How normal can a day go? So normal that things started to get boring? The same old routine, the same people, even if they were all strangers? The same order at the local Starbucks, and the spicy tuna sandwich for lunch every Wednesday because of the sale they gave students. Normal, nothing out of the ordinary, not even the daily crime. The breaking into stores, robbers, and other crimes to make the front page of the local news paper. Things never seem to change out of that line. The only escape out of this world, this lack of entertaining world, was to dream one's way out, or in most cases, enter the world of the internet and their digital games - or so this was the way her brother did it. The man had a tendency to use her laptop, whenever it was unguarded, and she was away at class. She always wondered just why he did, as he had his own; actually had about three of his own. How? She wasn't even sure as she was positive that they couldn't really afford all the electronics he had gotten.

"Your so paranoid, you know that Kate?" A man's voice spoke with amusement as he looked at his friend, taking a sip of his double sugar, double espresso shot, macchiato latte. The young woman on the other hand, just looked at him if he was the insane one for not acting the way she was when her brother came to the topic of the subject. "You know him. Alex is always finding some way to get into trouble. I swear, all the geniuses these days are mad." Even though her words meant to be cryptic towards her brothers reputation, she couldn't help but let a small grin at the corner of her lips. The pair of them became quite in their sips of coffee as their conversation died out. It was noon, both of them on break from their classes, trying to find some relief from mid semester exams.

"At least the weather is getting nicer. No more storms." The man across from the table spoke once more, and all the woman could do was node with a force smile on her lips. The pages in her book fluttered a bit from the passing wind, causing her to close the cover of it after placing her mark. "Yeah, I guess. Only the more reason for hatting to have to study when it's so nice out." Every college student's weakness was the weather. Whether it be good or bad, it would affect their attitude dramatically for educational purposes. Taking the last sip of her coffee and having the bitter taste of the end burn the tip of her tongue, she packed her things together. "Look Josh, I know we're friends and all, but I think we should go easy on hanging out so much after what happened. She is my room mate after all. I'm the one living with her for the rest of the semester." Kate grabbed her purse resting on the edge of the seat next to her, and took up her things. "Sorry." It was heard in her voice and seen in her eyes that she truly did regret meeting with the guy. And without a good bye, as she was positive this was not the last time she would see the stubborn man, she departed to her class.

Estrella, better known as Kate, made it to her class on time, or so what she thought was on time as the professor had yet to speak any words. There were no assign seats, or any close friends to sit next to in her English class, so she took the seat closest to the door, second row behind another girl in a hoody, scrambling words into her phone to text someone. And after that, the class seemed to go by with a blur. Estrella had to remind herself to actually do the reading prior and the one for tonight. At least it wasn't a Thursday where she would be itching to go out with her friends instead of doing work.

She made her way towards the dormitories, hoping that her room mate wasn't there as usual after the big mishap. If she was, Estrella would head out after getting a few things and possibly go to the student center, or find her brother to make sure he was out of trouble. First thing was first though, to make sure he hadn't messed around with her laptop, installing things and playing video games. The last thing she wanted was a virus on her computer where all her papers were saved. Oh how she would be irritated with her brother if he did something as stupid as that. Digging in her pocket for her phone, it gave a few quick vibrates as a message popped up. Estrella read it quickly, coming to the conclusion she wasn't going to have much of a night anymore as she had to now work at the local book store near campus; and yes, they still had those.

The brunette made her way into her room, tossing the keys aside to her dresser table once she saw her room mate, also the resident advisor to her misfortune, was not in. Her eyes searched for her computer, and saw it resting on her desk, the hood of half way closed. She gave a bit of a annoyed sigh as she pushed it open, moving the mouse to clear away the screen saver. "He was playing with it, I'm going to kill him." There were a few things opened on her lap top, and Estrella decided to leave them so, only to prove to her brother that it was there. How he always seem to get into the room was beyond her. Estrella only came up to the conclusion that it was her room mate that let him in to spite her. Running her hands through her hair, she dropped her purse on her bed and moved over to close the curtains of the dorm room close. There was enough sunlight coming in for her to see as it was still afternoon. Pulling out a pair of sweat pants and a simple blue shirt, Estrella decided to get in a nap before work, changing and completely ignoring the computer screen and it's glitching.

"Chill dude, she's the last person to go runnin' off to some official. She's one of us, trust me."

