activity was also plaguing his mind. He sighed as he sat back one the couch from his last position of leaning forward to turn channels to leaning back in his seat, placing one elbow on the arm of the couch and then his other hand on top of it. It was best to handle the sudden situation like he would if he had started it. Nonchalant and laid back.

He knew the wrong buttons had been pressed when the once ashamed girl turned angered, lingering close to blood thirsty. But then her gaze switched from pain seeking to completely mellow or shocked by his stupidity, a face that went well with telling someone the obvious or an easy answer. The obvious, easy answer question was recodnized as rhetorical by the unknowing boy. In the heat of the moment he had went with what he'd saw, his mind still hadn't been able to think of possibilities besides what the Void had told him and what his imagination could create. His eyes went nervously to the group as he leaned back to keep his face from possibly being bitten off in a sudden burst from the girl. The fact he had been thinking about the part that lead him to his own reasons for waking up to the hunter on top of him also led his eyes to the ground. Xerves couldn't handle the other words to well either, as his eyes stayed on the floor but he began to loose the composure of nervous and switched to his normal lackadaisical face, which matched the one explaining the situation. The change was made possible thanks to the idea that the girl had almost killed him because of the parasite within. That was easy to swallow as he did see it as a valid excuse to stomp him out, having the words actually slide off of his almost killer's tongue amplified the already known realization. And with the addition of being thrown out like a scape goat by his Void, which also really wouldn't surprise or phase him much alone, put him on the same level as Gemini's calm madness.

His eyes narrowed and cut over to her coldly as she spoke of snapping him like a twig. That alone obviously didn't float well, as he didn't appreciate anyone underestimating him and promising him a possibly swift death by their own hands right in front of him so bluntly. It seemed like a challenge, as a matter of fact it pretty much was. It was clear neither of the two inside the body would just lie down and be snapped like a twig when both soon thought of smashing her like a tree trunk when she tried. One though, regretted and cast away the thought, the other mind having held the thought since they'd laid eyes in bad terms. He straightened out from his small lean, thinking the conversation over and also seeing the possibility of her trying to commit the act of finishing him off right then and there through her eyes. He blinked blankly as his shoulder was grabbed as if he didn't care while she ignored his stuttered excuse from earlier. The calmer Xerves agreed with the insane Gemini and seemed to toss away it's past thoughts of a body desperate for escape and accepted his fate more. He didn't think it should be a major punishment that fell upon him for what he'd committed, but acknowledgment of the creature living inside of him had to at least be looked over, again, as it had been already before. He failed to learn anything new as he looked over himself and took in her words. All he realized was that the girl doubted him all too much, as he'd been hearing since he'd met her.

Lavender eyes moved down to a tightening hand on their bodies shoulder, and they showed some surprise as they looked back to the hands owner. His eyebrows rose with the caution he felt towards the new found face. She had seemed to snap. He resisted the urge to smile when she had called a part of him a devourer. Sickly, he found that thrilling and amazing. Something inside of him and at his command was possible of feats great enough to be pursued by an organization and even then instead of harnessing the power they destroyed it for it's show towards others. He was unaware that they even used what they seemed to forbid from existing. If he had known that, his silent excitement would have grown. Most things meant to be destroyed tended to have their good uses for one side and down sides for a side that seemed to think itself high and mighty, automatically correct and absolute with dominance because of the excuse of being the safety of the weaker populace. Xerves had joined the side that things would go good for, but also the unwanted and evil marked side. But according to the words of his opposing force, that wouldn't last long and he'd be in the same barrels as what he'd made a partnership with. He'd almost forgotten how he'd marked his own weapons race as his enemy not so long before their binding. That much didn't matter, for even still he saw the Voids other than his own as enemies, regardless of relations between him and the creatures.

The thought of harming someone father than injuries a hospital could cure seemed almost unavoidable. After all, people were surely to be after him already because of his acquaintance. One of the noble heroes who stood against the night wanderers even stood before him, promising death if he'd stepped out of the line they set. He agreed with it with his logic, but wanted to fight it because of his rebellious side. More thoughts were interrupted as the awakener of his recent mood suddenly turned off the aggressive mode she had turned on. His seemed to melt away and return back to his nervous stature as her hand moved up to his face and she became creepily more gentle. The redness that had went away with his defensive stance returned, and once again not to his liking. He didn't enjoy her touching his face, no matter how little or long it would remained there on it's coming. Well his body seemed to for some reason, but he rejected the feelings. Xerves couldn't like anything that took him away from his delinquent like attitude and into some bumbling, reddened mess. He blinked hard as she flicked him on the head, much more preferring the sliding of her palm on his face. For a second he'd thought she'd read his minds dislike for the reoccurring touching between the two. But as her fist lodged into his chest, this time him the actually the one receiving the blow, he realized otherwise. His eyes had just begun to peek open as the true retribution for his actions was dealt, him expecting it to come after the flick. It just seemed he had given up his imaginary guard too early.

The punch caused him to lunge forward slightly and loose breath for a few seconds, but the blow was not the death bringing one he'd thought it was, as he only received the usual feeling of being punched in the gut rather than the feeling of having ribs broken and organs punctured. He grumbled something as she soon turned into some innocent normal girl who hadn't just been a second from violently murdering his body. The act was so fake it made him sick, and the fact that others were buying it made him hotter. If he was even to lift a finger towards the girl, he'd be marked a bully... Well a bigger bully who extended his reach to females who had seemed safe from his past doings. This would also be the first time he was returning to an opponent without money or revenge on mind... Even though this wasn't so much an opponent, but a bystander who'd gotten too close to the monster's personal space. As they entered the hospital, he snatched his hand from her's and quickly tucked it into his pockets so touchy hands could not grip them again. He slouched as he seemed to be tied to an invisible string attatched to the golden eyed mysterious girl. He rolled his eyes and grunted as she mentioned his spectators. He'd yet to find any of those he was fond of.

"I think you helped..." he said, answering her statement about scaring away his fearing watchers, who'd left to his liking. He marked them in the same category as the student in the room, annoying. But they appeared to be smarter or had at least learned from example. They'd seemed to always forget quickly though. He sighed as he stepped into the room. Inside a grayish haired boy sat in his medical, pillowy bed upright, him at least showing a glare that showed cold hatred towards the delinquent. When he came to the bedside, the bed binded victim of the monster that was Xerves silently kept the gaze between his blue eyes and Xerves lavender ones as he looked up to the standing fighter. Xerves much preferred the predictable stare to a face of fear, as that would have made the hopefully short visit awkward. "Sorry." Just as quickly as he'd stopped at the bed side, he'd spoken his words and was back heading towards the door. The girl had never said the apology had to be long. She was lucky to even get one out of him anyways. The patient seemed to be fine with it too, as Kinaitto Sybura went to gaze out the window he'd looked through all day. In the window he painted more images of his most envied and now most hated person's death. As if it could happen or be brought by his hand. He felt a forth eye as well oddly, but he hardly paid that any mind.

He wasn't hooked up to any life support. He wasn't on the brink of dying. He wasn't going to have some dramatic scene of someone crying at his bedside. He hoped... All Kinaitto Sybura would receive would be a day or two from school, crowds of well wishers and complainers of the behavior of a particular savage, and an unexpected half assed reply from the one responsible for putting him in a hospital thanks to a mild concussion. And a bandage over his left eyebrow, where his head had bust when it made contact with a very solid wall. But all that hurt most now was his pride. He'd put up with the couple hours of headache and drowsiness, but now he was simply ready to leave. The start of all his troubles seemed stupid once he thought about it, how he had jumped to the face of his fellow brutish classmate. He'd obviously thought classmates received some kind of immunity from the rage of the titan. Maybe if he'd remembered the mangled bodies that wandered back into their room from time to time after days away he would have slowed his actions. But who would think asking about his connection between this mysterious new girl and himself would get his head nearly bashed through a wall. He'd thought if the two where doing anything, that meant his Yuki could finally be freed from his snare.

Kin had always been envious of the delinquent, he figured. At least since he'd noticed his pink haired queen casting glances to him. And that went back as far as he could remember, that being to middle school if memory served him right. It was amazing to imagine his pursuit lasting so long through simply silent yearning and the face of the prize. He'd at least made himself known to the world of the Yamagi in the years of high school. And he'd decided this year, would be the year her heart would be his, as he had stated at least every other last school day. This year felt different from all the rest... That also being said every fresh start. Not to long ago he'd unknowingly tried to take the same path that Yuki had taken with Gemini to get with her dream mate. His attempt had just failed. Maybe being like the one she idolized wasn't the correct approach. Sure it made sense, but was that what Yuki really wanted? Maybe it was his physical appearance... The boy was tall, but not much taller than himself, the difference between him and Yuki's god only being four or five inches. Or was that enough to have him marked to short by the pink haired goddess? He cast away the thought, seeing nothing he could do about it. Stuffing socks in his shoes would hardly win anyone's heart. His most favorite idea was to rid the world of what seemed to be the only wall between him and his love. That idea came up every time he became frustrated or defeated in attempts... He'd hardly ever be able to act out the ultimate idea. So that too had been pushed to the back of his mind next to growth hormones and wearing extra footwear.

