MY BIOGRAPHY ::


Evan just kind of popped up in his family. Everitt Rosier has never been married. Where then did he get the kid? It has been basically accepted by the Pure-Blooded, high class families of the Wizarding world that the man had an affair with another pure blood, sired a child, and it's all very hush-hush and taboo to speak of. What really happened is Rosier had a short lived affair with a Muggle woman whom he'd used a love potion on. Once the affair was over he wiped her memory and let her go back to normal life. After-all, he'd loved her once, why kill her? At least not until two years later he discovered she was living with a baby boy who had no father and looked remarkably like him.

It was time to go back, snatch up a baby boy, Avada Kedavra a muggle to keep the secret.

Despite these angst ridden beginnings, Evan is pretty much entirely without knowledge of it, and thus it does not matter. His father is the only person who knows he is half-blooded and choose instead to raise him with the lie he is Pure-Blood. This lie serves him far better than the truth as there is no way their family would have accepted him otherwise. Nor would the other children in Slytherin when he was admitted to the House at Hogwarts. As in, Evan blended in and ran with Severus Snape's gang based pretty much entirely on relation to Bellatrix and the fact that his father Everitt was one of the most notorious Muggle-haters out there. Most of those in his house just assumed he was and let him slip by for fear of his high society father. Other than excellent grades on OWLs and NEWTS, his presence at Hogwarts could have been almost entirely missed, save the few times he was simply present at confrontations between Slytherins and Gryffindors.

It was after graduating from Hogwarts that things became more difficult.

Almost as soon as he'd graduated Everitt had Evan inducted into the Death Eaters. Since then it has been a steady stream of things he does not particularly care to do. Crucio a muggle to join? He hated it. Use a killing curse at least once? Also hated it. Attend meetings of people he finds somewhat terrifying? Disturbing. Have Voldemort look at him? Horrific. Have the Death Eater symbol tattoo'd on his arm? Yes, that was particularly horrible, he has tried [and failed] to magically hide it when not around other Death Eaters. Take over his father's potions shop? That is something he absolutely never wanted to do. Unfortunately, Evan has a bad habit of just 'coasting' through life and letting others make decisions, such is that which has landed him in his current predicament.

However not all is sunshine, flowers, and secret love and hope. Evan does believe that Pure-Bloods are the superior species of magus, that the Wizarding world should rule over the Muggle world, and that there are standards which should be upheld. He is just not a radical in his beliefs so much as someone who subscribes to a magazine and rages but would rather do nothing.

His major motivations for acting in the war thus far are two fears: fear of his father and fear of Azkaban.

He would rather die than be sent to Azkaban.

Two murders in the past two months, scary right? It has been one of the biggest subjects
on the school gossip tree, right up there with who's sleeping with what teacher. Everyone
has their own crackpot theory on how it happened. Regardless of corpses life goes on as
if nothing ever happened though. Another day of school just came to a close with the only
eventful thing being a few people getting pulled aside by [Prince Scorpio] and sometimes
by [Prince Taurus] to talk to a cop, [Knight of Aries]. No one provided any good relevant
information to him though. Eventually he gave up and left for the day with a promise to
come back later and pick his younger brother up after track practice. [Prince Taurus] tried
to invite [Prince Virgo] over but the latter said he was meeting with a tutor to study for the
exams coming soon. When [Prince Scorpio] heard about this (after huffing that he was
not the one asked) he practically followed [Prince Taurus] from the track and hopped in
the car to join the brothers. After all, someone had to tutor 'that idiot' or he'd fail out soon!
Knowing about the awkwardness between [Prince Taurus] and [Prince Scorpio], [Knight
of Aries] decided to swoop in like the busy body he is and play mediator, dragging them
out to dinner. Will it work? Does anything [Knight of Aries] do ever really work as planned?

While lazy, busybody, and tsundere are out stuffing their faces, [Prince Virgo] gets to go
to a wonderful session of tutoring. Parent's orders. They won't have him making anything
below excellent on upcoming exams. With double-time tutoring it makes no sense for him
to get a ride from his parents so they are instead paying [King Leo] extra to pick the kid
up and tutor him at the apartment. Unfortunately he's running a little late due to an overly
long discussion with [Igor], and [Prince Virgo] has been waiting a bit. At some point he
was joined by [Prince Pisces], resident nice guy, and the two have chatted it up while
waiting on their rides - not knowing that the person they are waiting on is the same one.
Why is [Prince Pisces] getting a ride from [King Leo]? Considering the kid does pretty
much all the cooking in that apartment, he'll be needing to pick up some supplies today.