He wasn't sure if it was alright to tell them just who this girl was, so he held off on it. Maybe Gunther wanted to be the one to share the news. That he had a sister. A sister that was possibly just as powerful as he, making the team greater than before. He didn't have the slightest idea what Rae could do, but if they were family, they should have similar abilities. His eyes shifted to her, wondering what their story was. How they had gotten separated. Gunther never really was the sort of man to blab on about his childhood. Then again, nor was he. Benjamin liked his past in the past. He rather look towards a better future. A future where mutants were placed in their rightful spot. Above humanity.

Benjamin ran a hand through his hair, mentally noting that he needed to wash it later tonight, or tomorrow - which ever came first. "Being around you guys is damn depressin.' s**t. Both of you guys need to start meeting people and," Benjamin stopped in his tracks as he looked over at the three of them in silence. Okay, maybe it wasn't the best time to tell them that they needed to get laid. He doubted they even knew what it truly meant, what it really did for one's body and soul, or so that was his explanation of always getting some. He enjoyed the aftermath of it. The feeling of ease, fulfillment, and all out pride. But that was Ben, he was sure others had their own thoughts of it. Still, he did think some lovin' for the other two, make that three as he looked at Rae, would do them all some good. For the later, he actually didn't mind volunteering himself. Well actually, he didn't mind volunteering for all of them. It meant more for him, as long as they knew how to have a good time, he was game.

Looking down at his empty beer bottle once more, he looked over towards the two out of the ordinary mutants. Well, at least he was nice enough to invite them, even though he did hint at them becoming an outcast. Oh well, he was out to have a good time, not babysit. "Look, throw a damn party here for all I care. But don' go running off 'nd saying I wasn't nice enough to invite you guys." He had a heart, he just rather take care of his own needs first before attending to others.

He shrugged, not really caring much as he dug his right hand into his pack pocket, pulling out his wallet and checking the cash he had on hand. It wasn't much, but it was enough for him to get a pack of smokes and a ride to the city for the two of them. One day, Benjamin needed to find himself a car. Apparently no one liked to leave the car keys laying around here for him to take advantage from. How sad, they couldn't even trust a fellow brotherhood member. Weren't they all family here? At least Barbie could give him some sort of leeway. He would return the car back, one way or another. Wouldn't promise it all being the same prestigious way he got it, but it would be return none the less. "We should be back before Gunther and Ms. Malibu Barbie get home. If not, just let them know we went to get some food or something." Technically it wasn't lying. He did plan on getting food with Rae. He just decided that a few drinks before hand would be a good start to a great night. And he wasn't doing the girl any harm, so Gunther shouldn't have any problem with them just 'hangin' out.

Benjamin had to literally drag Rae out of the car when she found out they weren't going to the pharmacy first. He told her enough times that it would be open twenty four hours, and they would be able to get whatever she needed when they were done. Plus, he wasn't up to going to a convenience store where they might know his face as 'the kid who burnt down the other store,' or something along those lines. It had only been two weeks since then, but he was sure someone remembered his insane face when he found out he could manipulate fire. Just the mere thought of it made him smile suspiciously. If only he had the chance to use that power again. But unfortunately for him, he had to wait until Gunther found a way for them to all use their powers freely. "Ah come on, Rae. You'll be havin' a blast here. I'll even get you a few drinks. My treat." Benjamin grinned as he closed the taxi door once Rae made her way out. Paying the driver, Ben motioned for Rae to enter the local bar. The last thing he wanted to do was grab hold of her hand once more only to be thrown against the wall - publicly.

It was loud. Real loud. But nothing out of the ordinary for Ben. He enjoyed places like these. Enjoyed the company, even if they were humans and mutants in disguise. He was out to have some fun. Of course, he would choose a mutant over a human if he had the chance, but because he didn't, he didn't mind either one for some extra company. Benjamin doubted Rae would help him out with any of his activities, but he couldn't just let the girl go. One hour, that's all. Then he'll take her to the damn pharmacy she was bugging him about from the moment they got in the taxi. Telling Rae to stay put at an open standing table, he pushed himself towards the bar, raising his hand to call the bartender his way. The woman nodded once, acknowledging him before she went to serve someone before him. Benjamin took a look around the bar, to his left, and then to his right, noticing a very attractive brunette woman sipping on a martini. How very lady like of her.

                                "Hey there."

