He opened his jet-black eyes and stared at the ceiling for a while, sighing deeply. First day of school, first day of acting like a nice and friendly guy again. When he reached for his cellphone to turn the alarm off and realized how many text messages he got already. And it was freaking 6 AM. Plus, all of them were basically the same. “Are you coming to school, Kirai-kun?” “Good morning! We'll be waiting for you!” “Remember to visit me in my class~!”

                                      He'll be sure to forget.

Kirai got up and stretched lazily, a perfect silence and single rays of sun welcoming him in this new, ******** up day. Yes, he was living alone in a big-a** mansion with an one hell of dungeon under it. Alone... How ironic. He never really paid attention to it, though. He really liked his silence. It was something refreshing after spending a whole day on university where all of these people would want something from him. But the show had to go on, it's not like he could suddenly stop acting all nice. Besides, with this attitude no one would ever suspect him about anything. No one would ever even think that he could be a serial killer. No one would.

When asked why he's so rich, he was just telling everyone that his parents left him a lot of money when they got killed. Yeah, got killed... by him himself. His mother had beautiful eyes. He could see this perfect, summer sky in them. So blue... He fell in love with them at the first sight.

That dumb witch. It was all her fault he became what he is right now. An eyes-obsessed, psychopathic killer who lived off of selling organs of his victims. He didn't feel bad about it, though. He enjoyed killing, and eyes... were beautiful. Of course, not all of them. He could tell which were worth his time and which were useless. They were saying that eyes were the gates of human's soul. He was glad to open these and steal the 21 Grams of their soul, while keeping it along with their eyes.

Hm, yeah, now that he thought about it, he started to wonder how many people he has killed already. No, he wasn't able to count all of them now, but he could probably count the eyes and then figure it out. But to be honest, he wasn't really interested. He'll never be satisfied, there will always be someone with eyes which he wanted to get, while his own didn't even have any color. They were... black. Like a darkest night. No color at all. Perhaps they were unique, but still... Boring. Everything was boring. This life of his truly sucked.

Well, whatever. It was time to finally shower and get dressed, which he did and half of hour later he just went down the stairs to the kitchen, looking for something to eat. Toasts? Pancakes? Sandwich? Scratching his head he decided to just take an apple and pack all the books, notebooks and stuff he needed he went out of the mansion, locking it and sighing deeply. He was really lazy and he didn't feel like going on university again, but whatever, he needed to finish it to finally be free.

Opening the doors to his black and red Bugatti Veyron he threw his bag on the passenger's seat and hopped in, turning it on and starting to drive to the school. He could hear his cellphone ringing all the time, but he wouldn't bother to answer the calls. It was nothing important anyway... probably. Well, at first day of school he'd receive thousand calls from his classmates and such. No one whom he'd actually respect a bit would call him at such a time, as it was barely 7 AM. He lived pretty far from the university though, and despite having a second fastest car on the world he preferred to be on the place earlier.

After 20 minutes he arrived at the place and sighed deeply, getting out of the car and looking around with sleepy eyes. Damn, how boring will it be... Kir started to walk towards the university, greeting every friend he spotted and smiling like an idiot. Oh god damn it, it was so annoying. But he had to do it. Looking carefully at eyes of every person that he passed by, he already tried to see who was worth killing this year. He didn't spot anyone special now though, so he just went to his class, getting jumped on immediately.

                                      “Kirai-kun! How was your summer?”

“Want to hang out later, Kirai-san?”

“This year will be fun, right, Kirai-kun?”

                                      “Of course, everyone.”

He just replied with a smile that would melt girls' hearts. Yeah, thanks God he was attractive, otherwise life would be so much harder than it already was. And with looks and brains you could get anything you wanted to get. Ahh, cruel world. Well, not for him.

He never really felt bad for his victims. It could always be way worse, right? Although he was getting their eyes out while they were still alive... it was just more fun like that. And then, if he had any requests for organs he would kill them and get these out. And if he didn't? He closed them in cages and waited till they will bleed or starve to death. No, it actually couldn't be much worse. Thus, if he had any requests he would kill them on their place and if he wouldn't he took his victims to the dungeon. Pretty easy.

