My Story ;;

Let us begin. My name is Joshua James Colp and I am eighteen years young. I was born on the 3rd of January to a woman named Claire Colp. My father wasn’t in the picture at the time, and he still isn’t. My mother was only sixteen when I came into her life. She never resented me for making my father leave; it was like she knew it was coming. She loves me so much and that hasn’t changed. We’ve lived in the same house for all those years. You could say my mother had financial aid; my grand-parents are loaded. They helped her out, and when she was eighteen, they bought us a house. Life was always the same; I was a loser, a loner during my early school years, that didn’t change throughout high school. My mother says being different is good, but having no friends doesn’t mean you are different. I’m a major band geek, making me a reject; just my fellow geeks and nerds understand me, no one else.

Marching band is the only thing on my mind, ever. Ok, that’s not actually true, but it’s a large part of my life. I can play most instruments, but my two favorites are the trumpet and the flute. German is something else that interests me, because it’s part of my heritage. My mother’s side is from Germany, all of them speak German, including my mother. I’ve taken up the task of learning it, now I can actually speak it fluently. My mother and I speak German most of the time now. According to my mother I am turning into a video game nerd, she thinks I should stop, and go out with some friends instead. So maybe I’m a little anti-social. I just don’t have that many friends and being good looking doesn’t actually help in that area.