Poor [Prince Libra] does not have anyone to meet. He was supposed to be meeting with
[Prince Scorpio] after school for some hang-out time but due to being a hardcore tsundere
the other flaked. After a bit of waiting [Prince Libra] went to leave the school but ran into
[Prince Capricorn] on the way. After some [Prince Capricorn] style bullying [Prince Libra]
was dragged along to purchase a new tie for the other boy's school uniform, which meant
a shopping mall, which meant [Prince Libra] is using his own brand of bullying to drag the
ever awkward [Prince Capricorn] all over the place. As per the norm, [Prince Libra] seems
to know every person they come across and keeps introducing [Prince Capricorn]. Their
shopping center adventures are not entirely in vain as [Prince Scorpio], [Prince Taurus],
and [Knight of Aries] are having dinner at a restaurant in that same shopping center.

For now everything seems fine and peaceful. For now the world seems to have no problems
in it. However, as day turns into night, and the streets fill with a different crowd, things will
definitely begin to change. The butterflies are active. The Marebito are hungry. And out
there is a person hungry for just a little taste of the potential inside [Prince Virgo].

Welcome to the as-of-yet-unnamed Harry Potter roleplay plotting thread for Electronic Cow and his friendsies. Note that bit about friends. To put it bluntly: if you have never role played with me before or do not come recommended by someone who has, this is not the thread for you. Period. I'm sure you are a great role-player, fun to talk to and all, but this is a thread for people who already have chemistry with each other. We know what we want and what we like. That out of the way. Friends! BROS! People who know of me or come recommended! You may begin posting in this thread at absolutely any time you wish, no applying or anything! In your first post though it'd be great if you could tell us the following things just to get a sense of where you stand!

( 1 ) - What era of Harry Potter would you prefer to see this roleplay in? 'Present' time for the trio and Voldy's return? Marauders? Before even that, Dumbledor school era? Set after the events of the books, casts children? Entirely independent timeline as if none of that stuff happened?

( 2 ) - Do you want canon characters to be playable? Are you the kind of person who likes playing them? Do you want them in the background? Want canons to not exist at all?

( 3 ) - Simple question; would you prefer anime images or real images for characters?

( 4 ) - Do you want the roleplay to be set in Hogwarts or the Wizarding World at large?

( 5 ) - Do you want us to develop a concrete plot or keep it slice of life'ish?

Many Ravenclaw end up garnishing a reputation for being 'weird'. Charles, who will explode on you if you call him Charley, manages to escape this immediate label. He seems so normal! Many people look at him and think, 'Gryffindor' immediately. He's not though, Charles is a Ravenclaw down to the intellectualism, incredibly good grades, and the brain power that sets the house academically above the others. He's also incredibly obsessive to the point of being controlling. His major flaw; Charles practically demands everything around him go as he plans for it to, and if it doesn't he'll become very uncomfortable very fast. What happens when Charles gets uncomfortable? He tends to explode on whoever has the misfortune of being around him. He was especially bad about it in his earlier years at Hogwarts where he'd throw a massive tantrum at least once a week. This has garnered the sixth year Prefect a reputation at Hogwarts for being high strung. Not a problem in itself but unfortunately this label tends to attracts all the pranksters out there who want to see him blow his top. Which he will, often, over seemingly nothing, and he'll especially do it if you shove him in a herbology class with those stupid green things. Many students like Herbology, Charles hates the subject, it is the only thing dragging down his grades, and he just can't seem to get it in his head. While Charles is best known as the 'guy to go to for tutoring in charms', it is not his best subject, but the brunette is hesitant to admit to anyone that his best subject is Divination. Why? It's kind of embarrassing; that's the class with the crazy teacher that only the girls seem to like. The taunting would never stop; especially not if it got out that he is very much a serious believer in the art and practices it in his spare time. Constantly looking for signs plus being a bit paranoid already; this has led to Charles being an intensely superstitious person, and he tends to find horrible signs in the most random of things, which can get awkward.

Ask anyone in Hogwarts about Evan Collie and you get one of two expressions: a big smile and 'Oh, I love Evan!' or nervous glancing around and a, "What? Is he coming?" After going to school with someone for seven years it is hard not to know them. Evan makes it impossible. The chipper blonde, ever smiling, talks to anyone and everyone he comes across. Busy? Oh, he'll help you with your task, and talk your ear off while doing so. Got a problem? He'll badger it out of you and then try to help - often failing. A well known 'Hogwarts Socialize', Evan is known by all, even most first years, and enjoys an impressively long list of people whom call him a friend. Note, call him, as Evan refers to nearly everyone he meets as his friend. This popularity and bright personality has all but carried him through Hogwarts. It is definitely how he became Captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Hard thing to do considering his grades are pretty abysmal to the point that people should wear protective gear when he walks in a charms or potions classroom. The only thing Evan has a N.E.W.T in is the Care for Magical Creatures and Muggle Studies electives; the latter of which being no surprise considering he went most of his life raised as a Muggle! The only 'wizardly talent' Evan has is Apparition - he is one of the few students in the history of Hogwarts to get it right on his very first try. He usually underplays this achievement by saying anyone could do it and he enjoys it - making him even weirder, who enjoys the feel of being squeezed through a tear in time and space? This guy! Evan has been close friends with Ciaran Prince since their First Year and no one really understands how the nicest person and one of the meanest in Hogwarts got so close.