He wondered what had even made the visit possible. Surely the delinquent didn't visit every body he put in the hospital. The surprising addition in the doorway surely had something to do with the appearance. Gemini Dues, the girl whose name was defended by or enraged the heart of Xerves Decursus. Maybe she was just a tag he'd captured and dragged along as he was tried to show a nicer side he held? Kinaitto hardly appreciated being used as an example of the mercy the monster didn't hold towards victims if that was the case. But if he wasn't mistaken the student in the doorway was the newest addition to the school as far as he knew and one already rumored to have done plenty of things around the school, particularly on the roof. And all of which rumors revolving around the suddenly apologetic merciless warrior. If he went by words whispered down the hallway, she had either seduced him to go see his latest knock out or either beat him to go. And if she had beat him there he doubted her prisoner would have acted so disrespectfully in front of his warden. Plus he highly doubted the little girl could overpower the beast in such a way, he at least gave that to the taller boy. It made more sense that he was trying to leave so that he could receive some kind of reward from the girl for obeying commands. He'd always thought the girl odd, but not in such a way. It made sense to judge her that way, no matter how much he hated to do it, but it seemed that proof of the rumors were being pushed right into his lap. It saddened him to know that his beloved Yuki had befriended a siren.

Well if he was going to to do anything he needed to decide soon. The back of his enemy was already upon him. Jumping on it and attempting the forbidden, ultimate idea hardly seemed wise without something sure to destroy one showing signs of being inhuman. Was turning into his enemy the only way to win one measly heart? He already had urges to say something to who'd barged into his room on someone else's accord, and if he was trying to be the school ruler, he would certainly have to let words escape his mouth, regardless of repercussions. Yuki was worth it. He hadn't heard the girl who held the reins of the beast whisper his name for some odd reason, but his eyes still stuck to the glass, picturing him standing on top of Xerves's defeated corpse and his damsel jumping into his arms after the victory. The thought reinforced the courage he was trying to give himself through battling to break logical sense. It wasn't the brightest idea to talk back to one who'd done so much for mearly wishing to speak. The delinquent would make one hell of a celebrity, as he would easily scare away paparazzi's after a few cameraman's head's had met pavement or famous fist's... The boy could hardly make it to show biz without the two weapons paving the way, in either a form of entertainment or bargaining.

"Xerves... Why did you come to see me..?" he questioned, him looking to the back of his target. Eventually he turned his head to face him from the side, his eyes where cutting over the renown stare of ice. As the weaker of the two felt it, frosty eyes of a lover where sent to the sheets of his bed. Maybe keeping eye contact with the fighter would have been a sign of challenge. Kinaitto was hardly that far into the act. The replica wouldn't be beating the original in this drama... He was glad to receive an answer after seconds under the gaze he actually felt on the side of his head. His attempt to evade the terror seemed to be futile, as making contact with the eyes wasn't it at all. It was the presence the boy held. And through that was a radiance of cold and vile that he couldn't see anyone loving. He probably was just too much into it after being a victim of the holder of piercing eyes.

Instead of spoken words, a mighty hand was lifted and powerful thumb was sent in the direction of the student in the doorway, who he now stood closer to. Kinaitto had questioned if the small girl was going to hold back the superhuman or simply be ran over by the larger of the two. A demonstration of her of powers subduction may have been in order to coax the boy into staying, but after he stayed put and kept eyes on a boy who'd looked up from his hiding place, the king of the school was actually waiting on him. But what to say next? It seemed the beast was already two seconds from killing him or departing, would now be the best time to state he didn't appreciate his hostility or hospitality? That would certainly be following in the warrior's footsteps. Or would he just wish him goodbye? No... If getting to Yuki meant being mauled in a hospital, then dammit mauled and loved he would be... Hopefully love would come from the equation. Or maybe pity from the blue eyed beauty.

"Next time... You'll be the one in the hospital... " He was able to lock eyes with one's that weren't phased at all. The delinquent didn't even seem surprised through their awkward silence. But in lavender flashed his life. He'd wandered into a near death experience it seemed, and the bringer of his game over was reminding him of memories before he'd be sent into the afterlife. After seconds that seemed like years went past, a move was made that almost gave the the already bed bound a heartattack. The larger body began to turn towards his direction. The animal was about to pounce. He was sure. He had to throw some meat elsewhere to divert it's attention!

"J-j-just joking!" The body hadn't even turned fully towards his daring, already beaten, prey. If the predator took flight, it would have been down the hall. The intention of the move wasn't clear, but it wasn't best to find out. A soft hum of mysterious feeling escaped from the neanderthal before he left the room. He didn't know if the barbarian had just promised his death or shrugged off his claim. Either way the knight hadn't slain the dragon, but instead possibly irritated it and let it go elsewhere to pillage a different village. Defeated eyes went to their window of escape once again. There seemed no way around it... To have a shot at what he thought to be destiny, he needed to vanquish the demon capturing his princesses heart... The realization of doing the impossible to get the world's finest treasure seemed too cliché. He wasn't in the mood to think it was the challenge fit for nonexistent kings or knights. Opened eyes saw that he was destined to watch as pure goddess be swept away to a different hell the demigod Xerves would surely create. For surely Kinaitto was in one of his own, and instead of singeing hellfire tearing at his flesh or whips of Xerves's kin, his own heart burned him... Images of the love being pulled to another clutches would haunt him forever. Even now he thought he saw a trace of pink from a neighboring building. The pink that could only dawn on one as perfect as Yuki Yamagi... He looked down to his lap, not letting his mind play such simple tricks on him. He must have been drugged... His imaginary visuals of the girl had always come to him more defined and certain.

He had tried not to be pulled along. He'd tried all he could not to be dragged into the hospital... His attempt of avoidance probably would have been more successful if he hadn't enraged his captor or been stupefied by the subject brought up in the first place. And now here he stood, the number one fighter in the school being insulted by one he'd already crushed already. Obviously what had been a joke struck a fire much bigger than one necessary. With the joke alone, Xerves was not angry, but instead with all the things that had brought him to endure it. The delinquent didn't know if he had it in him to put the defeated in place in a hospital while he already looked slightly battered and depressed though. Such a sight couldn't be pummeled for what the daring fearful had simply turned into a joke. And the fact that the speaker had probably realized that boiled his blood more. Xerves could have sworn by the tone it was meant to be felt though, he knew that for sure. Upon the failure of intimidation or bravery he could see how it was converted over to the mockery it was with how the boy had reacted so nervously afterward. Especially since he hadn't acted in such a way upon his arrival. Xerves wasn't going to do anything, as he had decided to grab some morals when he had entered the room and seen the sight. But if he had held onto the glare, Xerves would have at least respected him more... Before actually reminding him to turn such things into jokes when he saw the brave little wolf at it's best health. It would have probably have been best to say nothing at all...

Noticing Gemini's disproving nod out of the corner of his eye, another reason not to pounce. He didn't know why the person who actually had started this peculiar incident mattered. The thought of doing it just to teach her otherwise crossed his mind for a second before he realized how ridiculous he was sounding. He'd already thought before hand about doing it for the obvious reasons. Another halting realization could be that he was sure to be caught by and possibly punished by the golden eyed girl next to him. His thoughts of action were blocked not by mental blocks but now a slightly familiar ring threw him off track. Well considering he hadn't been on a track or if any a track that lead to no where his fighter's spirit would go. He remembered the tone from inside his house faintly, when she had scouted out his pad and made a blush worthy comment. The angry person on the other end still remained too, as he remembered the deafening second the girl had to go through. This time it seemed she was back with a new fiery passion, as her voice was loud and clear to him and high enough to force the target of commands to drop the phone. Both males in the room looked down to the phone as it was dropped, Xerves turning himself back in to face the others, or at least the one who had room to challenge him. The conversation, which would go nearly one sided, would hold would be fairly longer now, unluckily for Gemini's ears.

If she was fearful of going deaf to the one on the other side of the phone, how could she still treat him as if he was the listener and she was the angry caller? It was just a chain that'd been built, him unaware at the top of this imaginary chain sat a little pink haired girl not even out of middle school. Better yet, not only did he not knew who ruled the three linked chain, but that it existed at all. He thought if she was going to be cowering to anyone she couldn't control him. Some would call him a hypocrite while he was calling Gem the same thing he seemed to be to her. His ego kept him oblivious to this and it was funny how he could easily forget the fear he received and forgot towards the girl he was now doubting. His serious side surely wasn't as dominated as the goofier side that encountered her times enough for the other to think a sort of superiority. Neither side would ever openly such a thing could ever be ever held over him by anyone though. As he couldn't help but listen in on the sound exploding from the cellphone dangerously close to Gemini's eardrums, who's superhuman abilities didn't seem to help against the attack of ordering, ferociously curious sound waves. Actually he hoped her hearing wasn't affected by superhuman abilities in a way that improved them...