The words came out before Benjamin could think twice of who he was with and what he was actually doing. He couldn't help it. A sexy woman in front of him, sitting alone at a bar. There were only a handful of reasons why she would be. One, no one came up to the challenge to win her over, two she was waiting for someone, or the next most common reason, three, she was just a lonely woman trying to have some fun. Benjamin could only hope it was the later with her. "What's a woman of your class sitting here alone without a friend by her side doing?"

It was strange, seeing his face. Who would have thought she would ever meet him again, let alone at a private, yet public function as this one. She could have sworn those who showed their face at the bar were those who would normally stay away from the limelight. Then again, it seemed that he was actually working the event. Who ever he was, the mutant that opened the door for her, she was grateful for him. He was one of the few that spoke his opinion during the debate. Even though he didn't join her cause, he at least understood what they didn't need right now was another war. The thought made her smile as Emmett took the two of them into the main ball room once they were checked in. Her thoughts lingered on the night at the bar and the man who opened the door for her. If she could, he would be a great addition to the team. They also needed another baby sitter, Jake wasn't the top pick for all the students. There was only so much she could do on her own.

Ainsley gently brushed her fingers across her bangs, moving towards the bud in her ear to make sure it was still in place. All she could hear was some movement on the other side, and could only assume that the other two heading their way to the party. Things were still smooth, no bumps on the road yet. Smiling over at a few faces that looked over in their direction, she welcomed the second drink of the night. The woman wasn't an alcoholic, but it could do her some good to ease the nerves. First mission with just two back ups. Only Jake and Michael, who had yet to show their faces. Taking a long sip of the wine, she realized how thirsty she really was. Thing was, she couldn't count on the wine for her cure, it would only make things worse.

The compliment Emmett gave brought her back into reality as she looked over at him. How kind of him. But she was sure the reason the other remembered was because they shared a mutual connect - they were both mutants. "The event planner for these charities tends to go over the top." Ainsley had been to more than enough events planned by the same person, group she should say, to know her work now. This event, she was sure, the same woman planned it with her team. Once again, it wad done perfectly. Who knew the chaos that was going on behind the scenes, or what would ensue within time. From the silence that followed after, Ainsley became curious and looked over Emmett, only to see his eyes settled on a woman covered from the head at the bar. Did he know her? "Someone you know?" It was a simple question, no real curiousness over coming her as he would if she knew someone else. Though, it wouldn't do any harm to her if she knew a little bit more about the man and his friends or even his enemies. Ainsley smiled at him innocently as her eyes went back to the woman he kept his eyes on.

But it seem that Emmett found the party more interesting than expanding on who the woman was. "There are a few familiar faces. I'm sure with your status you know some as well. Any enemies I should know about?" A joking smile came up to her lips as she took another sip from her wine glass, her eyes scanning around the room for those familiar faces that Michael had sent to her phone. Ainsley had only gotten a glimpse of them as Emmett was checking them in, but it was enough to target the right people.

But in the middle of her hunt for the targeted black market buyers, she saw Henry. The doctor that had been calling her for days to figure out what's been happening, where she had been and what she was up to. It was the first time that she had ever left him out of her life for such a long period of time. "Unfortunately, there are more familiar faces here than I thought there to be." She made the comment clear enough where Jake and Michael would be able to pick up on as well. It would only prove hard for her to go about her mission. First Emmett, then the man from the bar and now Henry. Putting on a smile as the man reached her, she gave a bit of a friendly laugh. "Dr. Friedman, it's been awhile."

Her eyes glanced to the man following behind, a surprise look evident in her eyes. "Senator Crane." Her lips whispered as she knew there was no way she would be able to get out of this conversation any time soon. Ainsley glanced to Emmett before looking at Henry. "There's a lot we need to catch up on. But this man here is potential staffing opportunity for me." Of course Henry would not have the slightest idea what she was speaking about, so she cleared things up quickly before the senator came to the scene. "This is Emmett, we just got to know each other today." Looking over at Emmett, she glanced to Henry from the corner of her eyes, "This is Doctor Henry Friedman, my mentor since I graduated High School." And her idol in the sense of becoming an honest doctor. A man that was willing to help without the money behind it. A rare case among the many successful doctors, lawyers, businessmen, and so on. Ainsley considered herself luck to still be in the man's shadow learning.

