>>>>»»»»Seria Morgan

It had been a long time since she relaxed and she knew it wouldn't last, sitting quietly she laid back to rest wondering what this day might bring. The girl didn't look any older then twenty, but really she was much older then that. One of the perks of being a demon, smirking to herself the girl closed her deep crimson eyes, to lay back and not let anything bother her. It has been a busy couple of days, well not really. Traveling along the road wasn't really busy but she had come across a couple of complications or so. It didn't bother her, it amused her quite so, but she did feel slightly bad for what has happened to them. Oh well, they deserved what has come to them, well that's what she continued to tell her self. The demon yawned placing her hands behind her head, listening to the slight wind going through the trees, the scruying of the rodents behind her off the path. The tree she laid against was a big one, an older one she asumed that it was old but it gave her nice shadows from the hot sun in the sky above.

Seria Morgan sighed, she didn't want to fall asleep, no she just wanted to relax a little then carry on with her day. Traveling seems to be the only thing with her these days, as her homes seem to have died with the people she loved with them. Opening her eyes she looked at the emerald leaves above her, oh yes. The people she cared about and the homes she had all died, but somehow they truly never really died. Always with her they were really, smiling lightly she let out a soft sigh and nodded to herself. Yes, they will always be with her, in her heart. But today of all days she thought of them why? It's been a good hundred years or so she didn't know. It couldn't have anything to do with her upcoming birthday? Shaking her head, Seria realized now she wasn't going to relax, not with the past on her mind. It brought good memories and bad ones, mainly she remembered the bad, the hurt, the pain and the loss she felt when she lost everyone. Something she'll have to live with till the day she dies. Seria could do that, she's done it before why not now? Somehow it hurt even now.

The Demon did make a new home, but she was hardly ever there, but when she does go back, the people are quite thank-full. Getting up, and placing her Katana back on her belt she resumed walking, it'll take another hour or so to get back to the village she lives in, she has been away for a few months now and she wanted to return to somewhere she knew, and a place where she could rest comfortable. She dragged her feet along as she looked down at the path as she walked, it been a few hundreds years since that those days, where she ran about careless about what happened to her. Smirking, the demon looked up. Those were the days, the days where Seria was known as Skit, and loved everyone around her. Now she seemed to turn out to be a cold person towards people. Seria figured it was because she lost so many people in the past, she didn't want to lose anyone else. Running a slightly tanned hand through her deep red hair, she continued to walk to the nearest town. She watched this land grow and flourished and watched as new technology came into exsitance. But nothing could beat the old fasion ways.

This day and age, no one believed in Demons, Angels, talking cats or whatever else mythical there might be. But Seria knew they were still out there, oh yes, hiding just like she was in plain sight. Every once and a while she would come across a few different races that tried to be human and those who could look human, hid in deep in the forests, where Seria would get her herbs for some of her healing medicine. Once thing Seria counted as her blessing, she looked human and knew how to act like one, most demons didn't look human if they did it was just a fake form, no the woman's body Seria had, was her real form. She didn't have to hide, if she changed then yes, it was a fake look. She was a slim woman, with lots of muscle, she had elbow length deep crimson hair, with matching eyes, usually Seria put in bright blue eye contacts in so the people wouldn't worry. She wore t-shirts and jeans with nice black leather high heel boots, which are great in a fight. She knew how to fight without weapons, and with weapons. Her favorite being her Katana, something she's always had. Magic was another weapon she used but only when there was no human present, she knew not modern weapons could kill the anicent races, so it was the old fasion sword fights and magic duels.

Finally the town could be seen a head of her, as she stopped at the top of the hill. She saw the people busy about walking around to the different stores, as the cars rolled passed. Thank-god there was still trails for people to leave by, she couldn't stand those loud dirty machines but the humans loved it, and so did some of the other races, but those who lived for more then a centruy were to proud to deal with those machines. She was a little too proud, but she knew one day she would have to buy one of those things to get around. Yawning she set off again, she'd go home and sleep, then deal with everyone around her. It took her a little while longer until she reached the town, and to her own little apartment above a little store. Seria was tired and just wanted sleep now, so going up the stairs to her little apartment she didn't even bother looking at her phone to see if there was any messages. Not that she really got any phone calls. The people she wanted to hear from the most were all dead. Placing her things away and taking off her boots, she sat down in her lonely home. Well somewhat lonely. The only other companion she has was an orange tabby that was sleeping in the chair beside her.

"Milo...Milo. I'm home. Oi! Furball!" Milo was the only thing from the her past was this ball of fur which was her only friend really. Throwing something at the cat, who groaned blinking his orange eyes he stared up at his owner. Pinning back his ears he gave Seria look of disgust before turning over. Rolling her eyes, Seria decided to let the furball sleep as she wanted some sleep herself. Getting up once again, she made her way down the small hallway, passing a bathroom and another small room that held a large number of books in it. Glancing at the room, Seria debated if she wanted to go and read some. But decided against it, she was too tired. Going into her room, she laid down onto her bed and quickly fell asleep. Her dreams were filled with her friends and loved ones from the past.