Xerves had forgotten about the sometimes evil hunter that accompanied Gemini he'd been told about, as it had simply slipped his mind. The two where already sort of acquainted with one another unknowingly, and surely if either realized their relationship it wouldn't be for the best of friendly ties between. Xerves hardly appreciated anyone shooting him, regardless of what good had come out of it. He already knew others who would call him stupid for calling anything from the event positive. No one had yet questioned if he would have lived at all without the misaligned bullet. Xerves looked on blankly, blinking lightly surprised but hardly amused at the scene in his current mood of feeling dishonored. Eventually the loud contraption was shut up and she stuttered words that seemed to sooth the red eyed girl on the other side to at least allow a hang up without repercussions coming for the abused at home. Xerves and probably everyone in the hall knew Gemini had to go, so when she said so he simply nodded. He met the death stare with his own naturally worn one, rolling his eyes with what could be called a threat, keeping his mouth shut for a while as a silent stare down commenced. Eventually he spoke words to get the girl out of the room, for her sake more than anyone elses, a simple "Okay, okay..." as if he was trying to ease down a possibly risen temper and hint at rushing her out. Arguing would have only dug her and him into a deeper hole. His gaze went over again to the body he'd injured as Gemini issued her goodbyes. After she had said hers and nearly darted out of the room, he threw him a lazy wave over his shoulder as he finally made his exit.

After following making his leave, Gemini had gotten farther and farther away from him as he walked non rushed, the two parting ways. He walked home simply with hands in his pockets, picturing battle to come in his mind. Imagination of just how the Void would benefit him also occupied his mind. As him throwing about an army of black night demons was being painted across his mind's canvas, his sheet was wiped clean as he touched the doorknob, already unlocking the door. Upon entering he stepped out of his shoes in his familiar ritual, heading to his room. Reaching into his jacket pocket he pulled out the now crumbled unread love note trapped inside of an unbroken envelope. He threw one's soul poured on paper simply to his bed as he changed into to clothes other than one's he was forced into daily by school regulation. Taking a shower he let dreams about to be fulfilled dance around one last time before he went to carry them out. As he dressed he was told to wear something lacking sleeves by his unseen wardrobe assistant. Heading the words wisely, his curiosity of Void intent was peaked as he draped clothes over himself, his fascination with things yet to come keeping him from testifying. Only the Void knew if the order had been issued to show off the exterior it rested within or save Xerves the hassle of loosing another article of clothing from the new nightly expedition.

In the end, he was left with a white tank top and paints once stained with blackish purple, now just wrinkled, but clean. Ash had been swept off of it's surface easy. White may not have been the smartest choice, but he could at least lessen his laundry load by one pair of pants by recycling pants already battle worn. Lavender eyes looked down to an unread confession, slightly fearful of reading it's pages as the minds behind them couldn't know what to expect. Just the fact the deliverer had hidden it someplace where only certain kind of pink envelopes could be hidden was the only hint that could give even begin to give assumptions for to guess off. He didn't know if how it was carried made a difference or not, but to him it sure enough did. The fact that it was pink, a color hardly striking as bad news, worked his nerves as well. As he was about to break it's seal, red started to overflow the usually more colorful view. A hand went slowly up to check for flowing blood as the visitor in his mind told him to be cool. Apparently he had more things to worry about than a message carried by breasts. As the vision of one eye was filled completely with what was thought to be blood, his fingers traced along the side of his head and top of his temple, finding not a gash nor popped vein. He was handling the situation much calmer than most. Most others had the right mind not to get into his situation in the first place though.

Unknown to him, the beginning of veins under his skin that connected his eyes to what eyes needed to be connected to had been colored Void black, fading back to the normal pigmentation of skin after trails long enough to make the eye noticed. His iris had turned into a water droplet sized red dot, while the rest of his eye was colored an eerie black. Cutting through the blackness that had replaced a healthy white where thin lines seeming to glow in the same crimson that clouded his vision, shaping a lined star, the shrunken ruby eye resting in it's center. It darted inside the confines of the ball it was placed in and out of the lines drawn. To the owner, inanimate objects had become black... Showing the void hadn't caused him to loose the use completely it one eye. His other eye had been closed to take it the spectacle to it's fullest, but his hand still curiously tampered around the left surface of his face making sure he wasn't injured on the outside. His body had been too numbed by fear to notice the quicker, second change.

"Xerves. Jump." The voice was registered as one he'd never actually heard out loud. He thought it impossible. His right palm had tingled with the movement of flesh. Another painless result found from taking ownership of the void. The palm was lifted to his face, Xerves closing the newly developed eye to see the other abnormality he'd been blessed with in a normal spectrum. Nothing seemed wrong with the hand until it was suddenly thrust and gripped to the cold bar that could hardly stop suicide attempts. Before Xerves could even pull his own limb back into his control, the arm seemed to throw him forward. But with the arm being the only body part with suicide in mind, his legs hit the bar, and to Xerves's surprise his thighs felt hardly any pain and his body was sent flipping through the darkening sky. After front flipping rag dollishly for long seconds of heartbeat clouded hearing, and clenched shut eyesight, his body met the cement of a roof of some unknown building and rolled with the force that would surely break the average human's bones. But instead of excruciating pain, all the nerves of the rampant body could pick up seemed to be the sensation of wild tumbling. Opening the redesigned eye, he couldn't tell where he was anymore than the simple description of some rooftop. His body felt slightly bruised, but his arm felt like thrill seeking some more. His fingers crushed into the cement before the arm once again cannoned the attached body across the sky, this time no pieces of waist height metal threw off his trajectory, and wind was felt whipping past his face. Opening both eyes, his mouth gaping open, his right eyelid seemed to be forced shut, and the left forced upward. All he could see know where two different colored dots in the far distance of red sky and black shapes, one glowing a pure gold and the other a light purple. It seemed a destination had been decided.

After the leave of the two most peculiar visitors, the knight received one more assembly of well wishers. The two where made of different parties combined into one, half coming back from circling around the hospital's entrance after seeing the peculiar couple's entrance, another half walking past the splitting pair after they had left. During the gathering of students, the injured just sat and wore a light, fake smile, simply nodding and answering with simple one word sentences along with accompanying false chuckles into the mix here and there so attempted kindness wouldn't felt rejected or unhelpful. The words helped so little, they might as well have been nonexistent, but showing such would be too rude. And all in all he couldn't help but appreciate the efforts of cheering up... But after suffering another defeat by the same hands in one day could shake a fighting lover's will hard, to keep his head up in company was a hard task necessary to be completed. It could be considered a mental strengthening he'd been challenged to by his overpowering adversary. A king could not show panic in the face of defeat, if the leader of so many did that turmoil or overthrowing seemed to take place as far as the records of history had shown. He doubted the repercussions of his dismay in front of high would be as crucial as his crashing in the middle of a town siege.

Eventually the flock would leave behind a few flowers and thoughts for the troubled mind. The rest of his day would be sat thinking about it Xerves truly didn't exist, or if someone knocked him down from his seat of power. This wasn't a new idea put into his mind, but it was one that usually stayed down and was now becoming an annoying reoccurrence. It was impossible to rid the world of Xerves Decursus. He was sure of that. And sadly, like the rest of the world aware of the beast's presence he'd have to sit back and watch as the dragon stomped all the way to it's unseen goals, probably ones full of more misfortune for others, as bodies of innocents lay behind and others loves riding his back, swept away in the aura he seemed to send off towards the female race. The world he spoke of would be found to be populated with envious or defeated males, whom wished no more than his demise. Certainly no one other than estrogen filled high school girls could have possess any positive feelings for the monster. His head ached. Probably from the lack of the glow of an electronic screen for a day or the fact that this was the longest he'd spited someone so much. Sure he'd thought bad of Xerves before, but not for hours of concentrated thought. It must not have been in his nature to let his brain come up with a solution. For even after hours of thought, no sure shot plan came to his mind, his headache accompanying him to his sleep. That may have also came from a reawakened wound.

                                        ♛♛♛

His sleep had been full of twisting and turning. His forehead felt heated and his blankets felt too heavy and constricting. The unconscious body through them off but became chilled thanks to an open window. But he couldn't wake up. In his mind he kept trying to make something. His face showed a struggle of thought or of either struggling with or needing to go to the bathroom. All he'd been able to from was a red glowing eye inside of an oddly shaped knight's helmet. It stared at him, seeming to lacking the ability to blink or at least refused to as it must have been awaiting or expecting a body. He couldn't determine whether it was a dream or a nightmare that floated in his black abyss of a mind, for he wanted it to continue, to finish, but he couldn't get the rest. And with that, he felt the torture of a nightmare. Eventually though his mind was freed from the grasp of the sweat inducing art his mind strained to paint with what felt like a flick to the head. His eyes crept slowly open, blinking twice slowly making sure he was perceiving correctly instead of suffering from a heat stroke or deadly fever. After seeing the temperature induced mirage didn't go away, his mouth gaped open as he sat himself up become eye level with his much too close visitor. His eyes blinked more to try and clean out what ever could be clouding his eyes to make him see such a thing.

