She enjoys reading and just gathering new information in her head, which seems like it can hold more information than a human should be able too. She's more on the quiet side and she likes her space from people, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't enjoy having friends. She'd just rather curl up with a book and some hot cocoa. She's generally nice to people upon first meeting them, but if you get on her bad side or do something to make her lose your trust, you might never get the chance to make things right. She holds grudges. She won't help others unless they ask for her assistance, but she does think about it. Cadence just feels like if they don't ask, they don't want her help, and that doesn't make her mad or anything, she just goes on with her own life like a normal person.
tab tab ╳❜⊰ BIOGRAPHY ➠Haruko's life was a pretty normal one up until she hit high school. She was always the quiet child, keeping to herself, and keeping her distance from many people. Her parents tried their hardest to get her to play with other children, especially Shira Hashimata. Their families were closer than anything. If one family moved, the other would make sure to move into the house right next to theirs. They were always having get-together parties, and while those parties went on, Shira tried his hardest to become friends with Haruko. She would push him aside and try to keep him from getting close to her. But the boy was persistent. It wasn't like it was easy to get away from him either, since their families were always doing things together.
In junior high, Shira confessed to his true feelings toward her, and though Haruko felt as though there might be something between the two, she turned him down. Her mother and father were always telling her to follow her heart, despite the fact that they joked about having the two marry when they got older. She always felt like her parents weren't serious about it, but in the end, she couldn't really ever know if they were telling the truth or not. Haruko tried her hardest to repress her feelings for the boy, resulting in a terrible state of depression that her parents feared she would never come out of. Haruko was even more distant than ever, and it wasn't until Shira wouldn't leave her alone that she finally let her feelings out and she gave in to the love that she felt for the boy.
Entering into high school, she and Shira were a legitimate couple, and their parents couldn't have been happier. They were around each other not only at school, but at home as well, and their love bloomed very quickly. She had never been more attached or attracted to a person, and Haruko could honestly admit, that for once in her life, she was happy with everything. She started to come out of her shell and began making more friends thanks to Shira. She smiled, laughed and hung out with other people, but it was with Shira that she smiled the most. He made her feel as though life had a purpose, and that things weren't really as bad as they seemed.
July 8th was the hardest and most painful day of her life. They held a wake for Shira, and it was hard for Haruko to attend. She wanted to lock herself away, and never come out from where she was hiding.
A couple weeks prior, the young boy, the boy of her dreams, had been hit by a drunk driver.He was rushed to the hospital, and it wasn't until after his passing that Haruko found out about his need for a blood transfusion. The worst part was, she was a match. Haruko felt guilty. If she had just known a little bit sooner, she might have been able to save him. The love of her life.
So, she went on with her life, locking herself back up in a serious state of depression. She never had any thoughts of killing herself, but Haruko stayed in the background. She lost connections with her friends. She tried her hardest to keep the memories of Shira from her mind, and yet, she still found herself crying each night about the accident. Not once has she tried to move on from him. Many boys have confessed their love to her, but only one has even slightly gotten through the barrier that she put up. Though he loves and cares for her, Haruko's heart is still set on one person. Shira Hashimata.

Abilities/Powers: Teleportation, Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, Omni-Linguism, Superhuman Agility & Senses.
Bio: It seems cheesy, but Keahi did not come to Earth by choice. In fact, he was heading over to another planet within the milky way galaxy, but due to ship problems, he had to make an unexpected landing on Earth in order to try and troubleshoot the problems. Unfortunately for him, he was found by military units, but just before they got a good look at him, Keahi reverted from his alien form, into a more human form. He told the military that he had just wandered into the open area after hearing weird noises, and they took him in for questioning. After everything was all said and done, the military had taken his ship to Area 51, where it is now under study by the government. Keahi has yet to figure out a way in which he can recover his ship, but until then, he has blended himself into the human society.
Finding himself on a strange planet, he began to learn of the human ways, and eventually realized that the younger humans had to attend a place called 'school', where they would learn certain subjects in order to gain jobs in society. Keahi quickly enrolled himself in a school. But not just any school. A school where odd races were accommodated and taught. Others that were not fully human or human at all, like himself. Well, not exactly like him of course. At least it would be a place where he could relax, and not have to worry about being found out, though if the government ever got a hold of him, or figured out anything about him, he would be in trouble, and probably fighting for his life.
Now he finds himself submerged in this so called 'academy', but it will give him a chance to relax, explore ideas and history about the planet, and get to know other races, which in the end, is what he had set out to do in the first place, and though this planet may not have been his choice destination, he is intrigued and glad that it at least was a place where he could study. He plans to learn all he can about the planet and its inhabitants before going to recover his ship so he can continue on his search through the galaxy and eventually return to his home planet to tell his people all of what he has learned.
Personality: It's no secret that Keahi isn't the most outgoing type of person. He's calm, collective and in all, he prefers to keep to himself. Now, that doesn't mean that he won't talk to others if they start up a conversation with him. Keahi can be an outspoken person if he so desires. He just doesn't prefer to much interaction with others. If he could have it his way, he'd be in the library all day, every day, just to read about Earth and learn new things. He's very intellectual, and sometimes this can be very off-putting to others. He tends to speak in a weird way, considering the fact that he is from a different planet, and his language skills seem to come off a bit proper and uptight.