>>>>»»»»Aya Higroshi

It was calm and quiet evening, the stars were just coming out in the darkening sky. The breeze ruffled the leaves of the trees that surrounded the little home in the clearing, as it's shadows cast it in the dark. The sky was clear, the stars were coming out, it was a perfect night, a peaceful night, a calm night. The house its self seemed peaceful, as there were dim lights coming from the lights from it, which seem to flicker slightly. A fire had been lit in the fireplace, a nice light as well as warmth for the residents. Well, the one resident. Outside stood that alone resident, standing in the front lawn staring up at the sky. A figure was a woman, a small woman, wearing nothing but a lovely white dress that complimented her small features. Her hair was a lovely soft blond, went to her shoulders, wavy and surrounded face, her eyes were closed, but those who knew her know, that they were the prettiest of colours, a bright crystal blue. Her skin was pale, but somehow it made her all that lovely.

Aya Higroshi lived alone for well over the past three years, she did at one point live with her father, but he took sick and therefore died after trying his hardest to stay alive. Aya was his only child, and he lost her mother in child birth, so he took it upon himself to give the girl everything he could with what little they had. Aya has always been happy with her father, and never once cared for gifts. But it was her father's dream for his only child to live a life that he could never give her, hence why now she was to be married, to the local rich boy in the village on the other side of the trees. Sighing Aya finally opened her clear eyes and looked down from the sky, the trees were her way of being alone, her way of not dealing with the world that surrounded her small home. Never did she once care for the man she was to be married to, never once did she love him, and nor does she even want to marry him. Sitting on the cool grass, Aya continued to stare at the blacken forest that surrounded her. She wasn't scared, not the creatures of the forest, nor were they scared of her. A wolf or two would come back, see her then walk off. Most people would freeze and be afraid to move, where she would stare right back and continue her way.

It was now fully dark, and moon was now out casting a white glow over the small clearing. It was a cool night, a nice night. Something Aya always loved was the night time, the darkness and the moon. Bringing her knees closer to herself, wrapping her arms around them, she once again sighed. In a few days she would be married and in a few days she would leave this place to live in a big fancy mansion. Shuddering slightly, Aya placed her head on her knees, just thinking of that man made her shudder. She didn't love him! Not one bit, but it was her dying father's wish for her to marry this man. Aya knew what he was like, really like, outside that big house he seems the perfect gentleman, but inside, alone, he isn't anything she wanted. He plays the gentleman part so well, that's why her father fell in love with him and wished he take his daughter to marry. Finally deciding to get up, Aya brushed herself off turned to walk into the house. It was small, well, for her it was big, a few rooms, kitchen, living room, and a basement and attic, it was fair size. If you had six people living with you. Aya did not, she was alone now, which didn't bother her. She prefered it really, compared to the busy life in the town, the quiet was a comfort in a way.

Even with the curtains drawn she could tell that the fire she had started was dieing, the window was diming as she walked to the door. Must get more wood for the fire, at which she turned and went to the side of the house, where it was completely back, and for that she didn't expect to have someone standing there. "Oh! Joshua is that you?!" If it was, he was going to get a good yelling at. There were footsteps, but no one replied which get her scared, for the first time in her life, she was scared of being alone. Taking a few steps back the girl went and stood in the light of the moon and stared in the darkness surrounding the side of the house. "Hello!" Once again no one replied, should she run to the safety of inside her home? Could she even move, no, no she couldn't. Frozen in fear she stared around her frantically, she hoped whoever was there was friendly.

"I'm sorry Aya! Really I am! I was just making sure no one followed me!" Aya knew that voice, that sweet man's voice, it was her dearest friend and long-term crush Micheal, a man who has always been there for her. He was a few years older then her nineteen self, but he cared for her just as much as she returned his feelings. Taking a deep breath, a smile came onto the girl's beautiful features as she waited for the boy to come into the light, a few moments later, Micheal steped out of the dark shadows into the moonlight. Standing taller then Aya, Micheal was a good-looking boy, muslcular, which came from working at the stables, light brown hair on his head, with deep chocolate brown eyes. He was the one Aya fell in love with, and he was the one she wanted to marry, to be with. But, again the man who she called father forbid that from her. Even when he was alive and not sick.

"Please next time you want to come and visit, don't go sneaking around. You scared me!" Mike smiled running a hand through his short messy hair, but that smile dissappeared as he stared down at the girl he loved. Shaking his head he walked past her and stood, his back to her. Watching his movements, expecting a hug held out her arms, only to find Micheal walking past her, which confused her. Usually he's too egar to swip the girl off the ground and hug her tightly, but something was wrong, something was definately wrong. "Micheal..?" She said softly taking a few steps towards him. Taking a big breath and letting it out, Micheal turned and faced her.