"I think your head might explode if you try any harder."

His eyes where the same red as the creation in his dream. Kinaitto's eyes where quickly attracted to feather's that hung on the crouching creature's shoulder's as he sized up his appearance. The suit he wore hardly went with the kind of person that would go into a person's house to simply awaken and loom over them. To him, the apparel made him seem dangerous, but his lack of showing harmful intent made him fall silent. After all he was crouched over him, inches from his face after he had sat up, the sudden appearance not moving and the visited not even having the nerve to. Actually, the boy felt as if he was trying to help him with something, as his words may have hinted, but also the simple way he stared down at him. He looked as if he was waiting, but for what he could not decide. It could have been for him to scream out so he could get some perverted satisfaction before killing him or a question. It was obvious what was the best choice. First he backed himself away from the midnight visitor's face. Even his shirt had been removed because of internal warming, all he was left in was the pajama bottoms his aunt had brought him upon arrival. And another so close to him lacking a top added even more awkward fear to the situation.

After backing his head fairly away, he could see scars that where etched into one side of this appearance's face, making Kinaitto second guess if he could hold any good intent within his chilling eyes. The pair of crimson colored eyes reminded him so much of the lavender ones he'd been shaken under earlier today and day's past. He gulped as his mouth went to open, but instead of forming words they formed a string of hardly heard 'uhh's' that fit well with a suddenly awakened normal boy instead of a brave hero seeking knowledge and willing to fight to receive it. The onlooker blinked and continued to stare down the clueless boy throughout his dumbfoundedness, showing he was possibly getting tired of the boy's lack of vocabulary. The visitor's mouth opened instead of who was thought to have supposed to have gone first.

"The king cannot build his castle if he can't even open the gate..." The suited visitor blinked again, a few more seconds of awkward silence and gawking went on before he spoke again. The scarred face hadn't changed at all. "Here..." Kina's head went to move back away from the encroaching danger he felt coming, but the movement was either too fast or he was too slow. A normal looking index finger poked the sleepy head, right above his right eye. As the finger stayed pressed there his eyes moved to look at the ring that gripped to the finger. It was fairly large, covering the space from his finger's second joint to the next. As a matter of fact all of the finger's held pieces of jewelry, all of which expanding from second joint to last. Except from the one touching him dangled a very small key from an even smaller, short, few linked chain. He didn't have time to take in the symbol on top of the ring that glowed in a deep blue, which he couldn't truly see besides wisps that rolled away from the etchings surface which matched the dangling key. His eyes where just fixated in what could be the death of him, while his mouth failed to work at releasing the scream that could either get him killed or saved from the feather head's intentions. He'd be pissed if it was his natural boldness refusing to give satisfaction to the midnight creeper. He knew that was hardly the case...

On his flesh cut like lines where beginning to form, but to him the procedure was painless. Fearful, yes, very, but the young king could not feel a lick of the skin etching. The second long procedure seemed to take years in Kinaitto's mind. The finger was finally lifted from it's creation, and in it's leave was left a three times pointed crown, the design nothing more than a simplistic cut out. Kin lacked the ability to see his forehead, so he was unaware of the marking. And so would many others. After another awkward silence and a lazy blink from the artist, the same flowing glow started to erupt from the marking, filling in the crown with a slowly moving blue flame, as if it was flowing and made of water or other force that could create such an image. Now the unknowing victim of sick graffiti was ready to speak, but he was silenced with a sudden slam of a headache. It was massive, causing his eyes to clench shut and a hand to be sent to the mark. He tried to open an eye to see the eyes of who'd given him such pain. His fingers felt something cool crawling under their surface and through their separations, but paid the feeling no mind. As he was now looking up and past his awakener, to a giant that stood behind the calmly crouched man. He either didn't see the abomination or lacked fear for the creature. It stood about eight or nine feet tall, it's helm would have surely caused damage to the roof had it's back not been hunched.

To him it seemed dead. Or at least once was. This assumption came from the bare skeletal bones that showed through breaks in it's huge armor. But it seemed to be very much living as it's huge plate wearing body heaved up and down. The glowing ruby eye from his dreams showed as the only thing for the monster to see out of as it shone through the darkness within it's helmet. Throughout it's body the black, unknown substance of metal was tied to it's skin lacking, bony body by chains, the ends of the creature's gloves being exposed as skeletal fingertips which could possibly hold the ability to cut through armor. What Kinatto did not know was that everything on the completed nightmare was made of flesh, some places of course much harder than others. He wouldn't be touching it on his own accord to be finding that out though. What concerned him most if not just the body of the creature, but what it held in one hand. A huge double bladed battle axe made cracks in the tiled hospital flooring, simply by resting there. That too was connected to the monstrosity by chain, which was wrapped around one armor and bone populated arm.

"Only our servants and enemies will see or feel the wrath of this mark..."

Xerves surprisingly had landed the massive, inhuman jump, him stumbling a few times but none the less he had survived as if he had jumped over a large puddle or across something not life threatening. The human portion of the mind hardly felt the move was simplistic, as his heart was nearly jumping out of it's chest. But obviously something else was compelling him forward, and Xerves was aware of just what that was. It wasn't his ambition for hunting, but instead one of the creatures he hunted, or at least the mind of one. It's voice had rung out before, but to hear it in the air was another shock he still hadn't gotten over. Or at least he was sure the noise had been expelled from somewhere on his body and not just from his mind. He looked left and right, for some reason checking if any eyes had fallen on him. He sighed, rubbing his neck with the right arm that had just thrown him who knew how far from home. He shut his eyes, regaining control of them too. He'd seen what they, or at least what he was going for, and he had narrowed down the possibilities of what they where. Gemini and company or two Voids, Xerves himself preferred either one, but he didn't think it'd be best going to either one without control over himself.

"Come on Xerves, Gem-kun is waiting!" Xerves paused, opening his eyes and looking around once again. Seeing no one, he took the alien animated hand from his neck to look at it's plain palm. Odd. He sent his hand back to the sore spot, but instead of getting more time to focus himself, he received not the shock of flying through the air, but the shock of feeling fanged teeth. Certainly that hadn't been there before, for he now felt the edges around the canine-ish smile. They where huge, or at least larger than his merely human teeth by a little. Simple touch and fear made it easy for the mind to exaggerate. The mouth was nothing more than a feral creatures jaw lacking an extended maw, the size of it covering close to his throat to stop before to could turn to spread to the back of it's neck. Each tooth was about an inch or less each, so not many teeth filled the row. It was wide enough to be noticed from afar by anyone other than the blind, that was assured. Xerves sighed, easily getting over the new thrill of both flying and mutation. Now that he knew why he'd been thrown around for certain, they where easy things to get over. He began walking to the other side of the building, deciding to at least go on with the destination they both had in mind. He stood there for a few moments, blinking simply as he looked down to the possibly fall. Though if being sent flying an unknown amount of feet to a surely deathly tumble didn't kill him, the fall probably wouldn't. He didn't want to test the theory though.

"What's with the mouth..?" he said simply, placing a foot on the slightly risen edge. "It makes it easier for me to be heard, no?" Xerves shrugged off the response, seeing it as too simple of an answer and as a possible lie. He really didn't see any harm with it being there for the moment though. He pushed off the concrete with enough force necessary to make it to the next higher ledge and over the few feet gap that seperated his way. He'd tested his theory on if his strength had improved by not trying to act as if he had limitation. If he had done that he probably would have received another jump like the one he'd unwillingly made. He huffed off both the rather simplistic feat and the void's response, walking further for a little while longer before stopping. He wanted to know more. He was perplexed with finding something else to ask about, for right now his one track mind was simply focused on his "illegal" Void duty. Then he remembered he'd almost forgotten his other mutation... "What's with the eye..?" He should have seen the antic of the Void coming. "You see a lot better, no?" Xerves decided to drop the question and answer session. Besides he was already in debt to the parasite for at least two of the gift's he'd received. One he could do without... The mouth just seemed too much of a possible future annoyance. He wiped his hand down his face face with an annoyed sigh before continuing on. He went in a session of running and jumping that was much slower than the speed set by the Void and was more fitting to a new beginner. Compared the Void who seemed to be among those experienced, Xerves was going at the pace of a jog. But with each bound he gained comfort and confidence, speeding up eventually to reach the Void's slinging pace.

