A chain's a definite possibility. Hmmmm... instead of "partners" for those nobles
from the duke houses, should they be Chains instead? I don't know. Haha!
The way I map out the characters in my head, we're probably going to have
about 14. Unless we can do with 12. @ U @ ;;;;;

Anyway, about one or two chains sounds okay for chain characters.
And yes, Pandora leader can be our Ciel of some sort. <3
We'll need to make up a few Pandora members as well.

As for our character count, it's going good. 8D