"Aya...there has been developments in the town. In a few days you are to be married to Joshua..." The look on his face killed Aya to see it, she knew what he was talking about, them, their love. He knew how she was bound to his father's wishes, but he also knew how much she cared for him, how much she loves him more then that awful Joshua. Shaking her head, Aya took a deep breath herself, waiting for Micheal to carry on. "I know how your bound to your father's wishes, so this...is the last time we can see each other. Joshua...found out. He overheard me talking to Elise. He told me if I ever see you again, go near you, talk to you. He'd have me thrown from the town and I'd have to move away from you, from this place. Aya this has been my home for generations!" Aya understood, she knew what he said, she understood perfectly, her eyes filled with tears as she looked up at him.

"I...I understand..." She did, Aya really did but she didn't want to believe him. Elise was the only one who knew about they're love affair, knew about how much they wished to be together, that kindly old black woman would never let Joshua know, so she believed him when he said he was being over heard. Nodding her head, she looked at Micheal who once again ran a hand through his hair, he looked just as hurt as she felt. She could feel her heart shattering just standing there looking at him. No more hugs, no more long talks, no more kisses, no more. No more Micheal. The last thing she wanted to do was have him thrown out of the only placed he's known all his life, and his father's before him. Put shame to his loving family's good name. Micheal seemed to want to speak more, but Aya held up her head and shook her head. She couldn't bear hearing his pleas to forgive him, she just wanted to be alone now. "Please...leave me. I understand, and I hope..." Hope to what? She didn't know, shaking her head she looked at him. "Just...leave..." Her heart broke even more as she watch him go.

When his figure went out to sight, Aya couldn't hold it together anymore. Falling to her knees, her bowed her head, tears running down her face, her arms wrapped around her small frame, as she held herself as she cried. Her heart broken, shattered and no one can fix it, not even her dear father. Nothing could fix her shattered heart. The one man she loved, the one person she care for, she couldn't be with, couldn't marry, couldn't even love. No more talks, no more nothing. Soon she would be Joshua's bride, soon she would be a married woman. After a good half and hour, she finally got up from her spot on the lawn and went inside. She wouldn't come out, no. She refuse to come out, for no one, no one at all. And one last thing, she would no more love, if she couldn't have the one man she love. She would not love another, not ever. Never.

The days went by slowly, no one heard a word from Miss Aya who lived on the other side of the trees. Usually she's in the town everyday, walking around talking, and always joined by her future husband. Everyone was excited about this wedding, the rich Joshua Marine was to wed the lovely Aya Hirgoshi, the merchant's daughter. An usual match of course, but a good one none the less. Most woman in the small town all agreed that Joshua was a lovely man, a perfect gentleman, as Aya was a sweet delicate flower. They knew for a fact that was she was gonna be taken care off. Joshua would see to that. But where was poor Miss Aya? No one has seen her for a few days and everyone was worried. Joshua would go to her house, but come back shaking his head. There was no answer, he even went into the house, broke in and looked for her. She wasn't there. Micheal seemed to acting weird as well, no one else knew about the love those two had. So no one but Elise knew, and she knew that Aya being missing was affecting Micheal more then anyone knew.

The old woman decided she needed to go to the young

It was in her nature to be cruel, it was her pass time really to be cruel. For the past few hundred years it has been her nature, even before she was changed, she was a mean vial person. But oh well, she enjoyed it, causing fear into everyone and having power over them.

George && Lilian LeCroix

User Image
Lilian paced around the kitchen, she just got off the phone with her son Micheal. She didn't want to have a fight over the phone. No she didn't want that poor girl to hear them. Don't worry though, Lilian will set things straight she'll set Micheal straight about the whole thing. No longer will he have to be around that little slut of a girl. No, Laura was much better for him. Way better. George sat in silence at the nook in the kitchen watching his wife. This wasn't going to be fun. Shaking his head he ran a hand through his hair and sighed. Lilian shot him a disgusted look. Her and George just finished getting into a fight about it. She was pissed that he knew about everything and she didn't. She couldn't believe it, a hungry money slut was using her son and she wouldn't have it no, Laura was way better then this Anne girl. Shaking her head she stopped pacing placed a hand on the counter the other on her hip, she glared at her husband. George looked tired and exhausted but she wasn't done with him, he was just going to get it just like her son. Her daughter would too, for knowing as well. This wasn't going to end. She will do everything in her power to make Micheal see reason.

Micheal groaned when him and his sister pulled up to the house. Turning off the car he sat in the drivers seat and stared at the lit kitchen window. He knew this was going to be a long night and he was pissed. He didn't show it, on his face was tiredness and exhaustion, just like his father's. Aya sat in silence next to him, worried spread across her face she knew what this was going to be aboue. Anne, and Laura. She clenched her hands in anger, oh yes she knew Laura was behind this even if Micheal didn't say anything about it to her. She opened her door whiche seemed to snap Micheal out of his trance. He turned and smiled a little to his sister and both of them got out of the car the doors slamming loudly. Lilian heard the doors and huffed, what took them so long, why weren't they inside yet. She stood where she was and waited, impatientance written across her face. Finally the front door opened and Micheal and Aya made their way through to the Kitchen. They looked really nice, she had to admit, her children were a catch if the right people knew it. Not this poor girl. Her eyes narrowed at Micheal and walked over. "Do you hate me or something? Do you hate this family?!" Micheal winced slightly at the harshness of her words and how cold her voice was. Aya too.