"Next time I'll be the one to move. Don't just go flinging me around..." Xerves added mid jump, very close to the two targets his eyes going down to the mouth as if trying to scold it. After observing encounters behind the Void while it took charge, he knew this friend was his enemy. They'd debated silently together for quite a while and Xerves had already practiced restraining his perverted minion, physically voicing it was something else he would have to grow used to it seemed. Both of them knew that for their relationship to work they had to at least get along, if not truly then with false faces. One of which had already taken up the option of concealing. Xerves liked the odd situation, taking it into more serious consideration with the absence of the one most likely to criticize. The security of his mind or any other solitude seemed to be the best place to put his weapon in check. "But remember, your the one said it mutual..." The odd crinkling of neck skin sent a chill down his spine as the form smiled again, the boy getting used to it's seconds of stillness too fast. "You know what I meant..." It seemed as if their true relationship had already begun to bloom. A friendly fight for supremacy. For now the victor had already been chosen. He still held an unusual respect for the dangerous creature though. After all, he did owe it his life... And his new found self.

As the battle for Xerves second, newest found and most valuable title, owner of his body, was decided for now, came closer to school grounds. After a few hops on the school itself, he found himself in the courtyard. The landing went off much smoother than expected. His face may not have shown it, but Xerves began to doubt the void enhanced abilities when it came to hitting farther down cement. In actuality it turned out to hurt no more than a jump from the top of short stairs. It was doable, the mind just automatically doubted. Xerves hated the instinctual fear, as every other human did, and if not all humans fighter's like himself. One's that obviously didn't care about their well being for the sake of strength. At least he would be able to discard doubting himself next time around. So he hoped. He decided also he would normally walk from there, and there being almost far if human walking was concerned. The small thrill of roof jumping was over for him, using newly awakened leg power to get to every destination was hardly necessary. He came up behind the girls, one half of his vision and a piece of himself seeing the two glowing different shaped bodies, the other seeing a familiar face and a new one. Xerves tucked his hands in his pockets as he looked at the familiar other through the gate, his usual half lidded lackadaisical delinquent expression showed through the bars as if he wasn't excited. Well he wasn't as much now that he'd seen her in some ways, but none the less the true thrill he'd been waiting for was soon to hopefully commence. Be it with the other pair or the rat creature, a fight of some kind was sure to ensue in a while.

                                  "Yo."
                                  "Hello Gem-kun."

Obviously Xerves saw nothing wrong with his appearance.

I stand firm in my solidarity
The path I walk I walk it with my own resolve
When darkness falls we are reborn

Underneath the shadow cast by worn hood, yellow eyes half lidded looked towards the bricks the body's feet walked upon. Stares of the various classes of the deglorified world looked to the daily passer by. Eyes either filled with fear or hate cut upon the uniform he wore, few in the crowds did not befall on him if they where of age to be decently knowledgeable. But he paid the eyes of raggedy peddlers, thieves, and peasants no mind. The walking nobody stood out greatly in the cloud thanks to his odd, black, dirt lacking hooded robe. The blue bangs that stuck out from under the hood also may have caused eyes to have been lured to him if not the simple appearance of his clothing. Most of the time, when the eyes where seen by most they were either in a form of anger or calmness. But now, as they did everyday, the eyes of a killer seemed harmless, wrapped in sorrow, his mind on other things besides goals of the organization that backed him. His back slightly hunched as he walked through the marketplace, gloved hands in pocket, adding to the wreaked look. The citizens had learned not to follow the appearance though, as they knew of many variations it held. Huffs of icey mists escaped from the shadowed face randomly from time to time as the body trudged on to it's private destination.

Axis's mind was plagued with the images of memories past once again. The one time tear ducts saw their one time of use had been the scene repeated over and over in his mind's theater, the body tired of the daily hell. He was tired of seeing the freezing of a heart. His heart. Each time the story restarted, he sighed, letting loose the visible, frosty air known to freeze or fatigue many. As it wiped past his face as he moved into it, the artificial air seemed like nothing more than comforting cool air. As it should, as it lacked the proper amplification. The nobody seemed saddened and tired of his mind's work. The eyes on his back where neglected still as he moved onto what seemed to be the ruins of the past of the town. He himself being part of the destructive force, now in two ways, recalled many memories of happiness and of deep sorrow. Of all powers active during the day, he seemed to be the only one feeling regret of the incident. Or feeling anything at all. But he knew such things where only creations of his mind anyways. He was also troubled by the face some aged eyes in the crowd still failed to recognized him as apart of the force that he had moved into, the same force that had brought chaos onto his own home... The ninth of the thirteen obviously still held a merciful, loving side, but that had seemed to frosted over with his first "freed" doing.

His boots kicked, and jumped inhumanly over at sometimes, debris littered the once better shaped land. As he got farther and farther up the trail of destruction, the pieces strewn across the ground seemed to get bigger, going from simple pieces of buildings to whole knocked down ones and structures crumbled. Various craters and scorch marks became visible here too and the grass more dead or non existent as it was either covered up by trash or an unhealthy brown. No one dared followed the being that soon became a dot to their eye. Nearly all of them had heard of some form of what had either happened to those who had followed or talked to the mysterious man. Some remembered the favor he had done before his changed face came back from the unknown, simply respecting privacy rather than power. The battle scared land was looked past as if they where the worn citizens ignored earlier, golden eyes failing to look from their locked position on the changing ground as his legs seemed to work out of instinct or quick reaction to evade oncoming obstacles as if he was simply skipping over messes in a kitchen. His view was not fully obstructed by his gloomy stance, but it could or might as well have been since the path had been burnt into his mind if not from his physical use and sight of it, but because of the knowledge of the days that brought fall to the former lands health where etched and re-etched into his blank mind. Of course imagery of it's better days could have been recalled, but were blocked now by the worn out, still attempting torture ones.

His eyes where soon lifted off of the ground and to a portal of swirling darkness in front of him. Not fearing his own creation, he stepped inside. Through the dark tunnel of darkness he entered he felt it's cool embrace. Soon on the end of the path of black was a whole of his destination's scenery. Once again he felt the warmth of light and the crushing of stone under his foot. Instead of being ground level though, the hooded nobody stood ever the battlefield, looking down the sort of landmark he'd created. From the top of a wrecked, now lopsided tower, the Tacit Crusader looked down to his other half of sorts. He straightened up his figure, but kept his hands in pocket and face concealed loosing depression and replacing the nonexistent emotion with an act of silent anger. His eyebrows creased to turn eyes of sadness into those of fury or hatred. The sudden demeanor shift was also daily, nothing out of the norm. All he would do now was look upon the floating, diamond shaped crystal surrounded by it's nova of icey tundra spikes and wreaked constructions until he was called upon or his memories subsided. The face of the beauty trapped inside the chain locked case still haunted his mind without his sight of her face. The icey chains that wrapped around the floating crystal and tied it to the ground thankfully hid the actual thing from his sight, only portions of the body could even possibly be seen if looked closely upon. Axis sighed again. He always hated his oddest and longest lasting piece of art.

What was he supposed to do with her? He hadn't touched the crystal in a while. More than a while. In years. It'd been since the first months of transformation, before the tone of the Organization had set into him. Back when he had to choke back tears instead of clenched fists. Matter of fact he was close to cutting the girl out of his life once and for all. But he knew he could never stay away from her for too long or bring his hand to crush the ice. He'd just let it sit and rot. He didn't know how he felt about the absence of the foolish girl, he neither wished her to be free or trapped. He was completely torn in two. Something inside him radiated fake emotions of missing the embrace of the memory supposed to be sealed away. That side questioned if he was just, if he had the right. The other side told him he was. Basically kept him alive, telling him he had made the right decision. He'd rather claim the heart than let anything or anyone else. No matter how much mental pain came to him, what was inside the crystal was his and his alone... Though he didn't know if he owned a corpse or a sleeping beauty any more...

And so he eventually sat, one leg dangling down as the other kneeled and let his hand rest on the very crooked tower, casting down a dull emotionless glance. In his mind it fought for a decision as it did everyday, of what to hope, of what to want, what to do. Of what to feel. No. He lacked what she had. What she was about to carelessly throw away. What was now gone or practically out of use. He couldn't understand why someone would act so foolish with something so precious. He lacked the exact insight back then, surprisingly, and the Syin favoring side of him told it was better he had. And even now he lacked the realization of how hypocritical he was being. In his blissful ignorance he was glad to have learned such from his saviors of darkness and nothing. But the small bit of softness his body held onto even through his dark journeying regretted the gain of truth, not allowing his mind to truly accept the excuse. According to a weaker half, he'd rather have had her imprisonment have been for her sake... Not his own selfish, sick keeping. The strong Axis felt he owned the heart, deserved it more than who now held it or who had wasted it... Certainly he wouldn't be risking his existence for such a thing if he had it. Or if he at least had one next to him, casting the illusion over his eyes once again.

