________ Miku Aimi Minami.
♥ » but PLEASE call meee
________ Miku - - -
___________ What is there to explain? It's her first name so it would make sense to call her by such name right? Of course, some people like to mess around with it. There are various variations according to family and friends. Miku, is just the basic annd first name to call her by.
________ Mi-Mi - - -
___________ It comes from the "mi" or Aimi and the mi from Minami. Not a lot of people know her middle name so she can't really explain it (to those who don't know her true identity of course). When needed, she says the first "mi" comes from Miku. It seems to make more sense.
________ Minny-Ami - - -
___________ Since she's the smallest and the youngest in the family, she gets the title of "Mini-Ami". Instead of trying to fuse the words "man" and "mini" the family stuck with the former word since the first didn't seem fitting for their daughter; although, she was surrounded and a bit influenced by men.
________ Mihi - - -
___________ It's a unisex name. It seems to make more sense for customers to call her Mihi instead of Miku right? Despite how long she has attended Ouran, her background is still a bit shabby to those outside of the Host Club.

Ever since Miku can remember, she has been almost always surrounded by boys. Her mother died in an accident not too long after her birth which caused the one and only girl of the family to be brought up by her brothers and father. As the youngest, she was always either picked on or babied. Protected by outsiders, made fun of by "insiders" so to say. The young girl tended to behave and look like her brothers. Short dark hair; big, lazy, black eyes; a tough and "sheltered" outlook on life; stern way of talking etc. The only difference between her and them was that she changed and matured differently. Instead of wanting to continue watching and playing sports, Miku wanted to go into business and study. There was no harm in trying to build the brains she already had. No offense to her brothers, but Miku found herself as the thinker of the family; while her brothers were the brawn, she was the brain.
Her brothers graduated high school and moved away which left her with her father. He busied himself in the office almost 24/7 which left Miku alone at home. She didn't mind really. Upon entering her first year of high school, she continued to go to the nearby public school. They didn't have enough money or the right salary to send her to her current high school. With the help of a scholarship and her brothers' salaries and encouragement, Miku found herself entering one of the most prestigious schools in Japan. That previous summer before entering, the usually confident Miku began to feel a bit worried. The feeling was a bit out of character for her. There wasn't anything wrong about going to a school full of kids that were--probably--a lot richer than you right? The only thing that were worry material was the fact of maybe and probably not fitting in. She had short dark hair; big lazy eyes; a sarcastic manner when provoked, embarrassed, or annoyed; and, her financial background probably wasn't much when compared to her peers. "Just act as yourself," her brothers had said before returning to work: a restaurant, a store, and a bar. More specifically: a restaurant chain, a large store, and a really popular bar. Yes, her brothers were successful in the food (and clothing) business, which Miku didn't feel right to be in.
Following smart advice from her office stuck father, Miku decided to study various fields to see what would call to her more. First day of school, the young commoner girl would soon find little time to do what she planned due to a big mistake. With the plan of just studying and keeping herself away from her peers in mind, the commoner headed into the third music room to find the rumored host club. She had heard of them once during school. Without a uniform and a reason, she didn't approach and ask about it. It was highly unlikely that she would ever run into this new host club. Slim chances were on her side as she broke an expensive vase on her way in. With a debt to pay, she worked with the Host Club. Through the year, she eventually grew used to them and them to her like her older brothers.
♥ » can you handle me the way i are !?
___She's down to earth !!
While most girls her age wonder and day dream, Miku finds such actions obsolete. Her eyes are set on the real world and her mind is set on preparation. At first, she felt against working with the Host Club. If her school didn't require her to join some kind of club and she didn't have a debt to pay, then she would have just stayed out of the club. Seeing how she had broken the expensive vase from her intrusion, she found it only right to work it off. That was how things worked in the real world. You break it, you buy it. Deciding that her punishment was only right, she accepted the offer to join the club as a host. Unaware that there was a rival and female counter part, she hid her real gender (which was already unknown before joining due to her boy-ish appearance and lack of uniform). When she did find out about the rival club, the girl felt doomed to playing as a boy forever. The "Natural" type was already taken and her face was already known as a girly boy's. Not letting that get to her, Miku continued to play her "charade" as the Natural type. Knowing what girls wanted and how they felt (since she too was a girl), Miku was able to play the Natural Type very well. While she was glad to gain girls' trust (and hearts), she felt bad for deceiving them. How she acted as a host was "natural", she wasn't the kind to act to nice in a first impression.
___She is what you would call open minded !!
Miku thinks things true. She isn't the kind that is satisfied with a simple and unproven answer to a question. After giving a prompted thought, various thoughts that either proove it or go against it beginto fly in and occupy her mind. Sometimes, she can be found contemplating on an old problem whether it was solved or not. With an open mind, Miku becomes tempted to argue back. When around elers, she doesn't do so out of respect. When around peers, she doesn't mind speaking out what she thinks. If it is rejected, she won't mind. There are the girls that support her, and she wants to be on a good level with everyone. As long as she doesn't go out of line, she is okay. To stay in line and not upset her customers, she keeps arguing and comments on the "rich kids' point of views" to herself.

________ Memories - They have sentimental value that most people don't understand.
________ Work - It keeps one busy, for a good cause, and time doesn't have to be wasted on something useless.
________ Friends - The mention of having friends may be a bit corny, but it doesn't hurt to say that you can't live without them right? Sometimes, they're the ones that help you pull through the day.
________ Sweets - Their taste is so...good and sweet. The best sweets aren't too sweet.
________ Reading - Besides socializing, reading is a good way to have and keep an open mind. It also helps with one's vocabulary and outlook.
♥ » keep away, i tell you!
________ Surprises - Whether they are good or bad doesn't matter. It's anoying to suddenly get thrown something at you.
________ Parties - It really depends on what kind of party. Some parties are just plain annoying with loud people, obnoxious music, and bad food. Those are he kinds that get really annoying.
________ Unnecessary - If something is unnecessary, then what is the point of doing it or having it? Such small things tend to bug me.
________ Deceiving - It's a mean thing to do, but for now it must be done to pay a debt. Although I enjoy socializing, I hate deceiving everyone as a guy. Hopefully, this charade will end soon.
________ Debts - No matter what they are, debts are very very annoying and bad to have.