"Lily, would you calm down...they just got home from a party you took them from" George spoke up, and Micheal saw his own face in his father. Man, this was gonna be a long night. Aya moved from the doorway and leaned against the counter, her arms crossed over her chest. What a lovely way to end the night an angruement with her parents and poor Micheal was gonna get the blunt of it. Micheal remained silent as he looked between both his parents. He knew what was going through his mother's mind, his father's was a little harder to figure out.

"Shut up George this isn't between you and me anymore this is between my son and I. I want to know if he hates me so much to go and hang around some poor slut!" Her voice sheirked at the last part, which again made Micheal wince. Shaking his head he glared at his mother. "No mom, I don't hate you! And don't call Anne a slut! She's isn't!" He snapped at her, which took her aback a moment. She glared more intensely at her son and shook her head. She couldn't believe this. Throwing her hands up in the air she walked away from him then turn sharply too him.

"You must! For you wouldn't do this too your poor mother! Spending your time and money on some girl who isn't worth your time! Mike forget about her! She's out of your league she's not your type! Your rich! She isn't! Stay with your own kind!" Lily yelled her eyes pleading but her face was hard as stone. She ment every word she said, she believed that her children should stick with their own kind, the rich kind. Micheal shook his head and his eyes and face became hard themselves as he glared at his mother. He crossed his arms and shook his head. But before he could speak his father piped up, his voice hard and authortive.

"How can you say that Lily! You came from a second-class family and I married you! You shouldn't be against this! If Mike wants to be with this girl, then let him! I see nothing the matter with it! Only you do! Why I cannot say!" His words hurt his wife he knew it but it was true. Lily did come from a second-class family and her acting like this was unbelievebable. Micheal sighed and turned his mother. "I don't care what you say Mother, I love her! I love her! I don't care what you say or do! You can ground my from everything, take things away but it won't stop me! I want her to be with me and she's not some slut who's looking to take my money. Unlike Laura!" He yelled, he was pissed he couldn't believe Laura nor could he believe his mother. Really! Aya stayed quiet and sighed, it wasn't gonna end here. Lilian looked defeated but Aya knew her mother would do anything to make Mike see reason.

For the next hour her father, brother and mother fought back and forth over the poor girl Anne. Aya sighed when it was finally done and went to her room. She'd have to tell Adrain even if Mike didn't want anyone to know, she felt that Anne needed to know, maybe Anne would see that Mike loved her. God knows everyone else saw it, didn't Anne?

~*~*~*~

The next few days Mike didn't see Anne anywhere and he wanted to talk to her. He wrote her another note and he was waiting for the right moment for him to put in her locker. But she never was to be seen. Laura of course was everywhere smiling and around him. He told her off, yelled at her for what she did, and of course she played innocent. She made it seem she didn't mean to cause trouble she only wanted Mike to be happy. So why couldn't she leave him alone? Stupid b***h. Aya also looked for Anne and she couldn't find the girl anywhere. At the end of each day she saw what it did too her brother.

Finally when Mike decided to give Anne another note he found one in it's placed. It was addressed to the love letter writer. Him. He took it, replaced it with his own and went to read hers. She wanted to meet him. Yes! Maybe now he can finally tell her. His mother though would be a pain in the a** but she hasn't let up yet but it'll take time. Time that he didn't care about. He went to go meet her the next day but she wasn't there. Maybe she would be there the next day so all he had to do was wait...

Not everything is as it seems.
>>>>»»»»Lady Rose

When she was born, the little girl always had big plans for her future. No matter what she did she had to do it a certain way since when she was grown up she would be a powerful woman. A woman with a very big purpose. Rose stood at the entrance of the Temple, a broom in hand, she sighed as she swept she was waiting for her husband to come home. He had left suddenly, eager to go somewhere. Did he tell her? No, Milov was like that. But usually when he came home there was something that they needed that Rose never knew they did. Smiling to herself, she continued to sweep off the dust and dirt that seem to have piled up on wooden porch. She could hear her son off in the background playing he was only ten, a sweet child he was. Turning her head slightly she looked over at him and smiled. Oh how he looked like his father, a spitting image. Dark brown hair with beautiful pale blue eyes. Aaron played with his little toys his father would bring him back from his travels. Rose smiled. Being a Priestess had it's perks, she could get married and she could have children. All she wanted was one, and she was blessed with a son. Her husband was happy. But they both knew, they wished Aaron was a girl. Someone to take on Rose's responsiblities. Rose would never ask her son to take on what she had to do. It was too much for him, for anyone. She had no choice, never would she force someone to take this. Sighing again, Rose dropped her grey eyes to the ground and thought back to her childhood.