Hey There! Welcome to my Last Remnant search!

Chances are high that you have seen one of my other 1x1 fandom searches. They usually include lists of what I wish to roleplay, a few simple plots, and lots of random people chattering. Normally; I'll roleplay almost anything fandom.

Except now I have an otp I really, really want to roleplay. Now.

So this [likely futile] search is just searching for David Nassau / Rush Sykes 1x1 roleplay. Nothing else will be going on here. Do not invite me to your group roleplay, do not ask if I'd be willing to do a different pairing from the series [unless you want to double], and do not ask for some random series that is not Last Remnant.

Who do I want to play? David [left]. So you would play Rush [right].

The roleplay will be over Private Threads. I'm horrible at keeping up with PMs. The 'length requirement'? There is not one. Just try and match me. My samples can be found here. Posts can go as long as they need to. I tend to get really involved in political stuff with roleplays like this so at times mine may go rather gloriously long but that will not be a regular thing. I prefer to avoid all manner of purple prose. Post formatting is not a requirement but I will be doing so. If you are bad at it; I'll let you cannibalize one of mine. It just adds a certain sense of flair to roleplay that I adore. I am a busy college student and have an active social life so I can not post every day. However due to my dedication to this pairing; it will consistently be at the top of my list. I will also expect lots of chatting and plotting to make it more entertaining.

The plot I have in mind is a continuation post-story and detailed below:

Over the course of Last Remnant it was revealed that Rush Sykes, the hero, was actually a Remnant, the counter-part of the Conqueror. In order to save the world, defeat the Conqueror, and put an end to the war over Remnants, Rush sacrificed himself to remove the Conqueror, himelf, and all other Remnants from the world. In doing so he left behind his sister Irina and his new best friend, the Marquis of Athlum, David Nassau, who took the blow especially harsh but tried to temper the loss with the thought 'it is for the good of the people'. Unfortunately they had put too much faith into the will of the people. To the common man and countries untouched by the war; their remnants, great tools that they had always needed to survive, were stolen from them. Lacking a way to cope with the sudden loss it was disastrous. The people starved and suffered as wars broke out as small countries, now lacking their defenses, were invaded for resources and dominion. As a way to try and stem the disaster; the Council [made up of the strongest nations] released that it was David, Marquis of Athlum, and those allied with him who called this disaster. Rumors spread that Athlum, unlike the other nations, still had remnants even though they did not and there was no proof they did. David was painted as a villain for his actions while the now-gone Conqueror was made into a hero. After two years of strife and trying to solve things; David Nassau had his position as Marquis revoked. When he refused to step down, Athlum was invaded by the Council's armies and pillaged, his people suffered, and David was disposed and set to be executed. He was saved only by the assistance of those whom had fought with him and Rush; men and women who were being hunted for their part in saving the world. His experiences changed the once-optimistic young Marquis. Harrowed by the burning and subsequent annex of his country by Celapaleis as well as the death of many close friends; David had nothing left. He had nothing left and in his despair there was only one thing he wanted:; Rush Sykes's return. He wanted his friend back even if it meant to undo everything they had worked so hard far; a sacrifice the people had never appreciated anyway. Now; three years after Rush vanished into glimmering light inside of the Remnant Elysion, David has finally found a way to return Remnants to the world. There are many who wish to see him stopped: the Council whom know the truth, many who profit off the loss of Remnants, and even some among those allies who stood with them against the Conqueror's armies. How will Rush feel when he returns three years after his death, unchanged and unaged, to a world that is so different from the one he left? To a Marquis who has no country to stand for. To a David Nassau whom sacrificed everything just to have him back.

Pretty complex plot. I realize it is loaded with angst but considering I was thinking of it along the lines of David keeping Rush in the dark at start and acting as if everything were peachy, it could lend itself to hilarity and fluff at random. The roleplay will start with me posting David completing a ritual and using a device to bring back Rush, which will then cause other Remnants to steadily appear in the world once more over time. If we were to continue long enough this could include Conqueror.

