... I'm just a little bit caught in the мι∂∂ℓє

There are few things in the world that Katy truly thinks are annoying. Her alarm clock is number one on the list for her parents refuse to buy her and alarm clock that she can hook up to her ipod. Therefore every morning she is woken up by the loud and sadly annoying beeping noise of an alarm clock. Even though she usually fell asleep with music playing quietly and might not be able to hear the difference. She would probably be late for a few weeks but she would eventually get used to it and be on time to school again. Katy stretched her hand out from under the soft, warm blankets and basically punched the alarm clock off. Slowly but surely her head came from under the blankets as well as she began making her way towards her bathroom. Her two favorite colors have always been pink and green and so that was the color of her room and bathroom. That was the color of most of her clothes and shoes. It was basically the color of everything that she owned. After glancing at herself in the mirror and realizing how crazy she looked he pajamas were being take off of her body and she was stepping into the shower. It is quite odd that she always wakes up in the same position she falls asleep in but her hair is way crazier than the night before. That is just one of those mysteries that will never be solved and that she actually did not wish to be solved. Sure they could put cameras and see what happens while she is sleeping but she really didn't want to know. When she was done she stepped out of the shower and wrapped a green towel around her waist as she walked towards her closet. Her closet wasn't average size because she didn't want it to just store clothes but shoes and she wanted to be able to put her makeup in there as well. There was no reason that she had to walk all over her room in the morning just to get ready for school. Yes, she liked looking good and was willing to go through pain for beauty occasionally but that much walking was not worth it for school. This was her favorite part of her morning routine because she loved making outfits. Buying clothes was fun too but she just loved making outfits for any occasion, but especially formal ones. Today, she was wearing a pink ruffle skirt with a white shirt and gray cardigan. A quick look in the mirror confirmed her amazing skills at picking out outfits but she was looking rather girly and nice. She needed something to remind people of the fact that she loved to party hard at any time. Katy walked over to her shoes and picked out satin black heels with giant bows on them. Now she was at her vanity where she kept her jewelry and make up where chose a mustache necklace and cassette drop earrings. Lastly, she brushed her hair and put on a little makeup.
Due to the fact that she was not longer very concerned about school she didn't bring a backpack but a purse. The purse was rather large but it never carried anything having to due with school for that would just be silly. She began walking down the stairs to see that her parents were once again gone which meant she would have to watch her sister. Sure enough she walked over to the fridge to see a note telling her to take care of her and make sure that she didn't get into any trouble. Katy and her sister had an understanding that if they didn't mess with each other and neither of them go into major trouble they would leave each other alone. However, her sister had stated true to the true meaning of being a girl scout which meant no partying and basically no fun at all. Most of the time she was the one who needed to be watched but due to age differences she was told to watch her sister. Breakfast was something that she really never did it was more like waiting for her sister to some down so that she could leave. This morning she decided to have a bottle of water at least so that she wouldn't waste away. That would just be terrible. That was another thing that made her and her sister completely different. She was never afraid to eat and never really turned down food and it showed. Katy however turned down food very often and only ate when she felt like she was going to faint and then she only are a cube of cheese. No it wasn't healthy but it worked for her to keep her perfect body and no one knew about it. She never felt good about keeping this away from her friends but it wasn't like they would understand anyway. They would just say that she is beautiful no matter what and that there was no need for her to put herself through this. That is something that friends were there to do but frankly, she just didn't want to hear it at all.She knew that if she started getting fat that she wouldn't be able to handle it and she just might go crazy.Something was moving around her and she realized that she had just been sitting there staring and thinking while her sister had been already eating breakfast. Katy watched her walk over to the fridge and sigh when she saw the note. She had always taken it much harder when their parents would leave without a heads up.
The now sad eyed girl was eating breakfast as if there was no point in life. Usually this would be the time for the older sister to give encouraging words of advice but that was not was Katy was about to do. That was just not how their relationship was and it was not about to change all because of a single disappointment. She gave her a hug and a reassuring look only because she hated to see people sad. Even though at school she seemed like the big bad girl who says anything about anyone that is not who she really is. The truth is that she hates to see people sad and would much rather see them smile anytime no matter what they have done to her. Even though she would have loved to stay for conversation she had to go for she saw Rachel's text and knew how desperate she was for one of them to show up. The only benefit of her parents always being at work is that they could basically do anything bad that didn't get them arrested. This meant that she obviously had a car as one of her many guilt presents. It is a convertible that she quite loves and rarely lets anyone else bring food inside of. There is no way she would let someone ruin her expensive and beautiful car just because they were too hungry to wait to eat inside the house. She wasn't so obsessed that she was cleaning it all the time but let's just say that you rarely see it dirty enough to write faces in it. After a quick glance in the mirror and applying lip gloss she was on her way to school. No one really like the learning in school they just like the fact that they get to see their friends without planning being involved. Few people actually plan on when they go to school they have to do it and that is a reason to see your friends without sounding needy. When she stopped at a red light she realized how loud she was blasting her music. None of the people in her neighborhood care or at least if they did they never said anything so it was nothing to worry about. In fact she turned it up a little bit more just because she could. Once she was finally in the parking lot of the school she grabbed her purse and put on her sunglasses as she walked in. When she was out of the sun she took them off along with a hair flip that screamed "I'm here!" The first person she saw was Rachel and then she noticed Tristan was talking to her . Sure he wasn't who she was saying that she didn't wish to speak to but she would rather be talking to her. "Goodmorning Rachel I'm sorry I left you alone to be swarmed by the compliment pests." Katy hugged her best friend.
They had all been friends for quite a while but Rachel was the one she truly considered her best friend. All of them had changed over time but she was the one who seemed to truly keep the same interests as her. No matter what happened they would always have something to talk about just because they couldn't stay mad at each other. Whenever they tried they would end up getting bored and just talking to each other again. Truthfully lying to her really made her sick to her stomach but she couldn't let that show. Rachel was like a sister and there are just some things that you don't tell family and her secret problem is one of them. She looked down at her mustache necklace and laughed at the fact that it they were their friendship necklaces. Usually people would get necklaces or bracelets that said best friends or their names but they had matching mustache necklaces. Oh how odd they are. None of them are really normal they are just really good at hiding how weird they are. When you are able to hide something like that it makes you wonder what else they could be hiding. You never ask something like that because that could lead to you releasing your secret and that is why there was always a grey area with them. The guy she realized now is quite attractive and in the band that they had gone to every show of. Actually they hung out a few times but there was no way they could remember that considering what they were doing together. They had become quite the party animals over the years and Katy loved every minute of it. Everything that had changed about her was truly for the best because she loved everything about it.
