Consequences

How do you stop something that hasn’t even started?

How do you tell your friends and family that you’ve uncovered something that could change their lives forever? How do you go to bed, knowing that the next morning, you might not wake up? How do you tell your District, that the Capital’s most notorious criminal never died, as his duplicate lives in a life size test tube waiting to woken? What do you do, when your name is called for the 200th Hunger Games? Better yet, what do you do when you volunteer in fear of your life long plan being ruined? The history books have already stated what happened at the last games, how everything turned to chaos, how many lives were lost, how everyone was just a pawn in the game of ‘power.’ The calm could only last so long before another storm was to approach.

To stand against or with Capital was always the question. It has always proven to be a difficult task, the first time, a district being blown to pieces, and the second, thousands of lives lost in each of those districts. Throughout the years, many have said the Capital has changed for the better. Though, there have still been whispers amongst the shadows of how it hasn’t changed at all, that the ones who control the lives of each citizen are those in power. Slowly the control and fear the capital held over the Districts is starting to show. Limiting the Districts with proper need of food and supplies by inflation in the market. Giving jobs to those who qualify by the highest of standards, and only allowing passage way to Capital with a proper reasoning. Rumor whispers were being spread of Capital’s revenge against the Districts. It was their time to fight back to win what was rightfully theirs in the first place.

Capital, the one place where if the citizen’s follow the rules, their dreams will come true. For those who were lucky enough to get the education to leave their District, they have joined the citizen’s of Capital, ‘honoring the code.’

But because of pervious concerns of ‘children’ entering the arena when they had years before them to live, the President was kind enough to have everyone’s name in the bowl, and anyone was able to volunteer. No one got special permission, everyone was treated the same.
It’s the same thing every time. Same glossy words to cover up what Capitol really stands for. I never believed any of that. Time passes, and it’s said that change will come. But what from it will take is always up to those who hold power. The people never have a say in anything that truly matters.

Guilt is a powerful affliction. You can try to turn your back on it, but that's when it sneaks up behind you and eats you alive. Some people struggle to understand their own guilt, unwilling or unable to justify the part they play in it. Others run away from their guilt, shading their conscience until there's no conscience left at all. But I run toward my guilt. I feed off of it, I need it. My father died never knowing if I would ever come to believe his innocence. For me guilt is one of the few lanterns that still light my way.

HARRY POTTER CHARACTER:

So my character, we will name her at the moment Character A (C.A), is coming to Hogwarts for the first time but not as a first year. She had been home schooled in witchcraft by her great grandmother who is very close to Dumbledore. For some reason unknown to C.A., her great grandmother has to leave and is sending her off to Hogwarts, in care of the staff there. No one knows who she is, just a new student, but Dumbledore is very much aware of her and her power. But C.A. herself doesn't know all of it yet, just parts of her past she is able to piece together to figure out who she is.

I don't want to give it all out otherwise theres no magic in the mystery. xD

But your character, one would become a very close friend to her, romantically or not as well, its up to you. Someone pulling her into the good, and the other would be the darker side of her, I was thinking Draco. Like Draco could get information from his father saying that he should respect her but not approach her just yet because they don't know who she really is, but only have a small lead that she might be the future "mistress" of the wizardry world or something.

BLEACH CHARACTER IDEA:

Because I was thinking that one of my oc characters thats not part of the Gotei is the granddaughter of the head. But fourteen or more years ago she left because she was suppose to go to the real world because of her sickness. Or something I haven't figured out just yet. But during that time she runs into one of your oc characters and saves him from something, or not sure - whatever you like. She trains him in being a Shinigami but never said herself that she was one because she never seemed to have a sword on her.

Say that my character actually finally comes to the real world because one of the Gotei might have felt her reiatsu somewhere in Soul Society. And she wasn't suppose to be there at all because of her health or something. So she left, coming to the real world so she wouldn't get caught.

As for her sickness, I haven't really figured it out. I was going to have her travel through the different worlds or something, trying to find a stronger body.

her being the granddaughter of the Gotei leader, shes being some what forced to be part of a squad. She refuses only because she knows she would be bringing down her squad with her. But being in the high position shes in, she's trained with plenty of high level Shinigami's. It's just rather she not fight unless needed to do so. That and well she's always wondering off on her own to experience new things.

Anyways, I was thinking that because she has so much power in her, her body can't take it. So she needs to find another way to make her body stronger. And because of that, her grand father, and herself made a plan without telling the rest of the Gotei, making them think that she had to be banned from soul society because it was hazardous to her health or something.

Arm guards as well to be placed on top. She has one pin in her hair shaped in a moon crested as well.

Personality: Isako is a simple girl trying to find her place in life. She doesn’t talk too much to others, and keeps her family life locked up; almost making her a simple mystery to begin with. She doesn’t have too much of a reaction to anything that goes on, wanting to only do things for her own cause. Sometimes Isako could be a little hard to trust, from the way that she is, though it goes the same way with her trusting others. Isako is also hard to get along with. She isn’t much of a team player and rather become a ninja on her own. Bad attitude always ran in the family.
History: Welcome to the simple life of Yamakazi Isako. Her life was based off her fathers every lie. Tadayoshi was never a man of his word, and everyone thought that it ran in the family. Her mother was more on the quiet side, and never did anything to stop her father. Isako’s life was dedicated into protecting her fathers lies so no one would find out the truth. After all, would a child her age, lie, steal, and kill just for her own cause? No of course not. When she reached at the age of ten, she started to steal and lie her way in life as well; just like her father had taught her. More than anything Isako didn’t wish to do so, though her mother was getting sick, and they had no money. She would go around town asking for money and if she couldn’t get any, she would be forced to.

A few years later, she heard about a school in which trained people to become ninjas. She always saw members from the school coming into town and people praising them for all the good they had, and all they possible could do to bring justice in her mind. Isako followed one of them back and saw the school where they were all trained. She wished to join, though knowing her family, she would of course be rejected. When Isako met up with the Hokage of the village and leader of the school, he gave her a lending hand. Though Isako kept her mouth shut about her real family; saying that she was an orphan. They let her join, seeing how the Hokage wouldn’t mind her being part of the team. Isako was more than glad that she was able to be part of the school. This meant that she didn’t have to be with her father at all, and she could start a new life as a ninja. Though things always caught up when you ran away from your problems.

A few years later when Isako started to get comfortable with the school more, and let her training get better, her mother passed away from a sickness or that was what was said. She didn’t really know her mother too well even though they lived in the same home seeing how she was always out with her father. Isako did feel sorry for the woman to pass off, though knew it was best if she wasn’t around her father. The year that Reiko had passed off, Tadayoshi went on a search to find his daughter. His life was falling apart. So he and his gang little buddies went out every where to find Isako. Thankfully the school is able to hide itself from the villagers and others of it location. Though Isako knows that her father will find a way to find her. And once he does, she isn’t sure what she will do.
