Info for a lower tier person trying to rank up.
Initiating the battle means you are SPENDING those rep points you earned.
Thus after the battle, you'll be without no matter the outcome.
If you lose, you will lose all ten the rep and have to gain more to have another go.
Info for a the upper tiered person challenged for position.
If you lose this battle, you move down a rank. [switching places with the victor]
If you win, though, you will gain 5 rep. Along with being safe from challengers for 3 days.
Initiating battles:
One must initiate a battle if they wish to rank up and the above tier is full. If there is room, you become winner by default. Just quote me to let me know.
Before initiating battle, you must first have a full, ten rep.
Then you would post in this thread a request to tier up, along with a quote to each person in the above tier. If no one in the above tier accepts within two days [or whenever I get around to it] I will choose who will be forced upon taking the request, via RNG.
One can also initiate battles with someone two tiers below or more. Both sides must agree. Each can bet rep and/or points.
This is not for teiring up. Just for the heck of it. Betting and such is the mobster way.
I, Don Questy, Anyone may also initiate battles for bonus rep.
+5 rep to the winner, + 1 to the loser.
Both sides must agree. /this is sparring.
Actual battle process:
Say the first would be
Lob 1's HP: 100
Lob 2's HP: 100Generate one number between 1 and 20. [say they got a 12]
That number will be the amount you attack your challenger.
They would post next, including a quote, of course.
Lob 1's HP: 88
Lob 2's HP: 100Then this person would generate another number between 1 and 20 to attack the first person. So on and so forth.
[Close enough to Pacman, yes?]
Aftermath:
The two shake hand, jolly good show and move on.
I will edit this thread with changes when I get to it. [to do with teiring up and such]
Note:
You can tier down as you wish. But moving up costs rep. Tiering down does not change the amount of rep you have.