What childhood? She had none, always practising, always doing what she's told. Mind you the woman who taught her was nice and kind. Never pushed Rose to far to the point where she couldn't do it. But look at her now, she was indeed a full Priestess with powers unknown to humans. She loved her job, but at the same time she wished she didn't have to do it. She couldn't go anywhere with her husband, always staying home. Good thing too, or else worst things could happen. Turning her head slightly she looked at the front door. Everything she was bound too just laid inside. It was a small round jewel that glowed softly white, if you looked closely at it, it would look like there's smoke moving around in circles inside. Rose closed her eyes and placed her head against the handle of the broom. She knew the whole history of that jewel and she knew why she must protect it. If anyone with an unpure heart goes near it or touches that jewel. That white of the jewel will slowly change into black, malice is what changes it. Rose must keep a pure heart, always. Being a priestess has it ups and downs, but she didn't care. She had a happy life. Opening down she noticed her son staring up at her. Raising an eyebrow and he held up a small wooden toy of a wolf. "Mama! Look! Look! I found him! I found him!" Rose smiled, placing her broom down, she picked her him up and hugged him to her "Yes baby, you did."
❝If I can't say, I'll write it. If I can't write, I'll show it. And baby, if I can't show, I'll dream of you. I don't want what to do...❞

It was a shock for him when Anne grabbed him, weak as she was, but never the less grabbed him. She told him she loved him, she told him she wanted to be with him. His heart sored as he wrapped his arms around her pulling her close to him. He kissed her back, forgetting that there was a world outside the two of them. Slowly he broke the kiss and smiled at Anne. "Anne...Anne...sweetie...your sick, you need to get rest." Even though he wanted to stay with her and wanted to hug her, hold her and kiss her. He knew she needed rest in order to get better. He smiled, as he gently pushed her back down on his bed. Kissing her forhead he reached in his pocket and pulled out a cellphone. He handed her the phone and looked at her. "This is my cellphone, I have my own, I've got this for you. My number is speed dial one to my cell. If you need me, if you want to talk anything. Just call me, and I'll do what I can..." He smiled brightly at her before kissing her softly again. "I have to go now, but I want you to get better. I'll see you whenever and don't be afraid to call. I can come anytime..." Standing up he smiled and kissed her forehead once again. "I love you..." He whispered.

As much as he didn't want to leave Micheal knew he had too, Anne was sick she needed rest and he knew if he stayed she wouldn't get rest. He thanked Adrian, before he walked outside and down the street. Pulling out his cellphone he called his sister who showed up not ten minutes after he called. Aya smiled from the drivers seat and managed to stay quiet till they reached the house.
"Weeeeeellll!! Tell me!" Michael smiled and looked at his sister, his smile just spoke everything that Aya needed to know. Sitting in the drivers seat, Aya smiled at her brother even more. She gave him a look of pleasure and one of she knew it. Mike ran his hand through his hair and sighed, he smiled himself. "She told me...she loved me...she wanted to be with me. You should of seen her. She wanted to keep me close." He laughed and smiled. He loved the way it felt to kiss her. He wished he could of stayed with her, but he knew he had to get home before their mother got back from her...thing. Whatever it was, he wasn't listening, he didn't think Aya knew either. Nor did either kids care to know.

Finally getting out of the car, the two of them walked up the stairs to the main door. Mike stopped suddenly, turning to look at his sister. He blinked for a moment then what it looked like, glare at her. "Do me a favor, don't tell Mom, I'm going to tell Dad the next time I see him, but Mom cannot know!" Taken a back slightly, Aya nodded and smiled.
"Mike give me some credit. I know how Mom is, and I know how much she doesn't like Anne...I promise I won't say anything. But you should tell her none the less." Mike nodded and sighed, he really didn't want to tell his mother, but he knew some point soon in the future he might have to. He didn't care what his mother thinks as it is, but he hated keeping stuff from her and their father. "Come on, let's get inside."

❝Baby, I love you so much. Why can't you see?❞
The cruelty of her eyes, the cold stare she gave you, you knew you were done. The woman was surely the devil’s creation. No hint of emotion, no hint of sorrow written over her face. Oh no, all that was there was a cruel smile with emotionless eyes. Even though she scared many, a lot also couldn’t help but be attracted to this statue of a woman. Slender pale face, beautiful crimson eyes, her skin tone was pale, but her slender body was always complimented by the cloths she wore. For a woman men often noticed the muscles that were on her arms and legs. Woman shouldn’t be built like that. But this one, this woman wasn’t a normal woman.

He whimpered under her stare, his leg broken, blood covered most of his lower body. He was sure the bone was sticking out of his skin, but he couldn’t look down. He didn’t want to look away from her. The smell of his blood entered his nostrials as he wrinkled his nose. He never liked the scent of blood his, or anyone else’s. But this woman seemed to have closed those crimson eyes, took a deep breath through her nose. Was she smelling…the blood? When she opened her eyes, a smirk appeared on that face of hers. Oh how he wished she wasn’t his enemy, or he would of asked her to be his. But usually she turned on men, now he knew why. She wasn’t even human!

“Please…please…don’t kill me…” He whimpered, which seemed to amuse the woman. She knelt down and placed a finger into the pool of blood that had surrounded his leg. Looking down he did noticed his bone was sticking out of his skin. Feeling queasy he watched her lick her finger. Oh god! They do excist!