Suddenly the neutral frown went from such to one of sadness and disproving, finally casting a verdict on the prisoner. He did not want her here. The roulette always had selected different verdicts each visit, ending each and every way. Sometimes the body would simply be left flustered as it left the hellhole back to sanctuary. Even in his so called haven the walls could not fend off the imagery that came with the silver rebellion trapped in his very being. It seemed today he did not like the idea of her making him feel something not truly there. Matter of fact something that could have never been there to begin with. Something that could have never been between them, only in the essence of a lie, her lie, her creation. He was calmed and his frown straightened out as his consciousness reminded him of the girl's possible lack of knowledge. He was almost sure she didn't know... She was innocent. The claim of her having otherwise was overpowered and hushed by his mind's self soothing security and replaced with another thing that was rejected by the once defeated side. She was far from innocent. That much stayed with him, despite the realization of how that could be nulled. The questioning of the girl's knowledge nearly more taunting and haunting than the question of if he wanted her to live at all, forever stay within his ice cold walls, or die so the world's could look upon the mistakes caused by the heart... He didn't know if he should give up his pursuit of one of his own death bringing and hungered for desires or simply go with what his kind where supposed to do and fade away.

His head had fell to a small sulking state, sapphire bangs falling over his eyes, making them impossible to see with assistance from the nearly impenetrable darkness caused by his organization's hood. A gust of ice escaped his mouth as he lifted his head. He was trapped in frustrated thought. But something hit the ground that brought his attention up from the tiling of the destroyed surface he sat on to a fallen shackle. Axis stared blankly for a few seconds, doing nothing more than sitting and blinking as the crystal began to crack and melt. Had the body finally died or had her body been sick of his watching? Could she see him staring, watching as she was tortured? Had her anger been mustered into some kind of resolve to escape? Had she overpowered him? The nobody stood to full height watching as a pool of broken ice and liquid begun to form at it's base. The chains that tied it down simply either fell loose or came undone, falling to become even more trash for the dumb surrounding the only treasure worth looking at in the area. A disproving grunt came from the blue haired warden, tucking hands into their pockets. The light mist that often escaped his mouth came to roll off of the flesh under the robe, creating a small aura of the matter around the aggravated nobody. It seemed either burial or judgment day had come...

The nobody sank from his far away position into the brick, or at least the layer of darkness that now sat on top of it. Opening in the way more familiar to the nobody, he soon stepped out of the abyss to stand in front of his crumbling prison. He simply looked up as the little fragments soon turned into large stalagmites that went to shatter or jut from the dirt. Being only inches off of the ground and only tall enough to fit the girl, the pieces that hit him were only specs or pebbles. When the seemingly immortal ice lay melted and destroyed underneath the assumed corpse, he stepped to stand over the body. Time nor his ice had shown much physical affect on her face, surely she was cold, but Axis was hardly concerned too much for her well being to such an extent. He just knew he was supposed to do something... Helping her up or creating a glacial coffin. The two poles of the silent bipolar nobody failed to show much on his face as they conflicted on how to act. He'd imagined the day. He just didn't know what story he wanted to act out... The one where he was rid of the nuisance named Syin, or where he was reunited with his abandoned half. She'd always caused him so much trouble, even when simply existing... He sighed, adding more mist to that already starting surround and continuously roll off him. He surely wasn't helping in her warming up. If the body even needed it... Actually he wasn't helping a thing at all. His mind in too much conflict to let the body do much more than stare down at an awakened or dead memory... He'd only been quickly decisive few times in his tortured life... As a matter of fact he couldn't even decide how to feel about his first major one.

"Who the hell you calling an abomination..? Xerves had instinctively acted on the insult, but he hadn't held anything behind it, such as threats or even an angry tone. Xerves hooked his arms through the bars of the gate, beginning to wonder just what he looked like as through the eyes of the two smaller girls. One found it funny while a small child seemed ready to flee. Though the assumed elder of the pair finding a dreadful sight funny wasn't a shock to him, or at least while he was the center of it. Abomination was probably a word that could have given him a clue, but he didn't think that much had to be said, after all the little girl may have just ran for shelter because of the fact he was a stranger... Though that was hardly the case as the girl bluntly put he was just odd looking, not terrifying to her irregular eyes. He sneered lightly at her as he finally looked down to her, after she had spoken her first words. She seemed to be playing some kind of odd dress up or something, as he noticed white bunny ears sprouting from her head. "This coming from the albino bunny..." the mutation of a mouth loudly whispered from it's neck side placement. Xerves didn't find the joke funny as the parasitic commentator threw his worthless two cents into the meeting, but he could at least agree the little girl was being a hypocrite. Xerves was glad to soon hear the bunny eared nuisance announce her plan to go home. He was disappointed when Gemini halted her leave. Xerves of course didn't enjoy younger kids, or at least he didn't hate them completely, but instead he just tended to ignore them all around, even if only a handful of years separated them. And while their brain nearly worked just the same... Though he'd just met the little hare, silently he already had images of throwing her off a cliff painted already. It was only natural for him to chose to dislike so fast. Younger mouths had shown to get under his skin easily... Though this one was a little too brave for his liking.

Most of her kind had learned to leave money behind or at least attempt to run. And after his words had been spoken, blows delivered, or eyes felt, certainly they learned to keep quiet. Sometimes his reputation was enough to create a reason why not to interact with the beast at all, most of the time that seeming to be the most used keep-away. Of course he'd faced the brave, unlucky, most of the time foolish few, who often fell under the category of unfortunate onlookers, interferers, or fellow delinquents, and of course the occasional bad looks from past victims yet to learn. Xerves though remained quiet as he supposed Gemini would handle the disturbance that was supposed to be a helpful hand. His eyebrows raised along with his curiosity when he was pointed at by the middle school hand. When he was claimed quickly after as her creation his face of surprise disappeared and was replaced with a cold gaze of seriousness that cut right at the bunny. "So she's the one..." his mouth mumbled to itself. Xerves was now looking at the girl in a new light, as he probably should have from the begining...

Anyone aware of the midnight escapades certainly had to be special if not strong. The girl's exterior didn't look it, but she may have held the brains of the operation between the two females. It was possible this was the intention of his so called creation in the beginning. But there was no way to do that, he quickly realized, as he was unaware of his abilities and still in the dark about them now, and as well he was sure the rest of the world had been. He'd never displayed them before and Gemini seemed to act against him doing anything to begin with... Surely his mutation had been an accident this little girl had already claimed as a way to benefit herself. Though Xerves didn't like the idea of being anyone's property in anyway, he did like the idea of taking ones place. The fact that he didn't like her still remained, very much so, but she had earned a mischievous from him in the end of their first meeting, as he completely agreed with the idea of a switch. He didn't realize the tactical setup between her and the front liner Gemini, but he was sure he'd be able to take her spot. Maybe a part of the combat wise rabbit girl had been able to recognize him as a worthy replacement. Even if not and it was just her lazy way out of work, he still was going to get to fight.

Xerves's head followed the small girl as she walked away, this time unopposed. He turned his attention back to Gemini who seemed to have been bothered by the unofficial trade. He looked off to the west to a large... Horned rat thingy's pink filled outline. His eye brows rose in curiosity as he watched it move... Truly disturbing. He nodded letting her know he could see the target. As he was commanded to follow, he did so, simply hoisting himself over the fence instead of cannoning himself off of the ground. That much wasn't necessary. Not like he was out to show off for anyone... Well maybe he would have to later on in tonight's events if he wanted to have the job to be done again... Though he was still in the dark of how he would fight. Sure he was strong, but he didn't think he could hurt like Gemini could. Or at least not with both arms. He'd worry about that later he decided, as he had to put full attention of at least keeping the faster girl in his sights. The thought of hopping beside her came into his mind, but they eventually made it to the large, scrimmaging destination. If anyone or thing was an abomination, it was that...

Xerves closed his gift of an eye, tilting his head to the side as he took in the creature from behind the gates in all it's guaranteed uniqueness. Both he and the void spoke at the same time. "What the hell...?" Even one of it's own was surprised with the creation. And he lacked the knowledge that he came from the very same mind... Now Xerves didn't want to fight it. He didn't want to touch it. He felt like he couldn't or wanted to do no more than gawk at it... It would make him weird to fight it it was so disturbing... Trying to kill a horse was weird enough to imagine already, but this horrific crossbreed just nearly pushed the idea of hunting out of his mind. But oh no, he'd do it. After all, he'd seemed to show no mercy against everything else but the weird he now realized, and that had to be changed if he was going to pursue the vigilante job of Void hunter. He was sure there was much worse the experienced girl had been faced with. But she seemed perplexed too, and that didn't help the situation... And that was also good, at least the fact that he was a complete amateur didn't show. He was pulled away from the zoning out the monstrosity had caused him by Gemini's questioning, immediately getting back on track and straightening his head.