Did she look strange to them? To the two with the colored skin and scales? Honestly, if Rae hadn't been captured, she would have agreed with Ben in the ideal that they were strange looking. But from what glances she could steal being confined, they were nothing but normal in her eyes. Rae was no stranger to mutation physically in the facilities. She saw far worse than these to believed to be here. "Rae." The girl turned to face the blue creature, Nightcrawler from what Ben said, as she addressed her. If her brother was living with these mutants, then it only meant he trust them for some reason. That he had plans with them in the future. The same plans he kept mumbling about to her but not expanding on. His habits surely took a downward spiral since their separation. First making friends with someone like this Benjamin character, and then mumbling on about some plans without even telling anyone what he had up his sleeve. Not to mention running off all dressed as a elite gentleman with a woman she didn't know, let alone trust. What was Gunther thinking?

But the sudden remark back from the green scaly male made her wish she never even spoke to start with. What was his problem? Rae gave him a bit of a disapproving look as she heard Benjamin near her trying to cough in silence. She was sure that she had done some injury to the man's chest. "Yes. Do be careful." Her words were filled with a tone that would resemble Gunther's in a rage, without raising of the voice of course. Rae tended to keep her voice at the same level. Unless of course there was something she was truly passionate about. But those things had been buried long ago when the Government took her.

At least the kid had the decency to tell her who the woman was that left with Gunther. Not the answer she was looking for, but it was still something. Though, Barbie wasn't much of a name that could help her out in getting more answers. Taking a deep breath, her eyes went to Nightcrawler once more. These two were part of the breakout her brother had a hand in then? What other mutants here were? Was Ben apart of it? For some reason, she doubted it, especially with the attitude he carried around. He was more than privileged enough to walk around the streets freely unlike the three of them. The corner of her lips twitched briefly, for a second or two, almost as if she wanted to smile for reassurance, but nothing happened. Instead, there was silence for a few moments before Nightcrawler mentioned about not fitting in with the right crowd at the bar. Obviously they would be out of place, Benjamin should have thought of that before volunteering to take them. "I don't think its a smart idea to be out for too long. My day wasn't as friendly as yours might have been." Being out in the city wasn't something Rae was looking forward too so soon. The only reason she was willing to go out right now was to stalk up on sleeping pills. Currently it was the only thing keeping her sane at night.

Rae needed to find her way to a pharmacy, and apparently, the only way she could navigate herself in the city, was if she had a map in her hands, or had someone show her the way. As the first option was not available, she had to pick the later with Benjamin. Hopefully the night would give her enough coverage. If not, Ben better as hell be ready to fight for the both of them. Rae was uncertain she could use her abilities any more than she already had for the day.

Her eyes shifted to the other two when the green mutant said something jokingly to Nightcrawler. Apparently she didn't get it either. Rae didn't have the slightest idea why Ben was already getting fidgety around the two of them. Though she didn't have the opportunity to deal with their strange behavior for two weeks the way the hot head had. The girl subconsciously licked her lips, her mouth feeling strangely dry as she turned on her heels. They needed to make way. Sooner the better. If the other two wanted to sit and mind their own business in the dark, that was fine by her, she wasn't going to force anyone into doing anything. "Do what you wish."

She knew Ben was right, about wanting to make a move already. But at the moment. Rae wasn't feeling up for it. Her body felt as if she could collapse any moment now. What kept her running was the rush she had gotten from finding her brother, and still, wanting to be with him now. If only he was here with her now - things would be much easier. Rae wouldn't be forced to go with Ben to get what she needed to. "Come on, I want to be back before Gunther get's home." For one, the girl was sure her brother would blow a fuse as he once did when they were younger and she had gone out to play longer than she was expected to. And two, she wasn't sure how long she would last outside of the confinements of a safe house. Walking past Anole sitting on the ground, she placed her hands in her pockets to try and warm up her finger tips. Looking over her shoulder at the blue woman, she stopped in her tracks. They both would welcome the city air soon enough, Rae was sure Gunther would have a say about it.

HENRY FRIEDMAN

"No of course not. I would respect the family's wishes before anything else, even if it means putting my studies at hold."

Their conversation had seem to take a serious turn, something Henry had been trying to avoid from the start. The matter of Jason Piers' execution came up once more, and how he, the only doctor the government was willing to work with, was the only one who read the report of the autopsy. The man had never gotten over how serious of a crime it was for the school to hold such a public execution. He had worked weeks on trying to find out more information as to why it was even allowed, but he failed to retrain any information. Henry couldn't remember the last time the government was so secretive about their holdings from him. They were the ones that found him from Australia. They were the ones fascinated with his studies of human evolution. Now here they were, hiding something from him, only making him curious as to why they would when they never had before.