And so, their first class began. English, eh? Well, he never had anything against that language and he was the best student in their school anyway. He got all of the scholarships, even though he was rich enough to pay for everything by himself. But free stuff was always good, right? He focused on teacher, even though he wasn't saying anything new. Just some random, welcoming stuff. Nothing that would interest him. His teacher's eyes were ugly as ******** anyway. Old and brown. Of course brown eyes could be pretty, but not when they were so... normal. Light brown was pretty, same goes for golden brown. But... normal eyes were... boring. Thus, they were ugly as well.

Kirai yawned and looked at the window. Some late students were running to the school, but overall, nothing happened. Staring at the sky would always remind him of the old witch, but he liked to do it anyway. Sky was pretty. Sky-blue eyes were pretty as well. And his mother's eyes would claim the honorable title of his first stolen human's soul. Then, next would be his father's eyes. Green... pretty, even. Like grass. It was a rare color of green, not so pale, unlike most of the green-eyed people.

But he has never meet anyone with completely black eyes. It seemed to be unreachable, and it was a shame, because even though they had no color, they were very rare and thus he'd do anything to get these. But obviously he wouldn't touch his eyes. He couldn't possibly be blind. He'd rather kill himself than be blind.

When he thought about his parents again, he remembered that he closed them in the dungeon later and starved them to death. Was it perhaps cruel?

Yes, it was. Starving to death was a horrible death. Your organs would slowly destroy themselves... A lot of pain. But that witch deserved it. And so did her cursed husband.

Their sin was their very existence.

And that was Kirai's sin as well. The very worst sin that you had to be born with. If that was your sin, no other sins would matter. And in that case, killing wouldn't count as well. He knew that Devil is waiting for him with open arms, but he wouldn't visit him just yet. No. He had to make his collection big first. That was his reason for living.

When the first bell rang, he got up and went out of the class, ignoring most of people trying to cling onto him. Instead, he went out of the school, catching some fresh air and sighing quietly. In the other hand, his foot kind of hurt.

He raised his eyebrow when she started to scream that she wants him to leave because she needs to change. Well, he could leave but... Oh well, okay, he will. Lyr got up lazily and smirked, leaving the room and leaning against the wall on the corridor. Looking around, it was a quite typical, aristocratic mansion. These people had too much money stuck up their asses, yeah. But instead of standing here mindlessly he should probably call for a car, so he took the cellphone out and picked the right number.

“Yo, what's up man? I need a car. Yeah, a car... I don't know which one! Take the best looking one from Boss' garage... Where? Well, you remember where my last victims died? Yeah, under that house. Don't ask. What? Today? When? ... Okay, tell him I'll be there soon. Yeah, it won't bother me. I'm giving you few minutes.”

Lyr sighed. Then seems like they had to visit two places before they would actually go... Yeah, where? He just realized he has no idea where should he take such a girl. His usual route was night club -> hotel and back, but he felt that she won't really like this one. Cafeteria? Cinema? Argh. Seriously, his mind went blank in one second. Hopeless. He didn't even know why he's taking her out anywhere, but that was less important now. If he is, then he should already have something planned, but let's say that was quite unexpected and he didn't plan to do it. In the other hand, his heart was probably melting. He even gave her food. Man...

When his cellphone rang again he looked at it and opened the text he got just now. “The car is here. I'm waiting for the keys to motorbike.” Oh, right, this guy didn't have the keys. Oh well, he will wait some more time then, as Lyr couldn't possibly leave and not look at what this girl is doing. Few minutes later she went out of the room though, and her comment made him chuckle.

“Aww, how rude. You surely know how to hurt feelings of a man, milady.”

Lyr smiled arrogantly and twisted his arm around her waist, his palm laying on the lower side of her hip. His hands were strong, though. Strong enough to keep her like that, even if she would struggle.