"Yea... It's on it's belly." he responded, pointing to where his starred eye could see the hardly noticed blot. Not only did it not show well on the pink, but it was also rather small in comparison with the body, truly an eye. Xerves huffed as he grabbed onto the gate, throwing himself over just as he had at the school. He looked over to the one who was supposed to be leading the charge. Though the creature seemed to ignore him even as he stepped in it's ring and had rose it's head over in his direction before going back to scrounging. He hadn't moved, but he was almost sure it could have seen him if it wanted to if it hadn't. It was possible this void could have held a particular appetite for today. Or was close to blind. Xerves simply thought it to be the latter as he waited for the expertise's movement or commands. Or the next trick out of his void's hat.

Hm. Axis hadn't really thought of coming out of cryptic slumber... He'd probably never experience such a thing without his own accord, but he figured that may have been what the younger Syin had thought... She of course lacked the element within though, as far as he knew, and that may have lessened his chances by a lot. But if he could feel the coldness of the melting ice, it could probably bind him within it's grasp if he got too cocky with what he could only possibly have. Nothing was written in stone. A light grin crept onto his face. The small changed seemed to erupt from both the thought of freezing over and the girl's misfortune. The good in him also smiled because she was free and if the other side would be smiling at all it would be because the mental torment brought by her could be ceased once and for all, or him moving on to finally do more than simply leave her in a capsule. Did he have it in him to extract anymore pain to the girl? She seemed to be suffering decently enough, if she needed to be at all.

Axis wasn't stupid, he just didn't really think about what would happen to a body trapped within ice. Now seeing the results, instead of wishing well fully to the survivor of such a thing, the changed nobody felt a sort of pity, a hate of the weak. Surely he nor his associates would come out of the situation in such a way. He must have been at least part human as he still kept morals and other things the survival instinct within told him to loose. He'd tried to satisfy both stomachs, but the meal had obviously come back up and now one was pleased while the other craved for more. Axis took a few steps in the water, coming a little closer to the dropped body, the show of happiness he had shown was gone. The sight of a body squirming to get up did that to most things, even those not considered people or anything at all. Axis for some reason thought something would happen as the newly awakened mumbled words and tears streaked down her face, something beneficial that wouldn't require him lifting a finger. Beneficial could be a heartless running up and doing a possibly prolonged and postponed job or a helping hand coming down to whisk away the fossil to shelter.

The body continued to move around oddly, it's tears continuing to run down, wasting liquid that could have filled an empty stomach if it's body could have realized that. Taking a few more steps in the huge puddle, he came to stop abruptly as the body was jerked forward, it's stomach apparently realizing it was awake and starving. A breath of cold air released with his annoyed breath. He had seemed to calmed down or at least felt no need for his own frost as the aura that had rolled off of him soon died down to harmless nothing, the only escape path the essence would have was the nobodies mouth, which was now sealed shut with a slightly afflicted frown. He was either was showing dislike of being so close to the girl or of her condition. The mellow eyes wandered to the side and away from the sight as she choked on tears and mumbled words to a savior. His consciousness was attacked with guilt and of the feeling to silence the already too talkative. The hooded figure came to stand over the hunched over wreak of a body. A hand was removed from his pocket and placed gloved fingers so he could pull the head up to look to him. Certainly to the eyes of the world's do gooders, the scene didn't look good at all. As his bangs dangled down to her as he stood nearly directly over her bending to get a closer look at her face, his eyes straightened down to the features of the ice girl.

He didn't know exactly why he had done it. It had come as a sort of impulse. Maybe he wanted the future victim to see the eyes of lover turned killer for last thoughts before the tortured life was taken and it's misery ended to only fall down into a greater one. He'd join her there in the afterlife probably too, maybe there she'd be on the other end of the whip holder. Or maybe he wanted to see if he had actually preserved the right person. He knew he had wanted to check to see if it was actually his walking, or hardly living, heart and not some trick of the mind. A light smile came onto his face as he realized the eyes where in fact his, the face and all, still remaining the same. "Syin..." Cool mist escaped from his parted lips of his open mouthed, weak smile. His teeth where clenched shut for a while before he spoke again, this time his words lacked the cover of the nobodies inner essence. He whispered though, as if his words would fall death to her ears as he was only inches from them. "Just how did you get out..?" His mouth had no more than uttered the words, as his teeth hardly moved to give way to the already lowered voice. The nobody stood back to full height, releasing the girls head, after a few more moments of taking in the haunting features that comprised her face. A deadly weapon was slid back into it's pocket.

"Can you walk?" His face went back to heartless and his mouth back to a thin, neutral frown. He'd yank her around, but hardly took too kindly of caring the girl anywhere. Sure he had played the hero before and surely he could easily lift the body, but it was more of the fact that he didn't really want to touch her. He was afraid of her spite surely soon to come and escape from her mouth now that she knew he was there, and the idea of making her unable to do so and how already had already past through his mind. Mostly he also didn't want trouble with scrawny defenses that he didn't want to wreak and people he didn't want involved that surely would come if he carried the forgotten name through the streets battered as she was. Of course if he did have to take her anywhere he wouldn't have to labor hard, for surely he had easier methods of moving, but the question of where and why should he still was being debated in the quiet confines of a split and rowdy mind...

Xerves stood still as the expert flailed her arms at the creature trying to get it's attention, turning his head from it to her, surprised to see it not working. The possibility of not doing that much right was highly unlikely. Then walked under and inspected the new breed of horse, and since he was for once seeing such adventurous action from a different perspective he didn't think it was a good idea. But surely the rookie would have done it if the girl hadn't. He failed to learn anything the doubt he held though as he watched from where he had jumped. He was kind of disappointed the huge abomination didn't move after it was found, surely much assistance wasn't needed if it was just going to let itself be beaten. He knew it was humongous, but that didn't seem to affect it's smaller yet big cousins earlier when their small weak spots had been struck. Sure it was still a possibility, that he kept it silent. If he'd worried about dangerous possibility before, he'd be a lot different, be that good or bad. Xerves's vision simply followed Gemini up as she lept, him sighing once showing his defeat. He knew he should have went ahead on his own and attacked, at least then he could have done somewhat productive.

He was surprised when it closed at the last minute though, his face switched from an annoyed on looker to one who was supposed to be doing something. But then that face suddenly warped from that to a face of grimace. His right arm had gone numb, dangling freely with a tickling, painful saw when he attempted to move it. He doubted it was simply just suddenly asleep. Then his hearing was shot with high pitched wails. His vision started to blurr and the last thing he saw was a burn erupting on his skin, not a regular burn that brought pain, but as if his skin was made of simple paper and underneath laid a lighter with an invisible flame painlessly burnt away his humanity. The lining of the widening hole that soon turned to holes was black instead of brown with dematerializing skin that seemed not bothered by the transformation at all. And instead of charred and dead skin or meaty flesh, all that was there was black. A purplish black. And inside his mind, he saw nothing but pink. It was soothing. Inside his mind he heard faint whispers. This time as the ratification yelled out, instead of pain he was calmed, his mouth winding into a smile full of drunken tranquility much to big for one in his peculiar situation. His eyes nearly concealed his sight with lids that fought to stay up. Slowly the star traced red seemed to lighten, like a fuse was being lit and chased through the iris maze from it's starting point. Behind it the soft pink that came with the words of a wonderful creation.

                                  Snap out of it.

Xerves eyes widened, and in one dousing and immediately refilling crimson fading away. His mouth had been gaping open, and down from the corner of his mouth was a stream of drool. He wiped it away with his normal sized forearm. Normal sized... Once again Xerves was awoken and unaware of his bodies condition... His mouth closed as he gained composer, looking from his new weapon to the once thought easy situation turned into it's true being, what it was supposed to be, and most of all what he wanted. Xerves clenched his claws. Around his whole arm was wrapped dark purple flesh which would show to be very much solid when touched, even more so than flesh. Maybe it was armor instead of voidish skin... But it wrapped around his arm as if it was following a simple and general display of what his muscle would look like after a few layers where ripped from it's surface. It had swollen. And more importantly lengthened. His elongated fingers had come much closer to the earth when he had let it hang to full extent. His arms mass had grew, winding in width at an inch or two, almost unnoticeably, but his arm was very much noticeable. The form of his arm had been kept, recolored, and wrapped it seemed, as not much else could have been done. The ends of the third mutation round of neatly instead of veins, as if controlled by a some unseen force within.

His arm extended from it's normal position down to where his wrist was level with the top of his knee. His hand had been pulled like taffy too, as his hand increased in size to fit with the new arm, to come so he could engulf an entire face completely, while his lanky fingers could wrap around and constrict and squeeze. He could probably wrap the gift around the waist of many females across the neighborhood. Of course it wasn't his side of the brain that held such thoughts. The his fingernails had disappeared through mutation and instead where just very sharp points, just what they could pierce was yet to be determined. The black mass of new body would suit him well.