"That is very respectful of you, Doctor."

"A Doctor should never forgo a patients wishes."

The two raised their glasses as they agreed, finally letting the subject of the matter drop to his relief. He took a glance around the banquet all once more, catching more than enough familiar faces looking in his direction. Many of them were wishing to speak to him about the same topic the Senator has just ended. Even though it has almost reached a year since the dreadful execution, Jason Piers and the campus of NYU was still a buzzing topic. The Dean himself was a wanted man, but had yet to show himself at the event. It was probably best that he didn't. Henry should have thought twice in attending. The only reason he decided to attending was because a certain someone was going to be, one that he hadn't heard from so frequently in months. Ms. Ainsley Jeane Daniels. She had gone off the runway for a fairly long time for just a convention. He mentally sighed, looking at his watch, realizing that he party had yet to actually begin. It was unfortunate how fashionably late was still in fashion.

The senator went on about something his son did abroad. Working to start up a new company away from his, to make a name for himself. Honestly, Henry couldn't see why the two could never get along. They were far to similar in their nature to be so distant. "I'm sure he is only doing so to prove himself to you." Henry never sought to talk about personal family matters with anyone, especially not politicians, but everyone was aware of the senator's son and his tendency to act out against his father. Poor man wouldn't get a break in the office or at home ever since his divorce. Henry knew how hard it was to be on one's own and keep a successful career, he had been doing it for several years now. The senator gave him a hopeful look, as if the man wish that was the case with his son. But the conversation seem to drop after that. Henry tended to be a master at changing the subject for the better, and when to drop a subject when it was about to get sour. The doctor smiled briefly as he looked around the banquet hall once more, his eyes catching onto a familiar red head he had been looking for.

                                "Ah, Senator,"

"Please, Henry, we've been friends long enough. You can call me Johnathan."

Henry gave the man a friendly smile as he nodded, forgetting their relationship with one another. The two knew each other before the man became senator and the doctor was at his side through the worse. The man was even his personal doctor. "Well, Johnathan, let me introduce you to the marvel behind the madness I am." The other looked at the good doctor with an amused smile, as he followed in footsteps behind the man. Henry made his way to Ainsley with ease, avoiding any others that wanted to talk to him about whatever reason they had come up with. The senator on the other hand, was having a bit of trouble trying to avoid upcoming conversations. One after another, they came up to the man, stopping him for a few question on tax cuts, new laws, and the current cleaning of the city after the storm. Henry had to intervene at least three times to let them know they were on a busy schedule, or something along that nature. Quick on his feet, something Henry had picked up from Ainsley in their years of working together. "AJ." The doctor greeted the future doctor with a warm smile. His eyes however, held something completely different.

Looking over to the blond male accompanying Ainsley he gave the same smile. "A new friend? I'm Henry," The man greeted him with a firm handshake, his eyes looking over at his student curiously. There was much the red head needed to explain.

Alois made his way through the doors of a law firm, or what seem to be one from the looks of it. The government always found ways to conceal their true identities. It would confuse anyone if a man like Alois was made to be a lawyer. To protect those and serve justice. His means of justice were far from what the law would state. If someone had troubles in their life, they should figure it out on their own, and in his opinion, with force. A smile glided on his face as he thought of his own way to deal with problems. It surely wasn't customary. Pulling out the badge from his suit pocket, he scanned the bar, letting the doors open for his entrance. The man near the door examined the face that came up on the computer, stopping his work at the name. His fingers twitched, almost wanting to not let the man access into the main lobby of the building. With all the power he had, the guard kept his eyes away from the mutant that had just walked in, now waiting at the head desk where he sat, trying to do his work.

The guard kept staring at the name, over and over. A cold shiver ran down his spine, his fingers growing cold from the lack of movement. From the angle the mutant was standing, he could see the red highlighted mark under his name and the words labeled, 'CLASS 4.' The smile on his features quickly spread to the corner of his lips to form a grin. What a joy it was for him to know how dangerous he was. Even with this label the government had given him, they had no problem in letting him walk freely, or so what he believe to be freely. The thought of the American government being too afraid to contain him also crossed his mind. Too afraid to restrain him, to get close enough to him without getting killed in the processes. Were their too many casualties that would be made without really wanting to? Most of the agents, workers, stayed clear of him. And honestly, Alois appreciated that.