- welcome to my not so fantastic one x one search. at this point in the game, i'm not really sure why i continue to try and make them look pretty. i've made countless amounts of search threads in hopes to find people, but for the most part, people don't bite, and if they do, they're not really the kind of roleplayer i'm looking for.
anyway, again, welcome. sorry for that drab intro. my name is porcelaix, but you can call me po if you'd like. i'm really a friendly person, i promise. i'm twenty years old, and i'd really prefer if you were eighteen or over. i'd feel weird roleplaying with someone who is younger than eighteen, ya know? i'm not going to bore you with some ranting about myself, so why don't we just get to the point? i'm looking for a few one x one's only. please do not invite me to join your group roleplays because i will decline your gracious offer. sorry. i'm currently involved in a couple groups and that's all i can handle for group roleplays at the moment. i'm a female, but i play both male and female characters. i will also double if you want. you should be able to double too, especially if you are asking me to take a male role. also, i only roleplay m/f pairings. sorry.
- okay here's my little side not about gender stuff. i will indeed play a male for you, and i may pr may not request that we double in that situation. i enjoy playing males, and i will not stiff you on my male characters, just don't expect me to play a knight to your perfect, helpless female okay? and don't demand the female role. just ask nicely. that's all it takes. if i do request to double, it will be because the story can handle it and work with it. i will not ask you to double just so i can play a female character. now keeping that in mind, there will be some plots that i will not feel up to the task of playing as a certain gender. sometimes i will strictly want to play male and sometimes i will want to play female.
backing out of that side note, let's get back to everything else. i can post between 500 words and 1500 words a post. i usually don't go any lower or higher than that. if i'm really into the roleplay, my word count will be higher. obviously. i expect you to be able to keep up with that. also, here are my samples in case you are interested. be literate and all that jazz. my limits are gaia's limits, and i only roleplay here via threads, so please do not ask me to roleplay anywhere else. i've tried pms, emails, skype and so fourth and honestly, they suck. i always forget about them and i hate that i can't code the way i want to there. so threads are a must. i also only use anime / drawn style images. i do not ever use real life photos. that's weird. if you want to roleplay with me, then you have to use anime or drawn style. please. thanks.

Looking down at the keyblade bearer before her, she couldn't help but laugh. What a pitiful man. And he called himself a keyblade master? She expected more from him. At the very least, she expected him to put up a better fight, but Gwyn was a powerful heartless. There was a reason why she was in charge, and it was because of the immense power that she had gained upon letting the darkness overtake her. She had given in all to easily to the darkness, and Gwyn always felt that it was because the darkness gave her a reason to live. Sure, she was taken by force at first, but deep down, she always knew that she wanted power. She kept her eyes on the blonde male in front of her, but out of the corner of her eye, she saw another, his partner, rushing toward her.
"Keahi!"
The boy shouted at his partner, rushing to help. As Gwyn readied herself to attack, a few of Lyn's gryphon heartless flew into view, taking over the fight. The gryphons flew back to Lyn, and the second male's attention turned to her comrade.
"Two against one isn't a fair fight. So how about two against two."
Gwyn smirked at the younger female's remark, watching as she took over the fight, keeping the other male distracted so Gwyn could finish up with the blonde. Looking back down, the male had stood up, trying to regain his strength from being pushed down. Her eyes narrowed as she looked him over. He seemed a bit weak for a keyblade master. Without hesitation, she lifted up her hand, and in turn, the male lifted off the ground. It was going to be easy to get rid of him, and she would just feed the remains to her heartless. A few of the dragons appeared to form a circle around them, waiting hungrily for her to end his life. "Pitiful." she scoffed at the male, keeping him a good few feet above the ground. The boy struggled to release himself from her telekinetic grasp, but it was no use.
"You don't have to do this." He spoke out to her, obviously trying to reason with her. "Look around you. You're killing innocent people, and for what? Power? Glory?" She kept a tight grip on him. "You were human too once, weren't you?" he questioned. "How would you feel if someone were doing this to your loved ones?" he asked, gesturing over to Lyn.
Gwyn glanced over to the younger female, losing her concentration. The boy fell back down to the ground. Lyn. She would never lose Lyn, right? The girl was her only light in the darkness. Everything she had ever done had always been for Lyn. She watched as the younger girl fought the second male. She was strong, but Gwyn still felt as if she needed to protect her 'sister'. No matter how strong Lyn was, and even if she could take care of herself, Gwyn would always worry.
