Dominiqua's father was Rabastan Lestrange son, he too was a devoted Death Eater to Lord Voldemort. Though he was among the few that stayed hidden in the shadows, so they could continue Voldemorts ways if anything should happen. Thus why he didn't get caught at the end of the Second Wizarding War. Although the Ministry of Magic knew that there were more followers of Voldemort still out there, and they sent Aurors to find them.

Sergio went into hiding, and that's when he met Dominique's mother Marie Blanchefleur a Veela. The two fell in love, they shared the same interests, they hated muggles. Thus why they went into hiding in the muggle world. No one would look for them there. They blended in like ordinary muggles, only practicing magic and the Dark Arts in there home.