“And let something as tastey as you go…mmm mmm mmm…I don’t think so…” Her voice was the last thing he ever heard, her beautiful angelic voice, that was colder then the coldest night which struck him hard. At the moment, he felt teeth sink in his neck, and he knew now. He was a dead man, but it brought some peace to his mind that this beautiful creature was the one who took his life…

She left the scene, with no evendence she was even there. How could they find her? Smirking in the dim moon, the woman continued to walk out of the ally without a thought someone was watching her. Why would anyone want to watch her? She'd know anyways, if there was anyone else around. How could she not? Her sense of smell, her sense of everything around her. But right now, his scent filled her nostrials as she walked away. She wondered who would be the one to find this one? Surely another gangbanger? Or a cleaning lady in one of the high-maintence buildings that laid on either side of the woman. She smirked as she reached the busy street before her. Oh yes, she was that good, hunted and then blended in like she wasn't different.

Oh she knew if people knew who she was, they'd do anything to either destroy her, or they would run away. Smirking to herself, she kept her head down walking along the everyday people. She would go home and watch the news, s~ee how fast someone would find the body. She couldn't help but giggle to herself, which got her a look from the man next to her. Hm, he smelled delicious, and looked just as tasty. No, she must resist. She mustn't struck again. Not right now aways. Hm, if I find you again, you'd be next... It was then she reached her home, and it was then she turned in for the day.

~+~+~+~+~

Dective Johnathon Ried stared at the scene before him. He ran a hand through his dark hair as he sighed. The woman who spotted the victim was by the other end of the ally, shaking and staring at the white sheet that covered the body. She looked to be middle age, and she was really shaken up. John turned to the other end of the ally, the busy end. How could someone kill someone, and then just slip out without being seen. It boggled his mind.

"I don't get this...he's like all the others"
[~Forever in the Mind of Seria~]

[~Memories of the past~]

[~Finally laid to rest~]

It was a long time ago, now that I think about it. I'm nearly a thousand years old and I still hold tight to the past I once had. A part of me I guess wants to go back and see all those friends and people I cared so deeply for. But it won't happen, it get harder and harder to move on, and just live my life. I've gained new friends which I care for but I'm scared, so very scared that the pass I had, would once again awake and take them away. I've ran for so many centuries trying to bury those memories but it's easier said then done. How could one person go through so much? How could I still be living and not decided to give up and die. How I wanted to just get revenge and then die. Take my own life and die...but no, here I am a thousand years later still alive. How to explain my life, my history and my pass. Mind you I know my life isn't as bad as those around me, I never really know my friends, I let them come to me and explain things as they want. But I keep my pass to myself, in order to protect those around me.

Let me explain where I came from. I'm a demon, what kind of demon, I don't know. I've never really figured that out, nor do I tend to. Somethings are just meant to be left alone. I know I have powers, I can heal others, I can control fire, water, wind and darkness. I look like a female human, with fangs and deep red eyes. My hair was once a deep crimson red, that hung down to my waist but, nothing last forever. Being close to a thousand years old, my hair has lightened and looked more redish silver. I guess you can say I'm graying. My eyes aren't as red as they used too be, but don't think I'm going blind. I still have excellent eyesight and reflects. I was born into a royal family, I don't know who or where they are. My own realm to rule over, wonderful. I was taken when I was just a few weeks old from my family, and given to a local Priest in a nearby village. There I was to grow up. There is where I found out what I was, and there is where I made my first enemy. I was five when I watched my 'mother' Karron kill my 'father' right before my eyes. From then on she abused me, and then on I found out I had powers. In later years she told me, she found out who I was and where I came from. She wanted me to herself.

For five years, I lived in terror of this woman, who was suppose to be my family. Once I was ten, Karron thought it would be wise to sell me as a slave to a rich man in another village nearby. I wouldn't be too far away, so she could keep an eye on me. When I was old enough, Karron planned on killing me. But first she would of made sure to make sure all the rights I had would be passed down to her. Including the power I held deep within myself. I live in the nearby village, but not as a slave but taken in by the High-Priestess and her family. Her husband was who saved me from Karron's abuse. Here is where I met a dear friend of mine, Rose. She was a kind old woman, who has live many centuries herself to this time. Apparently waiting for me to be born, she protected something known as the Scared Jewel. This Jewel was said to keep demons at by, and to keep some peace in the land. Demons, monsters, you named it, they went after it. They wanted this Jewel, once it was touched by Malice, it would distrupt the balance that it had. It can also give the user, pure or unpure magic ability. She told me, I was to become the next protector of it. I was fifteen, and I ran.