"Evening would be a wonderful greeting, would it not? I thought American's to be friendly?"

The rich German accent questioned the security man intimidatingly; the grin on his lips still lingering. The last thought in his mind was of how American's were 'friendly.' By far from what he learned of the State's, they were all foolish dreamers. Believed too much in their human beliefs of having what they truly desired in the end. What complete nonsense. Alois learned years before that such a thought was foolish. To dream absurd things such as 'peace' was nonsense. Instead the German mutant took to reality and made a true living. This living of being a government agent that gave him the most wonderful benefits he could think of. This poor fellow in front of him however, probably had gotten far less than he. "Well?" The man became startled at the sound of Alois's voice again, looking up at the tall German mutant only to wish he had been smart enough to ignore the voice. The agent leaned over across the table, closing his eyes and taking a whiff. His nose scrunch from the smell, but a delighted look in his eyes over came the curious expression from before. Oh how wonderful it was to be familiar with the essence of fear.

"S-Sorry sir. A mere glitch in the system." The man quickly pressed the button to let him pass by the bar. Alois let his grin to a smile once more, forcing himself off the table and passing the man. He turned back once more to face the man, a few last advising words. "Next time. Don't be so courageous and lie to me. You'll have more to worry about than meeting my eyes." Alois turned his head to look at the man, his eyes so sharp it would cut the bones under ones skin. He smiled faintly a moment later, turning ahead once more and heading towards the elevators. As an elevator opened up, the group of 'workers' stare at the figure ahead of them, none of them willing to move so quickly. It was only when the elevator beeped once that the man closest to the left came out, quickly averting his gaze on the destructive mutant. The others followed suit, giving Alois a mental laugh at the bunch. Stepping into the now empty elevator, he pressed the 'B4' button, and glided his card down the security slot. Instantly the elevator made it's decent down to the basement level four.

A minute of descending and the doors opened in front of him, an older man with black and white hair, in a grey suit was standing in front of him, one folder in his hands. "Stay in, you're heading back out." He spoke simply as he entered the elevator with Alois. The mutant simply placed his hands in his pocket, glancing over at the equally tall man, possibly a little shorter than him, from the corner of his eyes. The man simply pressed the lobby button, handing Alois the folder just as the doors closed in front of them.

"Your next mission is to capture our rogue mutant, Polaris, and to keep an eye on Cyclops. He's been acting strange since the breakout. I need to know what he's been up to as of late. Do not approach him. As for Polaris, I want her back alive."

No words came out of Alois lips as the elevator made its way up once more. He looked away from the man and to the folder now in his hands, opening the file and glancing at the two pictures. Honestly, he couldn't remember the girl, but the other male, he knew clearly. The mutant that seem to go on by, by barely finishing off his missions. He did what he had to do because it meant the safety of his life. Alois thought the man to be a complete coward. The only unfortunate aspect of this would be his distance he would have to keep. Cyclops would prove to be a fun toy to play with. Just as many of the other mutant agents he knew. Their fear was what attracted Alois to them in the first place. The mere fact they played along with it, was all the better for the crazed mutant. The elevator opened quicker than he expected to as the man beside him left without another word. Alois knew what was expected of him, what he was to do and when he was to get it done. Not even twenty four hours had he been back in America and he was on a mission. It didn't bother him, but he had hoped to see others before he was sent out once more. Let everyone else know he had returned and all.

                                "It will be done."

A new year, and new faces! The Headmaster was more than excited to see the faces of the first years as they would be entering the great hall any moment now. As he noticed the time, he realized only then that something was wrong, that they were still missing one professor, one he knew he should have reminded of their duties. He had just sent the Potions Master, Levitticus to fetch the woman that had kept them all waiting. Even he was excited to get the year started, to have the feast for the year start already. He was a patient man, but if no one had gone to fetch the young Auror, they would be waiting for another hour at the least. A smile came over his lips as he had watched the man leave off to find the woman, his attention turning to those professors that had now taken their seats.

With him being busy during the year with the many duties that he had, it was hard for him to get a 'vacation' the way the others were gifted with. It became an interest of his to hear about their travels, even if he had been to those many places on more than one occasion. It amazed him how many adventures could happen in just once place, in one small town. All the better when muggle stories were involved, he was fascinated the way they lived, and even at his age, he never seemed to be surprised by their lives. There was much he knew of, of both words, but there was always time to learn something knew, the world was full of knowledge waiting to be obtained. The man smiled, using his right thumb to play with the rings on his fingers. He done it subconsciously, just as his other hand was playing with the eagle talisman he had around his neck.