Snapping back suddenly into the world of battle he'd left due to what seemed like a third mind's invasion he winced at the sudden sight of Gemini being nearly impaled by the horn upon the mocking beast's head. Xerves was wasn't too surprised that it could laugh, sure it's sound was annoying, but if it could feel hate towards one, it made sense it was able to laugh at the same one's demise. Xerves took a step forward, shaking out his left non-dominant hand. He was sure his plan would work, but it would certainly feel awkward for him. He nearly threw himself to the floor as he lunged forward, but instead of eating dirt, his human hand went down in the same motion it's odder brother limb had on top of rooftops as it propelled the body attached forward in the familiar motion. But instead of rolling or jumping onto another destination, his was right in front of him, and his mammoth arm cocked back as he soared quickly through the gap of between him and the wall of white, red dotted fur. As he unleashed the blow his arm too had sunk into the creature, and as well underneath it lay one curious eye that had crawled to see just what could be coming from were there had once been another, seemingly intoxicated, void. It seemed the inactive and ignored had become a threat, and the eye was too late with reporting the news. As Xerves arm was free from where it had sunk into the furry wall, he placed his feet on his target and pushed off of it to possibly damage the beast farther and ultimately give himself room to land. It staggered but none the less kept it's balance but was surely harmed as it's black essence spewed chased after the oil digger and a deafening wail escaped it's twisted maw yet again. Xerves landed far from the goop, human hand making the process smoother as it had slid across the earth.

"Good s**t, Xervy- kun!" The other half seemed impressed himself as it praised delightedly wearing a wide grin on the more serious attacker's neck. It was gawking most probably at the amateurs first move rather than it's own donation of strength. He hadn't even maneuvered the body during the sudden operation as he had expected he would have had to. Xerves had moved without cluing him in, as if he was some kind of limb! The void honestly hadn't seen the move coming to do anything else besides go with the flow. Though he figured if the kid was going to act like this he'd either be well feed or his takeover would come even quicker. He much preferred powering up a little before he commandeered his feisty vessel. And it was oh so hungering for more black good as it stood to it's full height, surprisingly stepping into the scenario faster than expected of any other person after witnessing certain events. The fool was hardly keen to back down simply because of observations.

"So how do we hit all the eyes?.. he seemed to ask to himself, standing still in an act of being some sort of tactician his character was far from. The case actually was that he didn't want to just go around hitting one after another, and he was almost sure it wouldn't be as easy as the first. Plus that was too time consuming. Though he wanted to join the hidden midnightly wars because he wanted to slay the creatures, he much preferred the big bulky target destroyed in one hit simply because of the fact it had seemed to find the expert more interesting than the much potential wielding novice. His threat level was overpowered by the hated enemy of the rat concoction so quickly, even after such an entrance blow and him still perfectly able to possibly deliver more, it seemed the rat had no plans for him. That wasn't it's mission for tonight, surely. Xerves will to fight wasn't crushed completely though or nearly not at all, for surely he was at least getting some experience and action, even if he wasn't getting mauled or yelled at. Most would have thought he of all people would have found that as a bigger relief from near daily incidents. Except those of course had come from humans and maulings could be misread as fangirl attacks...

"Well I guess we could attract them..." The earless being he spoke to responded, his voice slightly doubtful. In actuality the creature was more so worried about it's own well being than the chances of such a thing not working. It had taken a breath to speak, but was distracted as an insult was tossed into the air. Xerves turned his head thinking himself to be in trouble or under attack by the brunette as well, tossing over an annoyed angry glace that read he didn't want to be bothered and was possibly on his way. Like she was a child butting in on an adult conversation. But when he found he was not the target he looked away from the vanilla woman to the white wall that couldn't help but obscure his thinking zone. The pair simply ignored the childish tantrum from a much too large rat horse and acrobatics the bird flipping aggravation showed as if the sight was something everyday and able to be looked over. Xerves couldn't think of anything that could grab the attention of a rat away from it's sworn taunting enemy. Luckily the not so enlightened fighter had help besides that playing with mutant cross breeds.

"And how do you suppose we do that?" Xerves asked as he averted his eyes from the sky down to his neck.
"Well actually it's qu-- Xerves eyes stayed to the nonexistent ones that would have possibly been on his neck in some other version of him. The void paused as the bellow of the beast was too loud to talk over. Eyes had caught the gruesome sight from their corners and saw nothing out of the ordinary in the show of gore, suddenly showing more maturity than they had shown to other kinds of content. And the fact that the fufiller of such a grotesque manuver had laughed childishly before she was thrown from the humongous head she'd more than fairly damaged, he felt no sympathy when she fell down. He almost found the counter attack justifiable.

"It's quite easy..." the void said tiredly, finshing the cut off sentence. In a second before the body's owner could react, the mouth had shut and disappeared. Xerves would have at been slightly worried but saw the procedure as apart of the attracting the Void had called easy. He didn't get it and didn't see how anyone else could. After seconds the large purple palm had a slit identical to the one once found on his neck, and it gleamed in it's white toothed grin. "Just reach in." Xerves blinked a few times as he lifted up his talking limb, blinking at it's surface as if it had just told some joke that had failed to amuse the delinquent. On the surface of the tough palm, the mouth gaped wide, wide enough to fit his human hand snugly through, and inside instead of tongue or psychic creation, there was a light blue glow that engulfed what should have been a black hole. That surely hadn't been showing on it's neck placement. Had the void threw something up? He hadn't doubted the void so much since they're agreement besides the obvious things such as comments, ideas, and pictures if even possible, but now in seriousness he felt a hint to keep what he called a weak point out of the jaws of a potentially dangerous area. Such a quick instinctual thing was good, but not when it came to trusting ones own body and built in partner. No matter how the partner acted outside of it's hours of perversion, gouging, flirting, and innocence bashing. Quickly the void responded to the visible doubt it somehow saw eyelessly.

Well you don't have to. A little bit longer and maybe she'll kill herself. " The Void had said such in a hopeful happiness. Both of which knew it was a joke, as they found such a simple defeat to one thought so powerful wasn't going to come from her simply failing a few times. But maybe the void was telling the truth though, as Xerves didn't underestimate what the raticorn could do with it's horn. It had already made impact with the girl once and that hadn't shown to be beneficial to the hunter's health. Xerves sighed as his hand quickly stuffed itself into a bottomless abyss. Once it came back out from what had felt like the smoke of dry ice and gel, two fingers and a thumb held a small... Something. It was dripping, but each drip evaporated and the dangling gumball, flame like thing was rose to Xerves eyes in curiosity. It had a pure white center, and it's outside was some stretchy flame that could obviously be grasped. In his hands he held the essence of lives consisting of a squid and a little pieces of chicken and cow. A disgusting mix turnt not so disgusting. Xerves stared at it for awhile then back to the creature. Red dots began to clump and bubble back together into what it was supposed to be probably since the beginning. A single target.

"Kind of like a dog's eyes to a treat. One half seems to care and another doesn't... Surprising with how little we got. I'm guessing the two halves are it's instinct and it's command. It's obviously very focused..." the Void didn't need to read Xerves's mind to answer his oncoming question early. Xerves held the life high, the eye followed, he moved it to the side, the eye followed, the other side, once again it followed. Xerves threw it in the air. it followed. Xerves flew. It still followed the ball. Xerves fist sank into it's core. It saw no more. His arm went in deeper than it had against the single flea like eye, as his whole arm was nearly sunken through the soft tissue. Inside his hand unballed and his fingers felt the gooey substance around his fingers and chunks and pieces of who knew what. That made him quickly push off once again. Once on the safety of the ground he flung the substance off, or at least as much as simple physics and stickiness would allow. He didn't know he and probably about the rest of Japan would be covered in it's goop... He remembered such important after affects of voids being shown many times before. He didn't like it. Maybe they could get away now?

Xerves took at step in the direction of Gem immediately after landing, but then was stopped, his cocky smile whipped away and replaced with a white eyed, open mouthed case of pure bewilderment and disbelief. His body felt a pinch of unimaginable pain on his back for only seconds before it went numb and heavy. He couldn't hold it up any more and simply buckled under his new found weight. The axe that jutted from his backside was in fact very, very heavy and in very, very deep. Xerves face was drug through the dirt, as the hooked fish was reeled back into the giant suddenly behind the sense lacking warrior, pulling back on it's chain a short distance. How could one not have noticed such a slow and sluggish creature? Because one was fixated on the bigger threat of a horned rat horse who'd dared ignored him and go after it's simply hated enemy and not the less experienced but still dangerous by stander. He now felt the same defeat the ticking time bomb had. The silence of the new arrival showed it was much almost much more blood seeking than the last, as it's red eye pierced through it's helm to simply stare at it's slowly coming meal. If it had a mouth, it was probably watering with satisfaction, or if it had a mind, was picturing the delinquent's torturous demise. The latter was definably shared between both master and pawn. It seemed both would be satisfied today.