How could someone much older then I, demand someone like me to take care of something that strong. I didn't trust myself, nor did I want to take care of it. While I did live with Rose and her family, they taught me about the magic and the abilities I had. They taught me how to fight, mind you when I ran away, I wasn't very strong. Just a few days after I ran away from them, Karron came there to look for me. To take me back, she was furious that I vanished. And there she too learned about how I was to become the next protector of the Scared Jewel. Here Karron went on her hunt for me. I ran for what seemed like days, I tried to get myself as far away as possible from the Scared Jewel, Rose and Karron. I wanted nothing to do with them, I wanted my own life. This is when I met a band of Demon Slayers, and this is where I met a human boy, Samual. I was young, I wanted love, and I fell for him. His family kept me safe and cared for me. It was weird a demon within a band of Demon Slayers. I was sixteen when I found out I was pregnant with my first child, and I was sixteen when Karron decided to come back to haunt me. Samual and his family made sure I was off safe, running away from the village we lived in. He promised me that we would be together as a family. It would never happen.

Karron killed Samual and his family, and I was off hiding and scared. What was strange is that I was a demon, who gave birth to an Angel daughter. What had appeared to happen was during my sorrow and my mourning, my baby became angelic, as if to come to protect me and to be my light and joy. Which she did. I named her Katie, she was my first daughter. I loved her and took care of her, but I hid her. I had too, I didn't want anyone to know that she was my daughter nor did I want Karron to get a wind of her. It was the last thing I wanted. The blasted woman already took away the boy a fell in love with. Well who I thought I fell in love with. I wondered around, not settling to a place yet. Katie grew and she grew at a fast pace, when I reached a bar by the name of Kaganochii, she looked to be about four but was far more intelligent then she seemed. Katie looked like her father though, curly blond hair, but she had my eyes but paler. I'm about eighteen when I stumbled upon Kaganochii, a bar for travellers. It was in an open field, worn paths through out the forest that surrounded it. There were mountains in the background, which at that time you could hear dragons. It was a nice place, a place which took me in.

Here is where I met my friends. The owners of the bar were two sisters, Tayashi, and Ryukaya. Ryu was always sick is seemed, as Taya was a priestess and a very talented one at that. She was to become the Soul Keeper. Someone who decided which souls should move on and which ones should remain on the earth. These two became very close friends to me, as they slowly opened up to me. I didn't tell them my real name, I was named Skit from this day forward and it is what I've always been known as. No one shall know who Seria Lilian Morgan is. No one. There were also two brothers, Maverin, and Z-Warrior. Z and Taya seemed to have a relationship going where Maverin was just around. He was a sweet man, they both were. They had a friend, a thief that showed up every now and again. Lerow, he was an interesting character and was always so teasing and mean to me. There was also Mew, her son Lee, and of course two friends of Ryu's FeeFee and Kaganochii herself. They were great friends, they were there to talk to and always knew how to have fun. It was around this time I also met, Ajax a warewolf who continuiously got himself into trouble. A vampire named Alucard, a human mage Lotaris, a human fighter named Jason, as well as a half demon half angel named Kaotix.

Nothing last forever, I met Lotaris, Kaotix, Jason and Alucard through my mother ironically. She couldn't kill me herself, so she decided to hire someone else too. I was well protected at Kaganochii everyone there stood with me to fight for my life. Karron hired the four of them to kill me, but some how it never happened. That's when it happened, that's when I fell in love for the first time. Kaotix, the half angel, half demon, some how stole my heart at this point. He managed to break every shield I had up. Everything I did to protect those around me, he managed to break. But I never told him I felt the same about him as he did about me. Not yet anyways. He promised he would love me, and never leave me. His friend and soon to be my best friend, also promised me to protect me. Everyone did. It was...nice. I felt like I had a home, everyone soon found out about Katie. But Karron also found out about my daughter. And she once again returned this time with another woman, Silver. I would hide Katie and go see her as often as I can, and here is where Karron and Silver caught me. Besides everyone else fighting to help me, I managed to kill Karron, Silver slipping away. But before I could kill the witch, she killed my daughter. Katie died in my arms that night, and from the hatred I felt I managed to get enough strength to destroy that woman.

I held the death of my daughter close to me, I blamed myself for not being able to be a better mother, and a better protector. I can't tell you how often I cried at night knowing my daughter was dead. Here we thought the danger was over, oh no it was far from it. With new home, new friends came new enemies. Or your best friends become your worst enemies. Z and I managed to get ourselves into a fight, where he just ran off never to be seen again. Tayashi who was his wife, who also had a daughter. Well, I never told Tayashi that it was my fault that he ran away leaving her and her daughter. It didn't take long for Tayashi to find out who drove her love away, and well let's just say I didn't live very long after she found out. Yes, my own best friend, killed me out of pure rage and hate. I died, and since she was the Soul Keeper, she could of banished my soul right then and there. But no, for some reason Tayashi left it, and left it for someone else to resurect me. I was dead maybe a day, or two. It was nothing like what I'm living with now. We made up after that, but again we all thought the danger was over oh no. Now, my feelings for Kaotix grew and we did get married. We kept it a secret well, I did. He loved me and I loved him. Shortly after this Tayashi came around to her own demons, trying fight them. And once again I forced to fight my best friend to try to save her. Unfortionately she died, being pinned to the Scared Tree, at the edge of the forest and there she laid to rest.