I realize that this search is likely going to be fruitless. No one played this game it seems [despite how good it was] and people are generally not interested in this pairing. However if you have played it and feel interested; contact me! <3

Welcome to Abstract Gods. This is a private invite-only crossover roleplay based on Cow's Trouble with Dreams concept. In Trouble with Dreams original characters were pulled from across the world as they slept and forced into conflicts with Fate. The field of combat? Whenever and whenever. It never made it anywhere past the first arc but the idea was popular and I wanted to redo it but differently. Also; I've totally gotten back into crossover roleplays, so here we go.

This will be an extremely informal roleplay. What does that mean? Cow is not mothering anyone. There is not a 'you must post by' date. If someone vanishes; skip them. Plot is slowing down? Don't wait on Cow to do it; cause a spontaneous event. With this being invite-only I trust all of you enough to manage yourselves.

This is a wide-open crossover. Characters can come from anywhere - anime / manga, video games, visual novels, webcomics, Anywhere. They do not have to be popular or obscure characters of a certain caliber either. You really want to play Naruto? Do it. You really want to play a character from a visual novel no one has heard of? Do it. My only limit is they be humanoid in form. No lizard men or anything please. So humans or human look-a-likes only please.

There are twenty slots and you may have one character per side; Order and Chaos.

Only four formal roles exist and two of those are randomized, not chosen. The two public roles are the Arbiter of Order and Arbiter of Chaos. These two lead their teams. What do I mean by 'lead'? The Arbiters know what is going on, they know the Truth of Styx, retain memories of their True Lives, and possess the ability of Ferrymen to distort Styx. This allows them to manipulate factors in the enviorment to stir their team on to 'victory. What are the two hidden roles? These are the Black Rabbit of Order and the White Rabbit of Chaos. These are two special pages on either team which, when they come into physical contact, cause a distortion in the River Styx which makes really bizarre things happen in the game. Literally any manner of disturbance can occur.

There are several things which tilt the Tides of Fade to allow a team victory.

A ) 'Destiny Charges' --- Events set up to tilt the tides depending on 'challenges'.
B ) 'Assistance' --- Page of one team helping the other team. Small events build up.
C ) 'Connections' --- Feelings for the other team. Can lead to a 'Page Turner' - Betrayal.
D ) 'Snitching' --- Arbiter informing a Page of the Game damages their team greatly.
E ) Death of Order/Chaos Arbiter --- Instant loss for dead Arbiter's team. Period.

I realize that is incredibly vague but this is not an actual contest-game - so all for fun and vague.

What are they competing for? Well the Arbiters are competing to ascend to 'Gods of Death'. They will gain great and infinite powers. If they wish it these powers can be used to return to life. Pages? Well they are not even aware they are competing so it really doesn't matter to them; but their struggle is to go to Heaven or Hell depending on which team they represent. Please note that an Arbiter can not kill the other Arbiter but they can encourage their Pages to attempt it. It is the role of the Arbiter to best use their Pages to both protect themselves, strike at the other team, and micro-manage all the different factors going on. Yet since they can not tell the Pages what is going on it becomes an elaborate game of chess except the pieces are uncontrolled rats running across the board.

Does that all make sense? I certainly hope so because I'm not doing a story or rules post. Role posts will be done and a terms / Q&A post will be put up. Other then that; I've given you pretty much all the information in this post save one thing; the Location of the Game. Get ready for it.

The Titanic. No; I am not joking with you. Details, descriptions, and so on will be provided later. Year? Modern. Why the Titanic then? Styx is an unoriginal metaphorical river and steals past events - recreating them for use in these games. So it is not really the Titanic, as none of the same people or crew are on it, but Styx has created a crew and passengers. Where did these people come from? Boring NPC souls in the river, stewing in purgatory.

Oh, and one more thing I should probably mention. . .

The characters have no idea who they were in life and have lost their special powers. Scandalous, right? But no; the characters truly have no idea who they were before death. Those memories are gone save occasional flashes if someone stimulates them roughly. Their special powers? Stripped from them. In the place of these things the characters have been thrust into roles on the ship most suited to them based on their personalities, events of their lives, and where they view they should be. As an example I'll use the one I gave Froot. Princess Zelda would think she is a high class socialize on board for vacation and Link might believe himself a stow-away. The two will truly believe they are these things and have vague recollection of life before getting on the ship but nothing concrete because it never happened. Basically justify your characters 'new existence' somehow. I'd like a diverse selection of characters though and you can literally be anyone that would feasibly be on the Titanic. Captain, crew, engineers, businessman, lawyers, socialites, doctors, stowaways, third class passengers, anything. By the way; characters trade knowledge and physical skills are not forgotten. Justify it like everything else - make up reasons. Link picks up a pipe and fights five guys off with it like a sword. The River provides the explanation in his mind that he had to defend himself often. Get the jist? As you can tell; this will be a cracktastic thing here.

That should be about all you need to know to play the game.
