and I doubt the Queen and King will need contractors~

The other heirs may or may not have Chains, but if they do they'll be NPC'd and it'll up be to the RPer what the chain is. ect~ I suppose someone would need to have Raven, since its a nightray house hold chain that they pass down supposedly~ xD Hence why Gil has it now.
