In the flying city of Koukuushi the many inhabitants have lived peacefully for centuries. This city was advanced in the field of technology and had decided long ago that to truly be at peace with the other cities, they must take to the sky.

Building flying machines, they attached them to the bottom of the city, where dark monsters resided. Many were killed in the attempt to make their city fly, but soon a hero rose up and banished the dark creatures to the center of the city, trapped underneath a deep well. The savior of the city chained and caged the monsters, so they could never escape.

The city finally flew up into the sky, just like the residents had dreamed it would.

One-thousand years later the curiosity of one girl caused the well to open, freeing the monsters trapped within. Now the city is in peril. The darkness has caused many people to get sick and some to even die.

Will the hero who once saved this city, rescue it again, or will they let it be eaten alive by the dark creatures?

No god modding, you're not better then everybody else and you're not almighty. No magically getting super powers that you never had or random things that you just happen to need falling out of the sky, be reasonable.

Don't be a Mary Sue or a Gary Stu, be original and creative, have a person with bunny ears or something.

Never ever post one liners, I understand if you have writers block, but you should still be able to write more then one line. This is a Semi-Lit. - Lit. role play. You must post at least two paragraphs, that means at least ten sentences. The more you write, the more another person has to work with.

Title your PM: The sky is falling!

Please try your best to spell correctly, if you have Fire Fox then you already have spell check on the internet.

Along with checking your spelling, I would like it if you didn't txt talk. You can in the Ooc, just not here.

I know we can't all get along sometimes. You may fight and swear. Just don't go overboard and have a swearing rant. And if you're having problems with someone who isn't a made up character in this role play, tell me and I will try to fix the problem to the best of my ability.

Post at least once every two or three days, if you can't and are going to be gone for awhile tell me so that I don't remove your person by mistake. If you don't tell me, I'll PM you and if you don't reply after a few days I will remove your character. Also, if your only going to post once, then never post again, don't bother even joining.

Sometimes we wish we could be with someone right from the beginning, well that doesn't happen. Take your time and don't rush. Love takes awhile for it to blossom to it's fullest. Your character could have talked to someone's character before, but no long lost friend or anything like that.

You get three chances. If you break any of these rules, you will lose a chance. Three strikes and you're out.

Our story takes place in the flying city of Kouukuushi. Inside the city there are many buildings: Schools, shops, homes, a library, a park, a forest, and the well in the center of it all. But now that the city is shrouded in darkness all the plants are dieing the sun doesn't shine. The city is stuck in eternal night.

❝ o n c e upon a time was born a magical princess of a flying city . . .❞

Huni Koukuushi was the first twin born into the royal family that ruled over the flying city of Koukuushi. Huni was always a very shy little girl and only spoke to her twin brother, Howl, making him her voice when other people spoke to her. The two were always together, no matter what. They played together, ate together, bathed together, and slept together. The pair were inseparable. The royal family lived together, happily ruling over their city, until news came. The king, the twins' father, had left to the main land for supplies, but had been killed accidentally because the townspeople had thought he was one of the enemies.

Time passed on and Huni and Howl grew older. Their mother had ruled over the city since the passing of her husband, but it had become to overwhelming for her and she became ill. After a few months in a hospital, she died, leaving her two children behind to rule over the city.

Taken over with grief the twins sadly began to rule, but at the age of fourteen it was quite hard for them. Huni had become very frustrated and although she had a fear of the dark she frequently took walks in town at night, by herself. One day she became very angry with Howl and ran off, Howl following along, trying to stop her. In her rage Huni broke the gate holding the monsters inside the well, releasing them. The twins watched in amazement as dark creatures sprung from the dark depths. The monsters glared at the two and snatched Howl, taking him with them as they ran around killing everything in sight. Huni never saw Howl after that night.

Huni is very caring toward people she knows and cares about, otherwise she is very impatient and moody toward others. She speaks her mind when someone goes against what she believes in, some even think of her as a spoiled brat, but really she is very sweet, energetic and loving. That was until she lost her mother and brother. Now she is often sad and doesn't speak much.

Tamehoshi is the bravest guy you could ever meet, that is if he's dealing with monsters and not people. When it comes to confronting people, Tamehoshi is probably the most cowardly. Michelle and her sister got very sick with an unknown illness when they were five years old. A week later Michelle's sister died. After a few months in the hospital Michelle was back to normal, aside from the fact of losing her only friend. Then when she was nine her parents were killed and all their money was gone, leaving Michelle alone and poor. She enrolled herself into Le Reflet Academy a year later, hoping to find a better life.

The Past Is Haunting
____ Paul's life long dream was to become a musician, until he met her. Paul fell in love at first sight and dropped everything, even his passion for music, to please her. He loved her more then anything in the world, but apparently she didn't feel the same way. After their one year anniversary of being together Paul planed an elaborate dinner for her, to celebrate one whole year together, but she was a no show. Paul went to her house the next day to talk to her and found her with one of his former band members. Paul was so traumatized and hurt that he ran out of her apartment and into oncoming traffic. He was hit and killed. After he died, a voice spoke to him telling him he could get somewhat of a second chance. Paul happily agreed and enrolled into Le Reflet Academy. And although Paul was happy to get a second chance he likes to keep to himself, afraid of losing this chance too.