Rose came back into my life around this time as well, demanding me to take my responsibility with the Scared Jewel. Once again I fought with her about it, and once again I tried to run from it. Rose was slowly dying and I knew I had too. I took it, one problem after another it seemed, I couldn't get away from any of it. I wanted a normal life, a happy life with my husband and my friends. No, it never happened. Lotaris gained new enemies, which in turned gained everyone else new enemies. Kain and Bo. Reo wasn't an enemy not yet, he was a sweet boy, an apprentice to Lotaris, but Kain managed to control the mind of the boy and turned him against us. Kain, is truly my worst nightmare. Kain, Bo and Reo would appear every few days to reak havoc onto our small home. I would also be in the middle always trying to protect my family and friends. It would kill me to see Kao and Lotaris beaten, bloody and close to death. Hell, I was close to death many times myself with those three around. Everyone was. Then Lotaris became one of them. My best friend, the man who said he'd help me, protect me along with everyone else. He was forced over with Kain and it was hell from there. Kaganochii came under constant watch from Kain, Bo, Reo and now Lotaris. Anytime they showed up, Lotaris would come after me. I didn't mind, I wanted to try to bring him back to us, get him into his right mind. But by the looks of it, it wasn't going to happen. His eyes were so cold, his voice was ice. He hated me, and I didn't know why. Kain hated all of us, we stood in his way to get what he wanted. But he also liked to torture. Something to he did to me many times.

It came down finally, Kain managed to get what he wanted to bring about the end of the world. I was poisoned by Lotaris, dying slowly but fighting to stay alive. Reo and Kaotix were fighting over by the mountains, Ryukaya was off fighting Boo, while Kain stood back and laughed. I died by the hand of Lotaris, and with me everyone else died as well. My friends and my family. Kain found out Kaotix and I had children and he destroyed them, took them away from me. But that's not what else he took. He took my ability to die in peace. When I died, he turned my soul into a small red jewel, which he held close to me. His hatred for me surpassed anyone else he fought. He wanted me to suffer. And made me suffer he did. Months went by and I wondered the area around Kaganochii as a lost soul. Lotaris came back, and he raised me from the dead. I hated him when I came back. I resisted the urge to kill him, to take revenge on him. I wanted answers and I wanted them now. I didn't kill him, I couldn't not after I saw the fight he had with his other half Zanoes, who was there when Lotaris wasn't. How could I try to kill him when Zanoes said he was back? I cared too much for him, but I didn't feel whole, like myself. The spell Lotaris cast, didn't exactly freed me from the jewel that held me to this earth. I had a body, I could breath, eat, talk and fight. But I was truly cursed.

My hatred for Lotaris changed to the burning hate to Kain, he killed my friends, he killed my home, he killed my family. I wanted his head on a silver platter. After both Lotaris and I rested and prepared we searched for our foe. I wanted to see his look when he saw I was alive. I wasn't going away that easily. But the horrors aren't over yet. We found our foes, and not only did we find them, but the monster they've been wanted to create to make their own world. Who turned out to be none other then Lotaris' own sister Kit. It was the most horrifying fight either of us had to deal with. Lotaris mentally trying to remember this wasn't his sister, and me trying my best to stay alive and help my friend. End of a long fight scene, we managed to destroy Kit, and we thought we got rid of Kain, Bo, and Reo. Here we parted ways. I left Kaganochii, in search for my children, in hopes that they were still alive. I haven't found any signs, to this day I don't know if they are alive or not. He said he killed them, but I didn't want to believe it. I don't know how long it was, but I came to a bar which was owned by my brother who I haven't seen in a very long time. There I took residence, figured nothing was coming after me. How wrong I was. Kain came back, came back to haunt my waking moments and nightmares again. Again, Lotaris showed up too and again we faught the b*****d but again I lost someone. Rage was killed in front of my eyes, and again I couldn't protect him. Again I ran.

I ran for numerious years, I lost track and I came across another place. Twilights. Here I met Kurisu and Fictions, dear friends of mine to this day. Lotaris found me once more, and once more my nightmares came alive. I didn't even stay long enough to fight, I ran. I ran to protect those around me, I couldn't bare anyone else dying. I couldn't do it. The last time I saw Kain, was the final show down. I met Lotaris and we both planned this out. I figured out why he kept coming back after we though we killed him. The Jewel, not only was a cursed to it, but I was also cursed to him. As long as I stayed alive he would come back to terrorize me, and my friends. I couldn't do it anymore, I needed to make sure he stayed dead once and for all. I didn't want to lose anyone else. With tricky magic, and almost distroying my jewel we finally killed him. And finally Lotaris died. For a human mage he lived as long as I did and finally with Kain gone. He died with him, but happy. I loved Lotaris, I cared for him, and I miss him to this day. I never found my children, and I found myself back in Kurisu's and Fictions company, along with Rora and Max.

Finally I could settle down, and finally I could slowly repair myself. But on a fateful night a succubus managed to crash through a window, and since then things for me have been slightly changing. Am I falling in love again? Can I handle being in love again? I still have nightmares that wake me in the middle of the night, I still am afraid that those of my past will come back and haunt me. Maybe this Midian can help me, help me finally heal and let go of what has happened to me.