“So, shall we go, kitten? We have two places to visit before we'll actually go on our cute date though.”

He dragged her down the stairs, not letting this girl go. While they were going out he could swear he saw Bridget, but it wasn't really important right now, was it? As they went out of the mansion he inhaled the fresh air deeply and looked straight. The Mafia guy was waiting, leaning against the gate. Lyr got the keys out of his pocket and just kept walking, standing next to the guy in a black suit and throwing him the keys and getting the keys to the car.

“Take my baby to the garage, I'll come pick it up later.”

He could see this guy staring at Erin like she would be an alien, but well, who cares. He just shrugged, bowed lightly and sat on the motorbike, just to disappear from their sight few seconds later. Lyr let Erin go and started to stare at the silver Lamborghini Reventon this dude brought here. Aww, come on, he could give him something a little bit faster... Well, not like this one wasn't fast, but yeah, whatever. Lyr opened the doors to the car and sighed.

Without a word he grabbed Erin's wrist, pushing her on the passenger's seat and closing the doors after her. He could always use trunk so he hoped she will be a good girl and won't force him to do so... As she probably knew that he wouldn't mind doing it anyway. Lyr got in and turned the car on, listening to the low sound of car engine for few seconds. Alright... their first stop was his hotel, so he just took the right route, without a need to turn the GPS on. He didn't really feel a need to talk with her right now, although that's what normal teens would probably do. He wasn't normal, though, so... Besides, they wouldn't have anything to talk about anyway. “Hey baby, two years ago I managed to shoot a dude's head off with two bullets!” He couldn't help but smile, holding himself from laughing. Yeah, they surely didn't have anything to talk about.

He stopped next to the hotel, getting out of the car lazily.

“I think you're smart enough to realize that you aren't allowed to move, right, kitten?”

He forced a smile and disappeared in the building, wondering what his Boss wanted from him. Next target, perhaps? Oh well, he didn't mind. Lyr just took military knife and a gun with silencer out of his room and ran back down, getting into the car again. Okay, now to the base and then they can go... wherever she will want to go, because he had no idea about such stuff. In the other hand, she didn't look like an experienced person as well. Too bad.

He didn't even say anything, as he got out of the car and went to his Boss' office, kind of curious what this old man could possibly want from him. In the other hand, it was kind of troublesome, as the girl would know where their hideout is, even if he didn't actually tell her where is he going. A lot of guys in suits and their sluts around should do the thing anyway. And he doubted she was brave enough to get out of the car surrounded by such people.

Lyr knocked on his Boss' office doors and heard an invitation. He opened the doors and went in, closing them after him and facing his Boss and two... girls, standing by his side. Man...

“I got a new job for you. Plus, a message from these aristocrats from last time. Which one do you want to hear first?”

His Boss asked him with a playful smile. Message from... Erin's family? Lyr raised his eyebrow.

                                        “The message.”

He replied coldly, looking at his Boss' surprised face. Few seconds later a letter got passed to him, but if it was a letter, he'll just read it later.

                                        “And the job?”

“It's nothing big, just some teen... From your school.”

“Wait, what? And his name is...?”

“Hers. Takahawa Kasumi, it's another aristocratic kid. There, you take the details, now go back to your new girlfriend.”

                                        “Wha-?”

But his Boss just stood up and pushed him out of the room. Lyr sighed and went out of the building, looking at the photo of the girl he was supposed to shoot tomorrow night. Oh well, he did recall her face from their class. She was sitting somewhere next to Erin... Yeah, that's probably why Lyr looked at her. He just shrugged and went back into the car, closing the doors and looking at Erin for a while. And where to now? He threw the papers at the back of the car, not really interested.

“Okay kitten, since I'm done, you get to decide where we're going now. Remember that it's not a proposition and if you'll say that we're going back to your mansion, we will. I'm sure we'll have lots of fun in your bedroom.”

He laughed and turned the car on, driving back on the main street and starting to head into the direction of the downtown. She should be able to decide before they will reach their destination, although he didn't even know what that destination will be.