Within fifteen minutes, Levitticus had arrived at his side once more, a smile at his lips coming about when he heard everything was taken care of, Aviana was finally with the first years. He sat up straight, looking to the crowd of students as his eyes took him to the doors of the great hall, watching in the distance as the new professor brought the first year students in.

Thaddaus watched as Aviana looked to him, and then to the list she would be reading off. Was it much that he had made her take care of the sorting? Of course not, the woman knew she would be placed with more responsibility than the others because of her attitude, he was only trying to brush her up to be a fine woman. What witch her age was as lazy as she was? Thaddaus had planned to make sure she followed through with all her duties as the new Transfigurations professor. He expected all of the new professors to take their jobs seriously, Aurors or not, they must take their work serious, even if it is just a teaching profession. As the sorting began, his eyes went to each and every individual student, smiling and reassuring them all was well. It had seem to comfort them, as it did for him to watch the anxiety from the features disappear. Forty minutes or so the sorting went on, and the young Auror made her way to the table, the Hufflepuff house ending their cheers as soon as he raised his glass for silence.

"Before we start our beginning of the year celebration, I wish to go over a few rules. " The man only paused for a moment before he looked to his right, and then his left, at the professor's sitting. "And of course, introduce you to our staff." As they had now earned new members to his delight. "Professor Caine, will be filling the position for Defense against the Dark Arts. He is the only man I know fit for the job." Thaddaus raised his goblet to the man with a brief smile before he looked to Parker. "Professor Howlett will take the position of your Herbology professor after the sudden leave of Madam Vivren. Your charms professor will be Professor Akihiro, but I preassume you wish to be called Professor Hiro?" The old wizard looked at the young auror questionable to see if he was right before continuing. "Professor Sollomovici will be your transfigurations professor, and I am sure, she will not be late in her first teaching lesson, nor will any of her students."

The Headmaster went over the next position filled by an older Auror before turning his attention to Atticus. The man simply looked at him with a raised brow before the older wizard gave a quiet heartily laugh. Of course the students would know why he was there. So he continued on, "You all know Professor Mako as your potions master, and professor Caldwell as your care of magical creatures teacher." Thaddaus introduced two more before looking further down the table at Allessandra. "And Professor Emmerson will be the new Astronomy professor. Please do take note of when those classes have been changed to."

Normally, the previous headmasters would speak these words after dinner was done. But because of their surprise visit from the ministry, there would be later announcements to follow. Standing casually with his hands to his side, the man smiled as he started the yearly routine, "Do keep in mind the forbidden forest is just that, forbidden. I will not be afraid to have Professor Mako give you detention." As he knew the man for long enough, and was currently the eldest one working at the school, he gave the responsibility of such tasks to the man two years ago. Of course, Thaddaus made sure the Potions Master was fair with his decisions. But all the students knew, just how easy going of a man their potions professor was.

"Because of the new members in our staff this year, your schedules have changed, please do not forget to look them over once before bed tonight. They will be placed in your dormitories. Hogsmeade trips of course, will only be for those with signed permission slips, and those third year and over." Thaddaus paused for a short moment, letting his thoughts gather up to see if he had forgotten anything. It had seemed, from what he could conjurer up, that the importance of the year was already said, and other things were already known without having to point them out. Even so, if he was to add anything, he would do so after dinner. "But now, we feast!" For he had grown hungry as well.

"Announcements for the tournament can wait after dinner."

The wizards voice was loud enough for only the staff to hear, as he knew the students would have already been well into their meal by now. His eyes turned to Atticus with a brief smile before he too started on his dinner for the evening. Whatever it was he needed to say would be heard in two hours time.

“Could it be possible this is a vision yet to come?”
“Possibly.”
“What if it already has? You spoke of a vision you could not remember when the Dagger of Time was used. A lost vision. Could it be this?”
Dastan pauses to think.
“Is that lost vision the reason why we are in this tournament. Did that witch promise you to give you that vision back in return of the prize?
“Obviously Dastan.”
“You didn’t mention those small details.”
“I thought you were clever enough to figure it out.”
“That is fairly dangerous.”
“Then obviously you do not know me the slightest.”
“Leilah,” “Where would you stand?”
“At this moment in time, the land where Richard is.”
